Great ...
My teenage son is the most difficult person to buy clothes for - he is extremely picky. So, I was taking a huge chance when I decided to pick up a pair of bootcut ... him for the first time at Old Navy. I knew that he wanted bootcut, and I knew that he liked the darker colors, but what I didn't know was how much he was going to LOVE these ... He raves about how comfortable they are - the fabric is flexible and soft (but durable), and the fit is just right for us both (low enough rise to be cool, but not so low that it's gross). He likes that they makes his butt look good. I like that I can buy him good ... we're both happy with at a decent price. Thanks, Old Navy!

I absolutely love these ... my husband. He is used to loose fitting ... but liked how the bootcut looked in the online photo so we ordered them. The ... were cut too short and probably aren't true to size for the length, but that is the only complaint. I just took them back to the store and exchanged them for a pair 2 inches longer. No big deal. They were worth it. The ... look fantastic on my husband and really update his style. The color is fantastic as well. I think it was medium vintage or something similar to that name. I give them 4 stars only because of the length being too short. Love them. Like I said above.. can't keep my hands off! :)

Great ... dressing up or down!
I love these ... my husband! He's a large man, so finding stylish ... him is very hard. These bootcut actually go over top his giant (size 13) feet! I am buying him a few more pairs in different washes!

Just Right
I'm very particular about my ... therefore I only wear Old Navy's dark denim bootcut ... I'm tall and most brands don't have my size thats why Old Navy Online is my one stop shop for all the bare necessities. The length and cut are exceptional and the dark denim makes the ... wearable to formal and casual events. Nothing compares.

The bootcut ... were a pretty good fit overall. Bought a medium wash and a dark wash. Only problem was the dark wash were a lot smaller than medium wash even though they were the same size. Just be careful when ordering the dark wash because they run smaller. Overall nice pair of ...

Nice ...
I got this pair of ... plus 5 other styles for my 13 yr old son. The 34 length was a perfect fit; however the bootcut is a lillte more loose in the waist than the other ... ordered. Other than the waist these are really nice ...

Boot cut wrong size based on colour
I ordered 4 pairs of Bootcut ... (2 black and 2 blue). The black ones are perfect fit (36 x 36). The blue ones.....not even close. They are at best a 36 X 34 and are way to short.

way shorter than the straight denim!
My son is 6 ft 5 so finding ... long enough is difficult. I ordered the bootcut denim and the straight leg denim in a size 34/36 inseam, the straight leg denim was great and true to size, nice and long. The bootcut denim same size, was about 2 or 3 inches shorter! This is frustrating because now I have to send back the bootcut pair and exchange it for another in the straight denim. I don't understand why the bootcut pair is so much shorter. Anyway, if you're looking for long length in the bootcut either order them longer (something I can't do, they don't come any longer than 36!) or stick to the the straight demin that is true to size.

Go to store to try on different ... cuts first
We needed to exchange these ... my husband as they literally looked like chick ... him! I never imagined that mens' bootcut would be made and shaped exactly like womens'. When we got to the store, the cuts all fit differently and we had a lot of trial and error to find him the right fit. I guess once you know which works for you, then it's safe to order online.

Not Durable
I wore the bootcut ... two times and the zipper broke. Of course I do not have my receipt anymore... I am very disappointed in them. If you are going to wear bootcut ... go with Levis. My pair looked good for the one day use i got out of them.

What Happened?
I have always been a big fan of Old Navy's ... They were great fitting, good style at afordable prices. However, the last couple of times I've ordered these ... have been disappointed. The material is now paper thin and the fit is not the same. These bootcut ... way too tight in the seat and thigh area making them very uncomfortable and looking way too tight. My older style Old Navy bootcut ... fit much better with more room in those areas and the material is much heavier. So, what happened? Why has the material and sizing changed??

I purchase Old Navy ... every year for my son. They have great prices plus the fit is always just right. No matter if your child is thin or a little more on the pleasantly plumper side they have ... work perfect. I have used both types because all 4 of my kids are built different. The boot cut are my favorite. Not too straight not to wide.

We love these ...
I bought these for my 5 year old son and both he and I love these ... bootcut and color make them look expensive and very stylish. He always picks this pair and I may have to buy another since he wants to wear them everyday!

My 3 Sons Love These ...
Every fall we stock up on these denims for my 3 boys. I have tried other store brands, and the boys won't wear them more than once. They say these are the most comfy, and they like the washes/colors the best. I like them because they are extremely durable. Most pairs have made it through all 3 boys (as hand me-downs), and some have even made it on to the Goodwill! Impressive! My boys are fairly lean, and the slims fit great, especially in this bootcut style. The boys and I highly recommend these.

Very happy!
My son is a little over 9 1/2 yrs old and he's been quickly growing out of his size 8 ... [...] bootcut brand). He's tall and thin and size 8's had been adequate for some time now. He is finally at that point where the 8's just won't cut it and since there is no size 9, a 10 was going to have to do. Although a little long, we just rolled up the cuff about an inch and tightened the elastic in the waist and now it's a perfect fit. It won't be long before we'll have to let out the waist and unroll the cuff so I'm very happy with these ... even though my son is in that 'in between' stage where the 8's are too small and 10's are slightly too big. I'd imagine in about 4 months when he is 10 yrs old these will fit perfectly so I'd say they are most likely true to size and they did fit as I expected them to based on my son's height/weight. I bought 4 more pairs! I hope this style stays around for some time as we are both very happy with them.

The boys bootcut ... both of my boys favorites. When they go on sale you can't beat the price either. The wash and wear well.

Love these ...
My son looks great in these ... Great bootcut ... little boy. They are durable and wash well too. He wore them to football practice over the weekend and was a dirty mess afterwards. They came out of the wash looking good as new.

Inseam Doesn''t Match Sizing Chart
For size 10, size chart notes inseam of 25 1/2" but they really have a 23" inseam. It makes it hard to order the right size when the length doesn't match the sizing chart. This was the case on all 3 Old Navy Bootcut ... we purchased. Size 10 slim.

Very disappointed !!!!!
I was so unhappy with the Bootcut ... boys. I have previously bought several pairs every year for the past 2-3 years but this year they changed too many things resulting in a awful product in my opinion. The material seems strange??? the fit was off. I had to return them. I did however keep the regular fit ... am very happy with them. Not sure why they changed from previous years but a bad move in my opiniion.

Love ON bootcuts!!!
These ... give you the strech that you want in the thighs, oh so comfortable...I have been wearing ON bootcut since my first job there back in high school. LOVE THEM!!!

Great Pair of ...
I read a lot of reviews about these ... before buying them. I was hesitant about sizing, since I don't usually order ... online, I prefer to try them on before buying! Anyway, I ordered a size smaller than I would normally wear since they had polyester and spandex in them. The size 16 I bought fits like a glove. There is no muffin top, and I feel like my waist is slimmed a bit. The description says these ... low rise ... but they are not. I prefer low rise ... so I was a bit disappointed in that regard, but since they look so good on me, I don't really care! The ... nice and stretchy, and would look good with just a t shirt, or something dressier to go out in. The bootcut is a little larger than I expected, I would almost call it a flare leg, so if you like small bootcut openings, be aware that these are definitely more like flares. The ... comfortable all day long. Some ... dig into my stomach and I need to unbutton them after eating a large meal or something, but these ... so comfortable and stretchy that there is no need to unbutton them! I am absolutely very satisfied with these ... think they are versatile, comfortable and fashionable. I would recommend these to a fellow plus sizer. Also, I read reviews saying that these ... best for women with bigger bellies and not much else, however, I am a size 16/18 hour glass, and these ... look great on me. I'd show you a picture if I could!

Nice ...
I usually buy straight size Old Navy ... but was unable to find a nice dark rinse bootcut ... without any frills (e.g. whiskers, intentional fading, etc.), so I tried these. I'm in between an 18 and a 20 (usually an 18), and am generally proportionate but have a slightly larger waist. I ordered the 18, and they fit nicely with a little room to spare. The waistband could accommodate a smaller waist, but stretches to fit a thicker waist. My only issue is that the opening really IS closer to flare. I'm going to wash and dry these ... high temperature in hopes of getting a smaller opening and all around tighter fit. I'm 5'11", so I ordered them in a tall, and it's a true 34" inseam -- yay! If they wash well I'll probably end up buying more.

Love them!
Like everyone else said, they are for the backside challenged. I have a thick midsection and no butt with average legs. They fit like a glove. Lots of give in them. These are the jeans I can wear to look good and still eat in. You won't be regretting not grabbing your fat ... after a dinner. They are a nice color. At first I was afraid I wouldn't like them because they are so dark and they do look a little fakish when you first get them but after 2 washes mine were more natural and look like the color I wanted. They are dark enough to wear with dress shirts and heels to make them more versatile. The only thing I didn't like is that they are more flare than bootcut. I'd never call them bootcut. I can sew so I tapered them more to be more bootcut and they look FABULOUS! My new fav ...

My new go to ...
I am very happy with this purchase. The stretch is nice but not too stretchy to where you feel like you're wearing spandex... they are just comfortable and allow you to move. They are very flattering, especially in the legs and the rear. A few people are classifying them as flare, but they are just bootcut. A bootcut ... does have a little flare to them, but no too much. The reason I am giving them a 4 is because the color is a little different in person. They are definitely more "blue" which I could do without, but the pants are so nice otherwise, I'll just overlook it.

Not sure on wash...
I find myself feeling like I have on cheap ... look at these. The wash is very dark and solid. So they feel like the cheap ... used to were as a child. They are very comfortable though. I feel like they are MUCH more like a flare ... than a bootcut.

Nice ... but too big!!!
I have been scouring the internet for plus size ... come in long length, and I have finally found a decent pair. This is probably the longest pair of ... have ever owned. I'm 6'0" tall, and I could probably wear these ... pair of moderate height heels without looking ridiculous. I love the dark wash and the bootcut. I ordered a size 26W Long, my size acording to the Size Chart and the size I usually buy. Unfortunately, these ... were extremely loose in every way. I exhanged them for a 24W Long, and they are much better, though still a bit roomy. I think I probably could have even gotten away with a 22W. I would recommend these ... but be aware that you probably need to order at least one size down from what you would usually order. PLEASE PUT PLUS SIZES BACK IN THE STORES!!!

Ok ...
... comfortable, had to go down a size and probably would have been ok going down 2 sizes but it was sold out. NOT BOOTCUT, these are definitely flare ... which I do not like at all but they look good on and are a nice dark color which makes them easy to dress up or down. Overall probably woudn't buy again but hey they were only [$] :)

Thin Fabric!
I have bought these ... three times over the years, and its easy to see why I have kept coming back for more--dark classic wash, bit of stretch, flattering and a nice price point (esp on sale). So when the pants arrived in the mail today I was expecting the same old bootcut ... before. This fabric is MUCH THINNER than previous pairs. My first thought was "did I get jeggings by accident?" No. Its the pants, just with way less quality in the denim. Honestly these will not last 3 months before the thighs have holes in them, and I'm not sure how comfortable I will feel wearing these ... outside the house, at this point they still feel a little legging like. Disappointed in what had become a wardrobe staple of mine. Caveat Emptor (Jeggings).

Definitely not boot cut
I read the reviews, had my hopes up for these ... There is no way they are a bootcut style. They are very flattering for hips/rear, but the bottom of them fans out more than I expected them too. They are slim and flattering every where else, until you get below the knee. Think I'm sending them back.

I would give anything if you would go back and make the bootcut ... made 3 years ago. I have 6 pairs that I wore constantly and recommended to everyone. You haven't made anything better by trying to improve/update what you already had. I have tried 2 pairs of your "new ... they sit in my closet as I do not like them so I wear my OLD very faded out favorite old navy ...
