Great Uniforms Pants and a Great price. I'm a mom of triplet ... their uniform pants are khakis. For our family budget, Old Navy has the best uniforms pants and price. Thank you Old Navy for helping this triplet mom stay within the budget and producing quality clothing.
... chino pants The fit on these pants are great. The adjustable waist band is the greatest thing since sliced bread. My sons are on the slim side and the pants with the waist cinched in still provide a VERY nice fit. They dont give that baggy look even on a slim kid. The reinforced knees are amazing since I began buying the old navy chinos I have had only one pair rip through the knees in other well known brand stores EVERY single pair had to be thrown out eventually because of the holes in the knees. The knees do get worn but no holes.
great pants for skinny ... my son is in that no man's land of either 5T or a regular 5. i didnt realize that big kid ... come in the three options (husky, regular or slim). i think that the slim big kid 5 fits him much better than a 5T which results in pulling in the waist adjustment to a ridiculous point. the slim big kid 5 results in almost no waist adjustment! they fit him nicely - not tight, but not big and baggy. the waist looks really nice on them. the length is going to be too long either way, but 4T is too short for him - once again, its that no man's land of too long vs too short. love the classic styling - they are perfect for synangogue
like twill chinos for baby for the larger sizes My 7 year old has these in khaki and navy in a 6 slim and before, in a 5 slim and I love the cut- he is on the shorter side and more narrow and they look neat- not messy like other brands, where it looks like he is drowning in the too big pants' legs. They wear well, obviously they get washed out and get holes in the knees like anything else, but I am very happy with them, and have reordered a few times already. If you have a ... 5T twill chino you will probably like this in a 5 when he outgrows the 5T especially if he is narrow like my son. If he is really narrow try the 5 Slim- it may only be available online.
One son can wear all year, the other wears out the knees by spring I have been very happy with these pants. I have purchased these pants each year for my 2 older ... (now 10 and 9) for several years in a row. I buy each ... 5 pairs at the beginning of the school year and they wear each pair once a week, all day long, during the weekdays. My older son's pants will last all year, and look great at the end of the year. My younger son is simply more active, and by spring all the pants have holes in the knees. However, the other pants that he wears on the weekend (UrbanUP or other brand) also have holes. So it's just him. I do wish the pants didn't have a liner inside, then I could put an iron on patch inside. I've tried patching the knees on the outside but they peel off. Anyway, once the knees are ripped I have the pants converted to shorts and -viola!- he has shorts for school, too. I should note: my older son (who wears a regular) complains that the waist adjustment buttons press into his hip bones. My younger son (who wears a slim) loves the fit and doesn't want me to buy anything else.
School Pants I have bought these pants for both of my ... last two school years. They like them and you can get them in different sizes. One needs a slim and the other regular or husky. The only thing I wish the fabric was a little more durable. I bought each one five pair to start school. I just had to come back for a couple more pair as they are getting thin in the knee area. I have typical ... but school has been in for only 2 and 1/2 months. Wish they could more wear out of them!!!!
Why no 14 or 16 Slim? I ordered these pants in 12S for my tall slim 10-year old. They are really nice looking and fit well but just barely reach his shoe. He only needs them for music performances so I need these to last for a little while. I think a 14S would last him for the next year or so but they don't exist! There are plenty of slim kids who go on being slim after they reach 5 feet - please make pants to fit them. I may have to return these as I don't think they'll make it through the wash without shrinking up a bit.
Sad!!! The quality of the pants was great. However, the slim size 8 was very big. He is currently wearing a 7 slim in little kids so I thought the slim would be perfect. But what a difference from little kids 7 slim to a size 8 slim.
Sizes for older skinny ... I like the Old Navy uniform pants, they're a good value for the money, but I can't buy them. My son is 5'3" and 85 pounds. He needs a 16 for the length, but for whatever reason Old Navy slim sizes stop at a 12. I realize they're adjustable, but even if you adjust them small enough for the waist, you still wind up with weird bunches and a strangely toddler like elastic look. Because Old Navy doesn't carry the larger slim sizes, I buy from another retailer who does. Seriously - what the heck do you expect skinny ... wear uniform pants to do? I don't mind buying online, but it would sure be nice if you offered slim sizes in the longer lengths.
Great for the [$] price If I could have rated 3.5 I would have. Uniform pants are a necessity, and I rely on Old Navy's back to school sale to fulfill our needs. I am a little disappointed in the weight of the pants. For a Chicago winter we may need 2 pairs of long johns underneath! In previous years the pants seemed to be made of a much thicker material. The material would last through 2 school years, now I am wondering if these pants will make it through one year with two roughhousing ... fit was as expected. My ... tall and slim and I bought the slim fit which were still a little wide. They washed nicely and I didn't notice any shrinkage.
Not impressed with fit I ordered the slim and it is more like a regular fit. Do not bother if your kid is super slim.
Never Again This is the first and LAST time I buy socks at Old Navy. The way this socks are made makes them strech lengthwise but the width does not give. It is very hard to put them on. Feel is very nice, color also, but I dont understan how can ON offer such a badly built product. Impossible for my SLIM 8 year old to put them on,I have to do it for him.
Not Very Happy I ordered boys large socks for my grandson. He wears a size 8 shoe and according to your size chart a large should have fit. I have purchased the same size from other stores and they fit loose. These seem to run much smaller than the others. I ordered two packs so now I am stuck with 6 pairs of tight fitting socks.
Triple the value and the comfort! This three-pack of soft cotton underwear briefs is one unbeatable basic.

new fav My son was quite picky about the fit of his undies. Been buying [...] since I can remember. But, we are switching and staying with Old Navy. Did order down from [...]L to ON Medium and it fit perfectly on his slim frame.
perfect When I used to play club soccer my mom bought me a smaller size so that they fit me tight which was absolutely perfect. They weren't too tight on the waist and I liked how the waist band was slim looking, also they don't look like old mans briefs. They go beneath the pant line so nobody can see what your rocking. Comfort, look, durability. get a size smaller
2 sizes too big Guessing that an XS was the same as the rest of ON's clothing it should be equivalent to a 5/5T. This is not true with these underwear. The were the same size waist as my 7 y.o. and my son is 40", 42lbs and 4 years old, not a small kid. They will be good for when he fits into them as they feel well made and soft. Unfortunately ON does not carry underwear in 4T/5T size anymore.
Great value My boys prefer these to Gap socks (they're easier to put on), and they're cheaper. They're a good thickness, too.
Boys'' socks I have five ... these are hands down the BEST socks we've ever gotten! My kids won't wear anything else now! Fit is perfect, quality is great. We moved overseas last year, and I still have my mother buy them and ship them to us!
Great socks Old Navy socks are great. The last a long time even with tough little boys.
comfy socks I really like how the socks fit on my sons feet. They are soft and don't leave a ring around the boys ankles.
Soft cotton keeps him feeling as great as he looks featuring contrasting solid rib-knit trim along the neck and sleeves for that classic ringer style. Tag-free for added comfort.

Perfect Basic Staple Tee I love O.N. clothing for my ... can I say? These tees are stylish, yet simple and versatile. They've held up well in the wash (we have this in several colors). I highly recommend!
Cool colors and soft cotton pique. That's all he needs to create the perfect polo, but we've taken care of that for him.

why can''t ... girls sizes be universal? the only thing that bothers me about this clothing, is how a ... small is equal to a girl's large. I don't think it has anything to do with old navy as I find this problem everywhere. What is a mom supposed to do if my child requires school uniforms and the small is way too big? My son isn't abnormally small. He's about the same size as all others in his class, but he needs uniforms next year. I don't want to put him in a girl's polo because it has girly puffy sleeves and is obviously a girls shirt. I will be keep the shirts I ordered because he'll wear them eventually a few years from now, and they are nice shirts and well constructed! size issues, but that's not old navy's fault.
The online clothing are not quality material and they are not true to size. The shirts were very thin and they were too tight for the person for whom they were sized. I visited the store and the material was much more quality material and the sizes were true to size.
You get what you pay for When will retailers understand that school clothing needs to be "military grade"??? This stuff is way too flimsy and won't last through the first month! I choose quality over fashion any day!
Great for school uniforms or dressed-up occasions, this comfortable pique polo belongs in every boy's wardrobe. Features long sleeves, a two-button placket and ...

Great basic black belt Looking for something dressy for first communion day. Will only wear once before the fall, so wanted to get a size up. Ordered the size L for my 8 year old, who is fitting 8 slim pants now for both ON and GAP. Still a little loose on him, but worked well the moment. Hope it will give him lots of room to grow!
Great for school uniforms or dressy occasions, this classic Oxford shirt belongs in every boy's wardrobe. Features a button-down collar, chest pocket and shirttail hem.
