SATISFIEDTHOSE ... FIT MY SON VERY WELL. HE WAS PLEASED WITH THE FIT OF THE ... EVEN THOUGH THERE SKATER ... HES STILL PLAYS FOOTBALL IN THEM AND THERE HOLDING UP PRETTY WELL
boys skinny jeansMy boys LOVE these jeans. I just bought another 7 pair because they will wear nothing else. After the first time they wore these jeans, they were done w/the fuller leg jean. They will barely wear the fuller leg jean now for play pants. What is also nice about these jeans is that I can buy several pair in they next size up, cuff them (look great cuffed) if they are too long and the ... don't walk all over the length and ruin them. These jeans have such a cleaner look and my ... look and feel fantastic in them. Will be stocking up on the next sale!
Finally! ... fit! My son is tall & very slim so finding ... fit is very difficult! With the adjustable waist, the skater ... fit great & he loves them!
Big, but nice lookingWe had to go size down. My son is 10 and fits in Regular 10 ... any brand(waist is sometimes too big). I had to exchange Size 10 for Size 8 in these.Last year he wore Size 8 in ON skater ... so I ordered Size 10 this year, which turned out to be too big.But, they look nice and the new color(Dark Rinse) is great.

great for the priceWhile this aren't a true skinny ... like the skaters wear, these ... narrower in the thigh and leg - especially compared to bootcut. My 12 year old loves them. This is the 3rd year we've ordered them for back to school. They fit him well and seem to be true to size. And while others have said they don't wear well, ie. too thin and holes in the knees, we haven't experienced this problem and for the price, they can't be beat.
Why the "Skater" Distinction?Purchased three pairs of these for my ... line, thinking that there was at least some slight difference between "Skater" fit/style and that of "Skinny" since Old Navy markets them with that distinction. When they arrived, I noted that all are labeled as "Skinny" on the adhesive size tag, and all are super long and super slim (my ... just average). I don't see why they are advertised as if they are a unique style/fit. Very disappointed in the way these are listed on the site (trying to unload skinny ... under a different name??) - kind of feel like we were tricked!

Skater ... I bought these based upon the description and what I got wasn't what I thought it would be. In the photo and description no where did it say they were ... "skinny" ... But when my package arrived that is exactly what they were labled. I was confused and thought mybe Old Navy shipped out the wrong kind but nope, SKU number matched. When I took them back, they lady at the store said sometimes ... labled one thing online to sound appealing but in reality called another thing. I even explained that the picture didn't look anything like what I got in terms of the leg opening. So if you are looking for ... "skinny" ... tappered leg, these are it. Skater ... not so much.
