Long sleeved ... shirt I got 2 of these shirts for my grandson who wears a husky size and they are very nice...great fit, length and launder nicely when washed and hung on a hanger to dry.
I ordered these for school uniforms. In the past I have purchased the white shirts but now my child is an upper classmen so blue is the color for this years ... If they wear like the others I know they'll last. A word to whom maybe reading this for the 2011 school year...order soon as the sizes go quick. Advice to Old Navy going forward...try to increase your stock for mid July & early August as it would be great service to have all sizes in stock.

These shirts are great for my son, Tommy he 's taller and longer than the average 9 year old so the sleeves and torso of the shirt run a little longer, which I love (I buy 6 long sleeve and 6 short sleeve) they last entire school year and Old Navy puts them on sale a few times before school starts, they're the best deal in town!!!!

Long Sleeve Navy Blue Polo ShirtI purchased this shirt for my son last year and it lasted him throughout the school year. The quality of the shirt is thin but that is okay as I put a white t shirt underneath his school shirt. The navy blue color did not fade as other shirts have in the past. Some what a happy customer~My experience with my order was ok until I matched the sku numbers to the product and what was inside the package! The polo long sleeve blue -two were not in the package and instead it was 2 short sleeve blue pollo style! The rest of my order was correct! So now I have to return through the mail to get the correct product! It would be nice if OD had husky in stores then you would not have to go through the hassle!

Perfect "nice" shirt for an active boyI was pleased and somewhat surprised by the quality of this Oxford button down shirt! The material is substantial, not too thin or cheap to the touch. So happy to have found a nice looking "dress up" shirt in a husky size!
EXCELLENTI purchased this long sleeve oxford shirt for my son for his school ... because the materiel that Old Navy uses is more thicker than the one the school provides. Is perfect for the winter. For a 4 yr old boy i need durability, warmth and comfort.
Not "Husky"!The quality of the shirt and several others I purchased was fine - but the shirts were definitely not "husky" well, they were labeled that way but they were not fuller through the body as they should have been). When compared to husky shirts from 2 other retailers, these shirts were 3 inches smaller in the width!! Husky sizes are hard to find - this was a disappointment!
My son is 10 years old. Size L regular is tight for him at his chest, so I bought size L husky. It runs too big! the chest is too loose and the sleeves are too long. But I also bought 1 shirt the same size with short sleeves, it fit him perfect. I don't know what wrong here. I think I have to order some more with short sleeves or try shopping other stores for long sleeves for him.
This shirt was not what I expected. The quality was not as of other brands, i.e., George. It appeared to be thin in material and too tight for a husky size fit. Unfortunatley,I am returning the order. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion.

I was turned on to Old Navy last ... year, and didn't hesitate to do all my purchasing with them this year! These shirts were great for all my ... , I was even able to 'hand down' most of the ones I purchased last year, as they are of such good quality to begin with. I definitely recommend these to any parent trying to outfit their kid on a budget. Wait for the Sale Prices and stock up!!
Old Navy PolosLove these polos for my ... Ordered 10 different colors for them. In general, Old Navy clothes run a little bigger than a lot of brands but I order accordingly. These shirts are soft and confy and the colors are bright. I buy them every year for my ... continue to do so. I always get them on sale and get a great price for good quality.
Perfect school ... shirts These shirts are great. I buy for both my ... school ... shirts. Several reviews stating they are too thin but, living where we get extreme cold and hot, these are great. My ... stay cooler in the hotter months and are able to put a shirt underneath during the winter, without all the bulk of a thicker, heavier shirt. They may be described as "cheap" but the price is perfect. I don't know about you but, I would rather have to purchase replacements throughout the year for a really good price than spending $20 per shirt somewhere else that will still get dirty and worn out before the end of the school year, especially when they are white!!! Buying a more expensive white shirt doesn't guarantee more resistance to grime and stains when being worn by ... :)

why can''t ... girls sizes be universal? the only thing that bothers me about this clothing, is how a ... small is equal to a girl's large. I don't think it has anything to do with old navy as I find this problem everywhere. What is a mom supposed to do if my child requires ... uniforms and the small is way too big? My son isn't abnormally small. He's about the same size as all others in his class, but he needs uniforms next year. I don't want to put him in a girl's polo because it has girly puffy sleeves and is obviously a girls shirt. I will be keep the shirts I ordered because he'll wear them eventually a few years from now, and they are nice shirts and well constructed! size issues, but that's not old navy's fault.

I bought these shirts last year for both of my ... took the shirts to get embroidered with their ... logo, which is required. I got them for [$] per shirt plus $5.00 per logo making the [$] total per shirt seem like a steal compared to the $20.00 I was going to have to pay the ... store. I made a huge mistake! The quality of these shirts is very poor. The material is thin, they wrinkle too much, and they got holes quickly from being washed frequently. The ... store shirts would have lasted me the entire ... year and stay wrinkle free. The ON shirts made it a few months and then I found myself at the ... store replacing them. What a waste!!! If you don't have to embroider them and are really broke; they will do, but I really hated these shirts and will NOT buy them again.
TRASHI know it is not just me. Old Navy has gone downhill! I bought 5 Old Navy ... polo's, size lg in ... begin the ... year off and am down to two. Shirt 1 of 5, seams were not sewn together properly at the neckline so they separated after one wash. Shirt 2 of 5. sleeves were a complete mismatch. Left sleeve was a toddler girls sleeve, right sleeve was true to size and gender. Shirt 3 of 5, fabric was so thin, it tore after two washes because the fabric was so weak. This is the story for only 1 of my 3 ... require uniforms for ... spare you the repetitive details for the other two. No consistency with products whatsoever!! Inspect what your buying! For me, never again! ZERO stars...but that wasn't an option on ON review.

TRASHI know it is not just me. Old Navy has gone downhill! I bought 5 Old Navy ... polo's, size lg in ... begin the ... year off and am down to two. Shirt 1 of 5, seams were not sewn together properly at the neckline so they separated after one wash. Shirt 2 of 5. sleeves were a complete mismatch. Left sleeve was a toddler girls sleeve, right sleeve was true to size and gender. Shirt 3 of 5, fabric was so thin, it tore after two washes because the fabric was so weak. This is the story for only 1 of my 3 ... require uniforms for ... spare you the repetitive details for the other two. No consistency with products whatsoever!! Inspect what your buying! For me, never again! ZERO stars...but that wasn't an option on ON review.

why can''t ... girls sizes be universal? the only thing that bothers me about this clothing, is how a ... small is equal to a girl's large. I don't think it has anything to do with old navy as I find this problem everywhere. What is a mom supposed to do if my child requires ... uniforms and the small is way too big? My son isn't abnormally small. He's about the same size as all others in his class, but he needs uniforms next year. I don't want to put him in a girl's polo because it has girly puffy sleeves and is obviously a girls shirt. I will be keep the shirts I ordered because he'll wear them eventually a few years from now, and they are nice shirts and well constructed! size issues, but that's not old navy's fault.

Old Navy is our #1 choice when purchasing school uniforms. Specifically, we appreciate the softness and quality of the material. The pant and short sizes seem to run a bit long and we have to buy one size smaller than their age for now but with the adjustable waist we don't have to worry about any sagging. In the past they have all had the hook closure for the waist with the "for looks" button, the ... love this feature, they hate hasseling with buttons at their young age but with our recent order it was an actual button waist, Old Navy needs to be more specific on the product description if this is the case. The durability of the pants' knees could be better especially considering how little ... play at recess.

Husky sizes not true to sizeI buy school uniforms from Old Navy every year. My son loves them. The material is soft and very comfortable for him. My only complaint is when ordering the husky sizes please be aware that the pants are true to size, but the shorts are not. They are a size shorter then specified. example: he wears a 14 husky, the pants fit but he will take a 16 in the shorts. overall i would say i love the clothes just have to get them to fit right.

He loves this hoodie because it is very comfortable and easy to move around in and easy to put on. His classroom is always so cold in school so this is a great jacket to wear all day. Yes, the sleeves are longer than needed but he is fine with it.

My only complaint is when ordering the husky sizes please be aware that the pants are true to size, but the shorts are not. They are a size shorter then specified. example: he wears a 14 husky, the pants fit but he will take a 16 in the shorts. overall i would say i love the clothes just have to get them to fit right.

I was pretty confident the size 7 would fit since he wore size 6 last year and they were tight at the start of the school year. My 9 year old was another story since he is in between. The size 7 was huge on the little one. Last year the younger son was a size 6 but somehow the size 7 this year was just really oversized. The size 10 was way too big for the 9 year old but even the size 8 was sort of big. I kept the 8 and hoped they would shrink. No dice, they actually did not shrink! So I'll have them for the mid year when he most likely will move up a size but I ended up having to order more pants.
