full panel maternity jeans - reviews

Greatest pregnancy pants!I absolutely love these pants. I have worn them through this entire pregnancy. They fit great, look like regular jeans, are comfy and best of all the full belly panel with elastic band. I know some women dont like the full panel pants but the bigger your belly gets the harder it is to keep the under the belly pants up on your hips and the other full panel pants out there do not have the elastic band in them.. so they end up constantly slipping down your belly and your always pulling them back up, not attractive. These pants do not do that. They stay up and right where you want them too. Amazing! I would recommend them to everyone, Plus they are reasonably priced. Nice job Old Navy.

Best option!I have tried a lot of jeans from Old Navy and these were definitely my favorite. The flare jeans usually run a bit longer so I ordered the short size and they are perfect! I wear a size 18 and thought the smooth panel would work better than the full panel, but that's not the case. The navy blue full panel fits better and keeps the pants up all day; the elastic band at the top is much more fitted and the panel is breathable and comfortable. The nude colored smooth panel pants fall down periodically and I have to continuously adjust the waist which is annoying and uncomfortable. This full panel fits comfortably and never moved, and actually was better at smoothing my tummy. Definitely will stick with the smooth panel.

Great Jeans--weird ... These ... would be absolutely perfect--if the ... wasn't so strange! I have tried on all kinds of ... only other pair I love are from gap. Seeing as how ON and Gap are sister companies, I expected their "full ... versions to be the same. Not the case! The ... comes about 3/4 of the way up in front and only 1/2 way up my back, and the thick elastic is not only uncomfortable but creates a weird bulge that is highly visible under clothing. If the ... themselves weren't the cutest pants I've put on in a long time, I would have sent it back. Instead, I cut the ... out of these ... sewed a bella band where the ... once connected. If I didn't know how to deconstruct and then re vamp these ... they would be worthless. With the "new" band, they are perfect! I just wish ON would come up with a better "full ... instead of what they have now. As for size, I'm between an 8 and a 10 and I ordered the 8. They fit kind of snug, but that is pefect with all the flowy ... tops.

Nice alt to skinniesIt's been easy to find skinny ... but not a regular ... These have just the right amount of fullness at the leg opening. However, they don't say 'flare,' so if you're reviving the 70s, these aren't the pants. I'm 5'2" and 150 right now. I usually take 4 or 6P and took a ... 6 in these. The ... fitted to the knee and then the gentle flare begins toward the ankle. They fit exactly in the thighs, but I wouldn't size up because we know how ... stretch. I do have a small hole in the ... haven't worn them, but will exchange because I like them. ... stays up comfortable or can be rolled down. Irl pics in this post on my blog : [@]

Just so soThese ... were one of my first ... purchases. I started wearing them around 10 weeks and at that point they were comfortable but by the end of the day were falling off. I will say they were perfect for pretty much my entire second trimester. Nice color, stylish cut and the short length was perfect with a little heel or boots. I am now 30 weeks and the ... totally blown out! The ... torn, pulled and has huge runs all the way around. They are so bad I don't think I will get near another 10 weeks out of them. Also, the ... like a lot of other ON pants, says full ... but it really hits mid belly which at this stage is uncomfortable too. I bought another pair of much more expensive ... boutique that are still in perfect shape and have a true full ... more expensive pair will also get me through another pregnancy or two so worth the price! You get what you pay for!

Just okayMy demi ... Gap ... jeans become uncomfortable in my mid- to late second trimester, so i went on the hunt for a reasonably priced pair of full ... could use for everyday. They look pretty nice, I'm not sure anyone would know they're ... necessarily. I'm wary about the quality though, even for the price. The pair i tried on in store was damaged already; someone had busted their thumbs through the side seams on the belly ... already, trying to put them on. This morning, i already heard a pop in one of the seams myself while putting them on (even though i'm wearing a size too big--ON shipped the wrong size and i decided to just stick with them since they were comfortable enough.) The belly ... very low on these, even lower than some Destination ... i've borrowed. I'm having a hard time finding shirts long enough to cover the ... Also, the belly ... isn't quite tall enough, even though i'm quite short (5'2"), short waisted and have an average sized bump. They're comfortable enough for now, but we'll see how long the short "full" ... lasts. I had hoped these would last me the rest of my pregnancy, but now I'm not so sure.

Not the best ... Jeans These were the only ... jeans I bought, and I bought 3 pairs from Old Navy. The Full Panel versions were fine, until I hit the third trimester. The full panel is made of a thick cotton and does not cover my belly entirely, therefore it cuts in the middle of my belly putting more unneccessary weight and pressure there. I've defaulted to just folding the panel under my belly now, which means my jeans keep falling off my butt. I am not sure why ON does not use a thin spandex like Motherhood ... which is much more comfortable. After a few months of wear, the ... has ripped at the side seams on one of my pairs of pants, and now has a run in the back on the second pair. It seems as though the front ... higher than the back ... so you have to be careful putting on the jeans if you are using the ... pull them up. Not the worst buy if you get them for [$] on sale, but be prepared to be uncomfortable that last month or two.

Most Uncomfortable ... EVER!!!! The ... pair of ... so uncomfortable! The top of the ... much thicker than the rest of the ... inch in width). It is also much shorter than any other full ... have had before. It falls right on top of my belly button. I do have a long waist, but this has never been a problem for me before with ... panels. If your belly button has popped out like mine has, you will know how unbelievably uncomfortable that thick fabric is on that extremely sensitive skin. As other reviews have said, the ... also low meeting the denim and shows even with my long undershirts on. This results in making the crotch look funny as well. As far as the fit and length, these ... not bad. I am tall and have trouble finding ... right length and these were long enough. Unfortunately, they are so uncomfortable there is no way I can wear them!!!

Waistband Way Too Tight!I'm 4.5 months pregnant and of average weight. I couldn't even get through a full day of wearing these. The jeans are great in every other aspect. The material is comfortable, they are true to size, they actually look like regular jeans. However the "full panel" doesn't cover the entire belly. I'm only 5'2", this should not be a problem given my proportions. The top of the panel cuts across my belly about an inch and a half above the belly button and is way too tight to fit comfortably. Would not recommend Old Navy full panel.

Not a good pant for later in your pregnancyThe length of the pants was ok, maybe a little longer would have been nice. As for the panel, it is not a full panel, as the website describes. The thick elastic band sits right in the center of your belly and is very uncomfortable. I tried on full panel pants at the actual store and those were true full panel pants, this is what prompted me to order these since I could not get long length in the store. I got them for later in my pregnancy and had to send them back because they are not available in stores, which is another drawback. I do not recommend these pants for the third trimester, before that they may be ok.
