Love, Love, Love!
These ... make my fuller legs look great! The only complaint i have is that they come up a little high on my midriff, but then again, most plus size ... don't cover enough! I really like the wash on these ... pockets don't take away from the fit. These ... need to be a staple in your closet, because they look cute dressed up or down.

Perfect ... me!
I am sooooo excited that these ... fit perfectly on me! I'm 6'1" and they were out of the Long in my size but I really wanted to try them anyways so I just ordered the Regualr length and it will be the perfect length for the rest of summer/early fall with flip flops or ballet flats. The ... feel great on, heavyweight material with some stretch. And finally a pair of ... rise high enough to cover my tummy! The waist area fits great and did not cut me in half leaving a muffin top like so many of the lower rise ... do. All around GREAT pair of ... please keep in stock in all ... lengths as I will be ordering more for winter!

surprised! these are amazing!!
I had never purchased old navy ... before, but was looking for new ... wasn't happy with anything else I was finding ,so I thought I would give it a try! I was so surprised, and excited when these came in the mail and they fit amazingly! I did order a size up, like the other reviews mentioned, and they are incredibly comfortable, and fit nicely! I am a size 28 regularly, so I ordered the size 30, and they weren't tight on my calves like a lot of other ... they fit very comfortable at the waist, and they covered my bottom completely which was nice, when there are so many low rise ... don't even come close. Anyways, give them a try, great fitting, comfortable ...

New mom :)
I bought these ... 6 weeks after giving birth to our first child. I was still wearing my beloved maternity ... up until then which obviously didn't fit properly as I am no longer preggers :) I knew I was going to need 'Plus' ... after trying on regular ... since my tummy isn't as taught anymore, and my hips are just a little bit wider. I do like the way they fit even though I have to get used to wearing ... button and zipper again! LOL They have the right amount of room in the hips/butt and legs to be comfy but not overly baggy. I am not a BIG girl, but I do have some curves to me! I would consider myself just a little bit above average (large/x large shirts and size 16 ... pre preggers). All in all I would recommend these ... friends :)

LOVE THIS ...
I have a hard time finding ... fit well and these are wonderful to me. I usually do not find ... comfortable but these really are. I love the tummy control as well. I am between a size 20 and 22 and I bought these ... size 22 and they fit perfectly. The length is great and I am 5'7". I hope this helps someone make a descion as to whether to buy these ... not. I love them myself.

LOVEEEEE!!!!!
Over a year ago, I stopped buying ON ... because I couldn't seem to find a size that really fit "me." I found these ... online and decided to give ON ... another chance. [On a side note, I think it is completely ABSURD that ON Plus is ONLY found online! I would much rather be trying these ... store before I buy them!! Even if they just carried Customer Favorites...UGH...how RUDE!! Anyway, that is another issue] When I got the ... wasn't sure about the color because they are darker than what I would normally wear...however, when I put them on....I fell in love!!! They pull your tummy in, pull your butt up (seemingly to me anyway!), the bootcut style gives you a nice silhouette, and the dark color is VERY slimming! I read other reviews that said the Tummy Trimmer style makes them very loose after a little wearing. I have been wearing mine all day and they still feel like they did when I put them on this morning...I don't think I have ever worn a pair of ... felt like that!!!! Needless, to say, I am VERY PLEASED. ON definitely got this one RIGHT! :D

Love the ...
I love these ... They flatter my shape, and really do flatten my tummy!! They were exactly what I was looking for. Plus, I love the color. I can wear these ... out or just hanging at home. I'm so glad ON made ... actually look good and hide my belly. I had a baby a year ago and went from a size 12 to a size 16. ... don't always look flattering when you have a belly, but these ... actually hide it.

After reading the reviews, I decided to try a pair of these ... size higher than my normal ON size. They were too big, but very comfortable. I ordered another in my normal size. These fit well and are still comfy. I love these ... They are very flattering. The color is dark enough to be slimming. The control panel smooths my front and helps my shirts to lay flatteringly. The rise is just right to prevent "muffin top." Since purchasing these ... refuse to wear any of my other ...

My Boyfriend loved it!!
Ok... so I bought these because I loved the color and fading/whiskering on the ... figured I would take a shot. The other reviews concerned me because it sounded like it would ultimately get sent back. While I did not purchase this "type" of ... last year so have no idea how they are different per other reviews... I know that overall I love these ... am 5'5" and when it comes to ... am very hard to fit. FIT: My waist is much smaller/narrower than what it should be if you go by the measurement of my thighs/hips. What works best for me about these ... fact that the waist IS small for the size that they are. So if you are built like me- these might actually be the best ... Also the tummy control thing isn't over powering in my opinion. I can tell the difference between non tummy control and these but it is not binding or uncomfortable or a miracle worker... so don't put TOO much stock in it. It's merely a slimmer/light shaper in my opinion. LENGTH: since I am 5'5" I almost always buy regular length due to the fact that like the sighting of a Unicorn... finding the right length pants at my height is rare. At my height, these ... long and if you mind having them hemmed or whatever try the shorter size first. I personally don't care if they are long and get walked on. Might for once get them hemmed... haven't decided. COLOR/RINSE: I love the color of these ... photo on the website is very accurate. OVERALL: I like these ... lot and feel like they fit ME well enough that I felt good in them. I would recommend these ... but with a caution to the smaller than "industry normal" waist ...

Did not like these at all!
I bought these ... thinking they were going to be great. I was very upset when I received them and they didnt fit. I could barely button them there for they would never be a ... would ever buy and wear all the time. I returned the ASAP! All the reviews said stay true to your size that is so not true. I refuse to go up a size in ... since Old Navy can not make ... same size all the time. I have one pair of ... bought from ON 2 years ago and they fit great but I go to order the same size I've been wearing for years and they dont fit. I guess I will contunie my search for a new pair of ... just not from ON.

I purchased two pairs of size 16 ... local Old Navy store. They fit well - snug, but well. Looking for slightly looser cut ... take on vacation, I ordered two pairs of size 16 women's ... recieved a blouse, and one pair of women's ... Unfortunately, when held up to the regular size 16s, the women's size 16 ... were SMALLER. epic failure.

Great deal on men"s ...
I love a good deal and this was one of the best.It cost about $6 a pair with my rewards certificate plus the special offer for shoping online that I happened upon for 3 pair of men's ... free shipping besides.I will definitely be a repeat shopper.I can't even get them that cheap at a consignment store.

Nice fit
I was a little hesitant to buy ... my husband because there were so many reviews saying that they fit tall skinny teenagers perfectly and my hubby is average height with an athletic build, but they fit him really well! He usually likes looser fitting ... not too fond of anything too fitted, but ... just fitted enough to look good without being too tight or restrictive. Plus I love the dark rinse, he can wear them for casual stuff, or put on a nice shirt to dress them up a little.

Great ...
I bought these ... my husband online, he likes there talls because of the 36 inch inseam. I got him this fit without him knowing it because he likes "loose fit ... Well, to my surprise he loves this fit, they are nice and loose in the rear.fly area. Even looser thane ON's "loose fit" ... Plus, these are a nice "dressy" ... too. They are super comfy & my husband loves them! Time to get more colors! Buy these ... not be disappointed!!

My favorite ...
Old Navy ... best. The ... fit true to their size. If there are any levi ... owners out there you need to try Old Navy ... excellent.

A little bigger than expected
I'm a thin guy who often ... up when buying straight ... Before buying these, I tried on a pair in both ... difference was more than expected. I ended up going with the larger size, but I'm afraid I may eventually regret that decision. The larger size fits more like a relaxed cut in most ... smaller size probably would have been fine, because I think it was looser than most straight cut ... too. The main difference, however, is that the waist in the larger size appeared to be more than the 1 size larger it should have been. This could just be due to inconsistencies in ... which isn't anything unusual when buying ... but I also think the inseam is too long (better too long than too short, though.) I also worry about the zipper breaking, because it doesn't appear very durable. Overall, I think I received a good deal, because I bought these at a really low price, but I have a 15 year old pair of Old Navy ... far better quality and I would never have paid full price for these. I still wear the 15 year old pair, btw, and they're some of the best quality ... I've ever owned.

Inconsistent ... but store will resolve.
The fit info above is for the second ... ordered, so I have to knock off a star or two. The first ... ordered were too small, inconsistent with the same size that I tried in the store. I think they were just "dud" ... perhaps mis ... incorrect size tag was applied upon production. I returned them to a store, which assisted me in ordering another ... exact same size from the online dept. The second ... arrived and fit fine. So there can be some inconsistency in ... but the store will help you resolve this issue.

Rise Way Too Short
Old Navy has always been my choice for ... - the "regular" fit used to be perfect. Good fit plus good weight for hot AZ. Now there are only two styles - "straight fit" and "regular" that I can wear and the rise is so short that the pants are practically unwearable! I have purchased both styles and I want the longer rise back - in the meantime I'm starting to shop other stores for better fitting ...

Rise too short
I understand the point of having ... sit below the waist, but there is way too little room in the crotch on ... especially for a tall ... quite uncomfortable to sit down in. On the plus side, it is nice to have ... come in slim waists and long lengths (32/36). Too few manufactures make ...

What happened?
I used to be a huge fan of Old Navy ... have four pairs that I bought several years ago, and they fit me pefectly from day one. The time has come to replace them, and I was disappointed to see that the ... styles have changed and they no longer fit me. After buying online, I went to an Old Navy store last night and tried on a pair of each of the four styles of your ... wear size 31x30 and all of the ... were perfect fits in waist and length. The problem is, when compairng your new ... your old ... flys of the new ... inch shorter than the old ones. That also means that the seat is a lot tighter than your old ones. If the distance between my crotch and my waist had decreased in the past couple of years, this would not have been a problem, but it's a huge problem. It has soured me on Old Navy in general, when I was a huge fan before. I now have to go on a hunt for new ... probably go and try some overpriced Levi's or something that will not give as good a fit as your old ...

Okay quality for [$]
I've noticed that the Old Navy ... not as good as the Gap or Banana Republic ... like to try my ... before I buy, but my local Old Navy stores didn't have any in my size, so I ordered 9 of these ... online. The reason why is because usually ... never have the same fit and out of the 9, only 3 fit correctly because each pair of ... did not have the same fit. Also, these ... bleed their blue color on others items in the wash so be VERY careful to wash these ... themselve or with other ... only.

poor shopping experience
I ordered two pairs of straight leg ... online in the same ... One ended up being a defect coming it at over 3 inches longer that the 36 lenght they were supposed to be. So I returned the defective ones in the store and can't buy them again becuase my order would be under $50 so I would have to pay shipping, not to mention they had gone on sale in the store for $9 less but the store doesn't carry ... 32W 36L so I'm out of luck. I'd have to buy them again online for full price plus shipping which is almost twice the cost of the in store sale price.

These ... perfect for any man who likes a loose fit and some extra pockets. My husband does not like tight fitting ... looseness of these is perfect for him. He also likes the painter pockets on the leg for carrying his pen and cellphone. These ... come in great ... also, and fit just as described. My husband is 6'5" and weighs 190, so he's tall and skinny and it is hard to find ... fit him well. These are them though! Like them so much, I bought a pair for my brother in law for Christmas, since he's also 6'3" and weights about 170. Most of his ... too short, and since his true size is a 32x36, ... almost impossible for find for him. Until now. I bought him a 33x36, and they were perfect leaving a little room for him to grow. Great ... last!

Very Awesome ...
I am a big guy so usually I wear ... my actual waist size, I usually fit in then but most ... have had until these I feel like I can't move around in them because these are so tight. I just got these ... today and I will tell you that these are the softest ... have ever felt in my life, they are a nice loose relaxed fit and I feel like I have plenty of room to move around in them and still be comfortable. They only thing I see as a very minor problem is the leg is a bit too long for my height but I can always have them altered a bit if i really needed too. So far i have only had these ... few hours and I can tell you that they are the most comfortable pair of ... have ever owned, Nice loose and broken in feeling the second I put them on.

Best Fitting Painter ... Yet
These are the best fitting painter ... I've purchased so far from Old Navy. They fit perfect, not too baggy, not too tight. Very comfortable. I notice that some people have complained about the fit of this year's painter ... but the ones doing the complaining are large, rotund ... ample girth around their midsections...the type of size that doesn't fit well in most clothes. These people would be better off getting sweat pants instead of ... have a 32 inch waist, and these ... fit me perfect. I think guys who are of normal size...instead of having large stomachs and no hips...will find that these ... fit very well and feel very comfortable.

bring the old cut painter''s ... back please
I agree with the other gentlemen's comments about the painter's ... older ... fit real good. The new cut ... aren't up to par. I'm a body builder so I like the painter's ... because they give me the ample room that I need for my legs. I can wear Levi's but they have to be a size or two large in order for them to fit. The painter's ... allow me the room that I need. please bring back the old style.

So Disappointed
I don't know what happened to Old Navy ... They USE to be my favorite. Unfortunately, the "Loose" is no longer Loose. The length was OK and the waist fit OK, if you could pull them up to your waist. There was no "Essential" room men need in a pair of ... couldn't believe it I honestly thought that sent me a pair of womens ... but that was not case. I guess there changing their style to the "Skinny" trend, but that seems futile after a certain size. I assure you no man wearing a 44x34 wants any less room or a skinny fit to his ... actually overlaid a an older pair that fits great and are supposedly the same size and length, there was an extra 2 inches in a of material in the area I needed it and that means a total of 4 inches of material if when you add in the backside of the ... I'm so disappointed because not only did they use to fit great, they were also a great value at only [$] Other places are charging 30 to 40 bucks per pair of ... NOT WOULD RECOMMEND THESE TO BIGGER SIZE MEN.

Had to return
I am a frequent buyer of Old Navy ... but have come to quickly realize that every pair is different and you truly do have to try on each pair. I ordered my pants online this time because it was easier. Sometimes finding my size is hard, I am guessing because it is so common. I received my order and tried on all four pairs of ... none of them fit as expected. The ... ordered are the same ... always buy. I purchased 4 pairs and was unhappy with all. These were supposed to be loose painter ... however none of them were loose and all 4 need to be returned.

How low is too low? These ...
I recently ordered these ... online to replace one of my favorite pair of ... pair of Old Navy Painters ... ordered the same size as the ones I have and was shocked when I tried the new ones on. My first thought was that these had to be a pair of womens ... because the waste line was very low. I double checked and they were the mens ... ordered. I put the new ones on top of my old pair tio compare the size and the waste of the new ones was two inches lower then my old ones. I returned them to a store near me and asked about this and was told there was no change in the cut of the ... wish I had brought the old pair with me to show them. If you are thirteen and want your underware hanging out of your pants then these are for you, but otherwise don't waste your time or money on these ...

Bring back the old style
I've been wearing Old Navy ... more than 5 years. The last time I bought ... same size they were too small. So I sent them back and bought the next size up. The length was good but the waist seems to be more "low rise" than loose fitting the the crotch and hip are much tighter than they should be. Even going up a size the ... not comfortable. Overall I'm pretty disappointed that I have to start looking for a new place to buy my ...

Just bought some ... khakis from old navy thinking the value and quality ratio would be the same but no, no,no, NO. Who in the [*] makes these rags now? Some slave labor camp somewhere? Why has the quality gone down so dramatically? I bought some Painters ... both the same size and both pair weren't even remotely the same. The 32" inseam on one pair was more like a 30" and the other was like a 34". The waist size will vary as well so buyer beware! I used to wear Old Navy ... switched to Bull Head(s) for awhile but it's like a whole different company. Better off going to [@] or somewhere because at least there you know your geting slave labor mass produced goods. The denim itself is even cheaper, way thinner, rise is wrong, inseam is wrong---everything. I'll never shop there again, no wonder they give you $30 off coupon to come back otherwise no one would. I'm returning them and am officially an ex customer. Epic Fail here people. BTW I am an average dude, wear size 32---32 so it's not a body type issue it's a cheap, cheap, cheap issue from the vendor. Someone at this compnay has poured a keg of super concentrated Suck on their items. Better off shopping around these days and avoiding the sell out companies that move items like people eat cattle. If these ... were cattle they would be tainted with Ecoli and taken off the market immediately. BOO!

very disappointed
I have a lot of clothes from Old Navy and I love all that I have. All except for these pieces of blue fabric that look like legs that I'm told are ... Let just say they are not ... classic, comfortable, and durable. These ... here at least have the classic part down, said fail miserably in the other two departments. Usually, I take my sub par clothes and wear them to work instead of my good clothes, but I don't know if I'll even do that. The sad thing is my mom got me ON shorts that were exactly like this and I LOVE them. The main difference between the shorts and the" ... shorts actually fit like loose pants should. The ... do not. The shorts actually seem to have the correct waist size. The ... feel like they are two ... too small and I feel like a kid that doesn't know how to dress himself. The ... also feel very cheaply made. The fabric feels so thin that if you actually used to paint in, you would destroy them. The fabric of the shorts was actually thick and strong. I could go on and on, I'll just stop right here. There are a thousand other clothing brands that I could spend my hard earned money on. I'm not sure I'll keep spending it at Old Navy.

Very Disappointed
I have been buying these Old Navy Painter Loose Fit ... 8 years all the same size. I'm very disappointed these ... cut and style SUCK!!! I have never tried on a pair of ... felt like they were on backwards, and the rise on them were cut like a girls pair of ... there any possible way I could get the name of the manufacture who Old Navy sold the deeds to the original Old Navy Painter Loose Fit ... So I can buy a few pairs from them.

Great, versatile ...
I love ... love the fact that Old Navy carries ... 33 waist. Plus, the boot cut falls on my legs just right; they are a comfortable, good looking compromise between the way too-tight "straight leg" ... immature looking "loose" ... Plus, the Vintage Grey (or whatever they call it) is a great color for those of us who like darker ... but not solid black. I wear ... everyday settings, to go out to bars, and in more formal settings (when it isn't so formal that I'd have to wear slacks). Great ... all around.

I did Alot of work
For two day i've worn ... worked both days first day working on the farm setting fence posts and wire then working on a old tractor on the second day tore down parents front porch and was moving and lifting big cinder blocks and alot of nails and screws which a board fell with a screw in in and slid right down my pant leg and never tore a hole in the pant plus using my legs for help lifting blocks with great wear and tear on them and no snags or tears in the ... i'm getting two more pairs for work in lose and comfortable great ...

Good ...
I'm 6'6, so finding ... fit the right way and don't shrink in the wash can be difficult. I've found the right pair in ... I've purchased 4-5 pair of ... over the last year. They're great for work; going out, whatever. My only complaint with the last pair is that at the bottom, just past the hem, the ... want to flip up for some reason. It's a very minor problem in the big scheme of things and will definitely not prevent me from buying again - PLUS I got them on sale. Good ... great price.

Nice ...
I got this pair of ... plus 5 other styles for my 13 yr old son. The 34 length was a perfect fit; however the bootcut is a lillte more loose in the waist than the other ... ordered. Other than the waist ... really nice ...

Hard to find
My son is 6'4", the only place I've found 36 inch length is in Old Navy stores. This year our local store no longer carries 36 inch length. I had in the past tried another brand of ... but he never wore them because of the fit and style.. Thankfully, the store clerk suggested ordering on line. It saved me searching through store after store for a length that is very rare. Plus I new that the Old Navy ... were the fit and style my son wanted. Please do not discontinue your long length ...
