Waist measurement was off I checked the ... graph and measured ... child on the day I ordered these. I ordered the ... suited her measurement even though it was not what I had recently purchased. When she tried the ... they were very much too big. I think the ... chart is a full ... off. I exchanged them at our local Old Navy which was very convenient. No harm , no foul.

Great black skinny ... but beware the ... Those black skinny ... great. They are so popular with all the ... ln ... daughter's middle school. The problem was the ... ordered them in Slim the first time, in Regular the second time, and there was a huge difference. Regular was way too big and at least 3 inches longer. Many ... were sold out, so I hope I'll find them again this spring on the Old Navy website - in other colors as well!!

Go up a ... Old Navy really needs to make their ... more accurate! I just went to Old Navy yesterday to use ... Give and Get coupon, I went into the ... rooms, and they were just too small! I'm usually a 12 ... so I tried on 14 ... still a little tight, but they were skinny so it didn't matter. I'm very disappointed.
Not impressed ... always a hit or miss. Never consistant in ... because how they are made and depending how much cotten/poly blend is used as well as the inexpierenced seemstress's that are hired. Great jeans My daughter typically wears a plus size, which are very hard to find these days in retail stores, and my wife gave upon on trying, so I decided to try ordering them online. She is very picky and somewhat quirky about size and feel, so I wasn't holding my breath, but to my surprise and relief, she absolutely loved these jeans. She likes the size, the soft feel, and I'm now her hero. Thank you Old Navy!
VERY PLEASED I ordered these jeans for my 10 yr old daughter and she loves them. They are true to size. The length of them are perfect.She wants to wear them everyday. Just wish they sold more jeans in different styles and designs for the plus size kids!

Alternative for Petite teens! At 5'1" and 17 years old, it's hard to find jeans that actually fit without having to be hemmed for length but the 12 plus work perfectly for wider "grown up" hips and short legs! And Cheaper too!

nice jeans I bought these for my daughter, she is a size 12plus in arizona jeans but these are cut smaller. I had to send back and i received the replacement size 14plus in about 2 weeks. good fit and good value
... Jeans These are great looking jeans. The fit is wonderful and the length was true to what the size chart said it would be. I bought them for my daughter, who has muscular legs, and the jeans fit somewhat loosely so she can still run, bend, and play the same as she can in lounge pants. The only complaint I have is the waistband. Yes, it is adjustable. However it wrinkles the back of the jeans really bad so the fit isn't very smooth. The elastic adjustable part is shorter than I thought it would be, and since it wrinkles it makes her shirts look funny. Overall impression is I love them, my daughter loves them, and they're a great buy! Just check the size chart so you're getting the correct size.

I had to sneak in her room to take them for laundry! I got these as a "Back to School" staple for my 10 yr old. She went through a growth spurt over the summer, and I hoped these would fit ok in her legs. Not only did they, but they fit her better than I even anticipated otherwise! I ordered her a 12Plus, thinking she would need the room for her tummy and tush in skinny ... but oh no,no,no! These would have been perfect in a 12 reg., so I now know that they must run a little big to begin with. That's ok, as she simply will not take them off! I had to sneak into her room to grab them for laundry, that's how comfy she is in them! I shall buy the reg ... now, seeing that they give her plenty of room. I am now going to order more for my other 2 ... then off the the men's store for my boys!
Finally!!! This was right on the money. ... daughter needs plus ... extra room in the waist with no added length. This fit is perfect. I can always count on Old Navy for their plus ... fit. Other stores have not been able to produce the same quality ... Now she can wear skinny leg ... feel like the other kids.
Stylish ... Cute skinny ... great color and super price. Problem is that my 4 y/o wears a ... 5 in every other brand but these are about 4 inches too long. Not sure if she will wear them this season because I have to cuff them. Also, they are a bit baggy in the leg, not exactly "skinny". Keeping them for next year.

Great ... My oldest daughter wears plus size clothing for ... However, every other store I go to carries a very limited collection or they ... run either too small or too big. GOOD FIT FOR PRE TEEN These are true to size and appropriate for young ... They are made to fit according to the popular styles WITHOUT being way too snug or low cut. Hard to find ... my 11 year old daughter, most of them are made to be too tight, etc. She is happy and so am I.

great for tall, thin ... Was not expecting to love these pants as much as we do! In the past have only bought 2 pairs of Gap's pants that would last throughout the year (lots of skirts were worn;), this year however, my ... (6 years-7 slim and 8 years-8 slim but about to outgrow length) wanted to wear pants more and halfway through the year wore holes throughout them! Couldn't bring myself to spend $30+ on uniform pants, so thought we'd try these. So glad I did! They fit my tall and skinny ... wonderfully! Still have to cinch the waist on the slims alot, but we have to with most pants anyhow. They have a slimmer profile than Gap's that we all love and look great on. The material is soft, feels nice and has washed wonderfully. And the price is great. Will be buying these next year for sure.

awesome pants I was horrified when my PUBLIC school went to a "standardized dress code" which barely is a step above actual uniforms. I didn't want a boxy look of "uniform" pants and skirts because my ... very thin. When we shopped online and found old navy had this very stylish ... fit the "uniform" requirement we we thrilled. The fit is awesome and the fabric is stretchy for ease of movement while being fitted enough for a more feminine look that other "uniform" pants do not have. Way to go old navy if it weren't for these pants my ... would wear plain black skirts all year. We will definetly be buying more of these.

uniform pants that fit and my preteens will wear. Having 3 13 year olds in Catholic school can be daunting. Trying to adhere to the uniform code but still find clothes that will fit, are affordable and are considered "cool" is nearly impossible. My ... rather slim and most uniform pants are too big in the legs and waist. Many other pants have riviets which aren't allowed in the uniform code. Of course many are just considered "too ugly" or "weird" to be worn by junior high ... Old Navy pants have solved all these problems for us.

Finally a uniform ... fits my slim ... great! These uniform pants are the most attractive fit on the market for slim kids. My ... lean and tall, and it was great to finally find a uniform ... wasn't baggy and unflattering, or looked like "boy pants". I tried many brands and my ... never wanted to wear them to school because they were "ugly", so they would sit in the closet. Now on cold days, they are asking to wear their pants! nice fit! I was pleasantly surprised by how nice they fit on my daughter. She needs them to be used as a uniform pants for band and they fit her so nicely that they do not look like a uniform. Ugh Bought these in for my ... 7 & 11. My 7 yo wears 5-6slim, these pants were baggy on her bottom, and so tight on her thighs we had to peel them off, then flared out below her knee. Very unattractive and inappropriate for a little ... My 11 yo wears a 12 slim, but is so slender, she makes "skinny" jeans look regular. Again these pants were very loose at her waist and bottom, tight on her thighs and distinctly flared below the knee. School uniform pants should be attractive, not aiming for the trashy vamp look. I can't imagine how a more substantial ... would feel about these pants. Disappointed since my ... loved their Old Navy pants from last year.

(7) in the same color but when we got home and she tried the 2nd pair on, ... were incredibly tight. It's a hassle to have to go back to the store now. Inconsistent ... While ... daughter absolutely LOVES skinny ... she initially hated ... super skinny ... she got them as a Christmas gift last year. Now, she will only wear ... super skinny ... so I bought her another pair in store and while the ... she got last year ... 7, ... daugher is now 7 years ... average height and weight at approx 54lbs, approx 49inches tall) now ... her VERY snug, ... have some stretch but look too tight to be comfortable (she insists ... comfortable), I bought her another pair of the black super skinny ... up just to leave room for growth. Well the ... 8, ... like regular skinny ... only because the leg does not have a boot cut, otherwise ... like the boot cut ... there's too much room at the waist (even with the adjustable waist pulled in as much as it could be), the legs are not ... like the other super skinny ... but actually are quite baggy and just don't offer the ... look that we had hoped for. So we went to get the ... 7 and ... really didn't ... any better and because she is growing, the length looked like it wouldn't last too long but overall, ... didn't look as baggy (but were still surprisingly loose around the waist and leg) and the ... such, that she could wear now while we wait for her to grow into her ... 8 super skinnyjeans (which may be a while with all the extra room). Super skinny ... skinny ... only! ... daughter is tall and slim and currently measures to ... 12 Slim. We went to the store to try ... she could not get her feet into the 12 Slim. Granted, she probably has larger feet than some ... 5 1/2) but ... were rediculously tight! She was able to get the 12 Regular on but we had to really tighten the waist and it bunches up. I had her try on the Skinny ... 12 Slim and ... fine, but she really wanted the Super Skinny. She's happy with the waist being pulled in and I guess it gives some grow (or shrink) room. Im at a loss I've purchased several pairs of old navy ... my 5 year old both online and in the store and ill have to say the ... so inconsistant its ridiculous! She is a little tall and slender so I ordered her a 6 slim in the darling dark wash skinny ... they fit her perfectly, these ... same size were so "slim" we couldnt button them. I returned them and got a 6reg and they are way too big in the waist and hips, even with the adjustable waist tightened. Size 5's are too short on her. There is a big difference in the lenths between ... 5 and 6 which doesnt make sense because kids dont grow 3 inches at a time. They are great ... far as quality, price, and over all cuteness. My advice is to try them on in the store if possible.
I would call these super skinny Unless your daughter is extremely thin, I would say these are super skinny. My daughter was able to get the on, but for a 9 yr old its just too much to have her uncomfortable all day in ... cutting off her circulation. ... extremely inconsistent too. great for tall, thin ... Was not expecting to love these pants as much as we do! In the past have only bought 2 pairs of Gap's pants that would last throughout the year (lots of skirts were worn;), this year however, my ... (6 years-7 slim and 8 years-8 slim but about to outgrow length) wanted to wear pants more and halfway through the year wore holes throughout them! Couldn't bring myself to spend $30+ on uniform pants, so thought we'd try these. So glad I did! They fit my tall and skinny ... wonderfully! Still have to cinch the waist on the slims alot, but we have to with most pants anyhow. They have a slimmer profile than Gap's that we all love and look great on. awesome pants I was horrified when my PUBLIC school went to a "standardized dress code" which barely is a step above actual uniforms. I didn't want a boxy look of "uniform" pants and skirts because my ... very thin. When we shopped online and found old navy had this very stylish ... fit the "uniform" requirement we we thrilled. The fit is awesome and the fabric is stretchy for ease of movement while being fitted enough for a more feminine look that other "uniform" pants do not have. Trying to adhere to the uniform code but still find clothes that will fit, are affordable and are considered "cool" is nearly impossible. My ... rather slim and most uniform pants are too big in the legs and waist. Many other pants have riviets which aren't allowed in the uniform code. Of course many are just considered "too ugly" or "weird" to be worn by junior high ... Old Navy pants have solved all these problems for us.

Very unattractive and inappropriate for a little ... My 11 yo wears a 12 slim, but is so slender, she makes "skinny" jeans look regular. Again these pants were very loose at her waist and bottom, tight on her thighs and distinctly flared below the knee. School uniform pants should be attractive, not aiming for the trashy vamp look. Finally, plus size jeans with adjustable waist! The hunt for jeans that fit, finally ended with success at Old Navy. My daughter is not heavy, but athletic, and bigger through the thighs. These jeans are perfect, since they give her the extra room where she needs it. She can then adjust the waist smaller so her jeans are not gapping in the back or falling down. These ran huge! Nice, but ... way off compared to last year! I bought my very tall 11 year old a size 14 because 12's from last year are not going to fit much longer. A friend had given my daughter her old size 14 Old Navy jeans and they were a bit big, but not huge, they work & she is growing fast. I decided to order a 14 in the same cut and style and the ... size 14 literally fit me, the mom, buttoned and zippered with ease! My daughter was cracking up, they are huge, huge! The waste is inches bigger than last year and the length, I am 5'7" and they literally fit me perfect! I am not sure if they are trying to make the larger children feel better by adjusting ... if this was a mistake, but it makes it really hard to order clothes on line. Maybe ... needs to just continue to go up to higher numbers instead of adjusting all ... Jeans should be a bit more consistent! I bought these for myself to just wear around the house. I'm 5'8" and 125 pounds so I bought the plus ... XXL and they are the perfect length. They fit great as well. I was afraid they would look like i was wearing leggings but they're still loose. Nice material. They seem pretty durable and they are a lot less $ than similar ... made for adults. i've been looking for cotton black ... awhile now and these fit the bill. i am 4 ft 10 in and around 95 lbs, but i have some curves and since i wear the ... plus ... these fit just right. i got the xl plus. the lg plus was alittle too snug, but they fit my daughter great!
Affordable alternative to womens small ... I love the ... yoga pants because I normally wear a womens xs/small, but I can fit into a ... XL. They are super comfy, and are less expensive than womens activewear.
Very Looooong Great ... but we bought them in a 16 plus for my daughter, but the length was so long, I could have worn them and I'm 5'8"...no kidding! Plus ... need clothing that gives ROOM not massive amounts of LENGTH.
way too small Even though the quality was great, for a plus ... these pants were TINY. It is hard to find pants for my 10 year old because she already has curves. I had to return these to the strore and they did not have XXL plus ... so I ended up having to shop at [...], where the XL pants fit her perfectly. I can't believe that her Old Navy XL plus pants were that much smaller than [...] XL ... would love to see more consistency is ... across the board!
A Little more snug than previous versions I have always bought the ON yoga ... plus for my daughter and these fit a little too snug in comparison to past versions. Not real flattering for a plus ... tween. But they're comfy and she loves them. Thanks!
As others have said "A bit to long" I bought these ... Fold Over Yoga ... light gray, ... XS (5), which is my daughter's normal ... But these ... few inches too long. I have to fold them at the bottom because they go way over her sneakers. She still LOVES them though, and says they are really comfortable.
TOO LONG I bought these pants for my mom in the ... plus ... she is pretty petite and short. I have looked everywhere for pants that are the proper length for her at 5'2 and I figured there was no better way to make sure they were shorter, than by ordering little ... (XXL Plus). MAN WAS I WRONG. I am 5'4 and these are too long for me by about 2 inches. If your little ... shorter ... expect to have to have them taken up!

In the past have only bought 2 pairs of Gap's pants that would last throughout the year (lots of skirts were worn;), this year however, my ... (6 years-7 slim and 8 years-8 slim but about to outgrow length) wanted to wear pants more and halfway through the year wore holes throughout them! Couldn't bring myself to spend $30+ on uniform pants, so thought we'd try these. So glad I did! They fit my tall and skinny ... wonderfully! Still have to cinch the waist on the slims alot, but we have to with most pants anyhow. They have a slimmer profile than Gap's that we all love and look great on. The material is soft, feels nice and has washed wonderfully. And the price is great. Will be buying these next year for sure.

I didn't want a boxy look of "uniform" pants and skirts because my ... very thin. When we shopped online and found old navy had this very stylish ... fit the "uniform" requirement we we thrilled. The fit is awesome and the fabric is stretchy for ease of movement while being fitted enough for a more feminine look that other "uniform" pants do not have. Way to go old navy if it weren't for these pants my ... would wear plain black skirts all year. We will definetly be buying more of these.

Trying to adhere to the uniform code but still find clothes that will fit, are affordable and are considered "cool" is nearly impossible. My ... rather slim and most uniform pants are too big in the legs and waist. Many other pants have riviets which aren't allowed in the uniform code. Of course many are just considered "too ugly" or "weird" to be worn by junior high ... Old Navy pants have solved all these problems for us.

I have 3 ... all under the age of 10 and they are all tiny in the waist and have a long insteam. We have been to many different kid stores and truly these are the best... Jeans for my daughter We've looked everywhere not only do we need a plus size we also "need" flares; skinny jeans need not apply, straight legs will be frowned upon by this 11 year old and boot cut can do in a pinch. We'd been in the store and no dice. But my daughter saw a commercial (on kid TV) for Old Navy and texted me at work "Old Navy HAS flares!" So I checked online; delight! I knew from her favorite denim skort what size to order and I found 2 pairs of jeans plus a pair of black boot cut that will fill in for black pants. And, they were on Clearance. We're both very happy.

I am short and the Women's Jeans tend to be too long for me, so I end up buying my pants in the girl's ssection and I am happy to say that I will continue to buy from Old Navy. I wish the store would continue to carry Size 16 ... plus size. I hope this helps any one who is short like me.
granddughter''s jeans Old Navy has become the ONLY place I shop for jeans for my granddaughters. With slim & plus to choose from plus adjustable waists, they can't be beat! I've bought jeans everywhere, but Old Navy always has the best fit & quality for the price. The only complaint I have is that the length on the Plus jeans is always too long. Since I sew I can hem them, but it would be nice to have a short length to choose from.
My Daughter will not take them off! These old navy jeans definitely live up to their reputation as durable, comfortable, affordable, and well, loved. I was apprehensive about my daughter opening these up for Christmas. She is almost eleven, but smaller than most ... her age. She recently went through a growth spurt and my husband took her to a local renowned second hand shop to get some new jeans. She came back with 2 pair of old navy jeans that she loved... size 8! So I was sure we would be making the annual Christmas return trip to return the size 10 pair I got her for Christmas. Never underestimate to power of fashion, comfort, and old navy! Yes they were too long, yes they were too wide. But with an adjustable waist and the ability to look just like Mom with jeans that we cuff up and trod upon, there was no way I could persuade her to take them back for a smaller size. "Please Mom!? I love them!" *sigh* "Okay, mini fashionista, you win." Can't knock her style though.
cute jeans I have 2 daughters and I ordered 2 pairs of these jeans. The slim fit version works perfect for my slim 13 year old and she loves them. I ordered the regular fit for my 11 year old, who has an average build and I had to return them because the fit was still slim. After ordering the 'plus' size the fit was great. So, if you have a true plus size child, these jeans won't fit. The plus size is an average cut in reality. Old Navy jeans always are made small, for slender folks; or atleast that has been my experience. But I do love their jeans
Good Pants These pants are probably the best pants Old navy has for ... My daughter does not usually wear their pants because they think a 7 year old needs low rise pants. These are still a little to low, but at least half her rear isn't showing when she bends over.
inseam I like to buy your jeans because I can order them in slim for my ... wish you would post an inseam length for them because I have a hard time getting the right length for them. The size 5 was way too short, the sze 6 drags on the ground. I expect some shrinkage and too long is better than too short [...]
Plus size ... Old Navy needs to offer a fuller cut jean. Full figure ... can't wear the skinny fit.
Daughter liked them, but... because of the cut of these pants (tight from the thigh to knee and tight across the rear) we had to buy her a 16 plus instead of the 16 she usually wears from Old Navy. They look good on her now, but it upset her to have to go to a plus. I really wish ON would stay truer to size.
