flare jeans for tall women - reviews

Dreamer ... great for full figured women! I love these ... have them in several colors. They have a tummy panel which isn't constricting. They are a bit stretchy and don't show your belly and minimizes your thighs yet don't flatten your hips/rear. No matter where I'm going, I quickly grab these ... pair it with any top. They look great with anything! I've bought The Flirt ... Diva, Rockstar, but these are my favorite. I do wish they had a straighter bottom, not bootcut because they flare a little so they look better with shoes with heels but I usually wear them with flats. I make sure to put these ... front so they are easy to pick up. Seriously even if you feel bloated, these ... make you look and feel great. Can't say enough about these ... Love, love, love them!

The perfect jeans. And I have serious curves.I have the *hardest* time finding jeans that fit. When Old Navy started making their Curvy jeans I had to try them and they have been my go to jeans for 2 years now. When I heard about these Dreamer jeans I was skeptical because there's nothing in the description that says they're "loose in the hips and thighs" or made for curves. BUT, these jeans fit much better than the Curvy jeans fit and the way they fit in the waist and tummy area is fantastic. Comfortable - they don't make me have a "muffin top" and they don't show my rear end when I sit down or bend over. And the way that they come subtly in at the knee and flare out is very flattering. My boyfriend saw them and said, "Wow. Those jeans look great on you." "Thanks!" Now I am back to buy another pair. :) Wish they had the light wash! They're always out when I come to the site.

Finally--a fit to-die forNo plumber's crack but not mommy ... These are the perfect fit except for being a touch too long. The best fit I have ever had. I bought 5 pairs. These ... give definition to my hips & butt which tend to be too straight compared to my waist. Yet I think they would slim ample hips as well. Please keep this cut. Less flare at the bottom would be a nice change also. Then I could buy 5 more.

Fit great!I love these ... They are great for curves (not as great as the Sweetheart ... though) which I'm always looking for so I don't have that weird gap at the waist. They are a high enough rise that you aren't constantly yanking them up or hanging out. Not too much flare either. They are long though! I'm 5'8" and have to wear my 3 inch heels with them.

If at first you don''t succeed ...... ... try, try again, right?! Some might say "No!" but I really wanted a 36' inseam!!! To recap, I have a 40in waist, 49in hips, and a 34in inseam. I wear a size 18 in my uniform pants (and just about everything else I buy.) My first order included "The Dreamer" and "The Flirt" size 18tall. It was a total bust! They were huge, not just loose but waaay too big! So, this time I ordered "The Dreamer", "The Flirt", and "The Sweetheart", all boot cut, all in a size 14Tall. I tried "The Dreamer" first and it fits! It's snug but I don't mind ... starting out that way. You know they'll stretch especially with 2% spandex. Great! Next, "The Flirt", I could barely get it on! It was too small and seemed shorter also! I checked the tags and, yes, they said 14Tall. I measured the inseam and it's 34", not 36" as promised!! It's going back. Fail!!! Last one, "The Sweetheart", it fits just about the same way the Dreamer does except it seems to have a little more give in the waist. Both come up to just under my belly button (I don't have a long waist so it might be lower for others.) I really like the Crissie color on the Dreamer! However, the Dark Authentic of the Sweetheart meets my employer's dress code for training (as does the Black Jack of the Flirt, which is the reason I ordered it. Let's hope that the third time's the charm!!!) The material in all of these is thinner than what I prefer in a pair of ... but you can't beat a 36" inseam ... if you get it!!! Oh, one more thing, for boot cut ... think these are pretty straight. Maybe it's because of my size but I think a little more of a flare would ballance them out better. (I marked the size options in this review as "too big" and "too loose" because I really shouldn't fit into a 14, these run big!!!)

Smart choiceI spend WAY too much on WAY too many ... have found the best pair in "The Dreamer" in a flare cut. The waist is higher than "junior" style ... but not high in the "mom jean" category! I feel comfortable and I'm not worried that I have a "muffin top" showing, These ... easily dressed up for a casual evening. MOST importantly...they didn't cost me over $100!!!

Lovin'' these jeans! After having two daughters, I have lost my love of shopping for jeans. I have been refusing to buy new ... until I loose baby weight, which hasn't been happening! HA! So I finally broke down and bought these Dreamer ... because of a friends recommendation. I was nervous when I ordered them, because I wasn't sure which size to buy and was a bit worried they would look like "mom ... am 5'5 and weigh about 160 right now (unfortunately), and have a very small waist and large hips. I received my order today and couldn't wait to try them on. They are AWESOME! The rise isn't too high, although it is definitely higher than my normal styles, but they flatten the dreaded baby pouch so nicely and don't show muffin top! I actually feel thinner wearing these! I ordered a 12 and they fit great, but I probably would have rather had a 10 because I think they will stretch. I said above that they are true to size, but they may be just a tad big in general. I also really like the color of the "chrissie" it is a nice in the middle shade. Thank you Old Navy for making a nice pair of flare ... look great on young mothers who want to be stylish, but have a little extra cushion to hide! :) I def recommend these ...

My go to ... I'll just say it, I LOVE the dreamer ... They are the only ... can find that cover my entire butt, don't sag around my thighs, and come in a long enough length! I love that I can bend over without looking like a plumber. I love that they hug my legs all the way to my calf and then flare out just enough at the bottom. I love that the waist hides my belly. These are amazing ...

Finally!Yay! These ... just what I have been searching for! I do not like stretch in my ... these have very little. If you are looking for a boy cut, sexy as hell- little pair of ... here we go! These are straight with a small flare at the bottom. If you have a booty these are good! I put mine on, zipped them up and said, "Yes", right out of the box. Love! You can see the strings in the fabric of the darker denim and the length of the average is just right for rolling up. 5 stars

Really Like These ... These ... very comfortable. I bought them when I found that Old Navy wasn't carrying The Diva wide leg patch pocket ... So I had to try something new. I was a little nervous about wearing something more fitted in the thighs, but these ... not too tight and just the right amount of flare at the bottom. Really Nice!!

dreamer ... I am happy with these ... overall. I am 6' and have a very hard time finding ... long enough for me. I immediately tried these on expecting to take them back for being to short, and I almost cried because not only are they long enough, but they are affordable. I have never owned a pair of ... were long enough for me, thank you ON. I was a bit disappointed that these are more of a flare leg rather than a boot cut and fit tight around my calves, but I can get used to that. to bad that the moment I discovered these ... they sold out in my size, hope they become available again soon.
