khaki pants for men - reviews

Reliable ComfortGreat price for reliable and comfortable khaki ... They're not officially wrinkle free, but they stay straight throughout many washes.

Great fit and nice materialThese ... great buy. They fit well and are wrinkle free. Look classy paired with a collared shirt or polo. Bought them in navy and khaki. Very versatile and wash up nicely.

Good fit, slight mistakeOrdered 4 pairs of Khaki Classic fit ... 4 white button up shirts. got 3 ... 4 shirts. 1 pair of ... shipped separate. 1 pair came in wrong color, which they promptly sent another pair, but I had to pay for and return the wrong ones to the store for my money back. Shipping was fast, and Customer Service was helpfull and kind.

Not to shabbyBought these to wear to class. Comfortable, and look great with anything. Only complaint is the color - I bought the "khaki", and looking at the picture thought it was lighter than it actually was. Other than that I'm happy.

Good Fit KhakisThese khaki ... were a great buy. The loose fit is very comfortable and roomy without being too loose. i just wish they carried these ... Navy color.

Just a KhakiLooks much better on the pic, nothing special, just a regular khaki

Good enoughThese ... nice... nothing special though. The material seems a little thin, but comparable to similarly priced ... size is a little smaller than labeled. and the back end pulls down a lot when sitting. I do like that they are flat fronted ... without pleats, but the quality is just mid range. Like much of Old Navy's newer clothing, these ... made in Sri Lanka- I would prefer they were American made of course, but this seems to be more and more a rarity in clothing. Also, Old Navy's shipping is a little misleading... I ordered these ... breakfast meeting over a week away from when I ordered- I chose the more expensive 3-5 business day shipping option, and did not receive my ... unitl nearly 2 weeks later. Apparently it is 3-5 business day shipping, after 2-3 business days to "process" the order. Then after my order "processed", it had to wait until the following Monday to ship, then it took the full 5 business days to arrive to me the following Monday.

not quite rightI have owned a pair of the Old Navy Khakis In the 'sand' color in extended size inseam (36) and loved them. I ordered additional pairs of 'sand' and 'khaki' and 'blue'. The 'sand' and 'khaki' were true to size the 'blue' are a different, lighter weight fabric (which I did not like) and were a full one inch shorter than the other colors and a full inch smaller in the waist.
SizingI purchased this exact pair of khaki's a month ago and my son loved them. This time the same size 34x34 Classic khaki are about an inch too long and too big in the waist. Doesn't make sense since I just duplicated my order. Couldn't return them because he had already worn them to school when he showed me the size difference.
sizing has changedallways loved old navy khakis. until now. size of ... has changed this year. wear the same size i allways have but now the size of the ... around the ankles has shrunk an inch or more causing the ... go inside of shoes instead of out. ok if you like the tight ... girly boy look but i will have to go elsewhere. sucks but its just my own preference not to buy buy tight around the ankle ...
Changed FitMy husband has been wearing this style of Khaki for awhile now. However, when we most recently purchased them the fit was not the same. The rise is now a lot lower than before. He is a larger guy, so it may be okay on someone else. But, the rise had definately seemed lower. We had to return them.

Great Pants, Very ClassyThese are a great pair of khaki pants. Very comfortable, stylish, and versatile. I am 6'6", athletic build, and I found my 32x36 pair very comfortable overall. Waist is very true to size. Length is a tad long, but a size shorter is much too short. Cut is very straight, but not tight - which I prefer over anything too flared out or too baggy. Bottom is therefore fairly narrow, so these will not fit perfectly around the top of your shoe (personal preference, of course). Overall, great pair of pants at a great price!

soft pantsMy husband is 6’ 4” and wears Levi jeans in a 40x36. In broken in khakis he wears a 38x36. So, you may want to go a size down. The pants are soft and can be dressed up or down. He especially likes the kicking up dust color that looks like traditional khaki. Hopefully ON will keep these pants around.

Great buy! These khakis are wonderful. Comfortable enough for everyday and stylish and nice looking for work. Couldnt be more pleased with my purchase. I ordered them in dark khaki and dark brown and was pleased with both colors.

Happiest my husband''s been with a pair of khakisI've never heard him say "I love these!" about a single pair of pants in my life. He said it about these. They look good, they hold up in the wash good, they are the softest khaki pants I've ever purchased. Big thumbs up from my other half. I'm about to order more of them before they get discontinued or something horrible like that!

Just what my son wanted and neededMy son and i was always looking for a khaki pantd with reinforced seams and great fit. We found them and at a great price too.

excellent productMy 14 year old tried these on and loved them. He has to wear a khaki pant for school and he is hard to please as he wants a certain look. They do run a little big, but I like that because he is growing so fast. We bought the 1st pair in the store and order 4 more pairs online. The sizing is consistent and sale prices helped these pants be a winner. They also wash well w/ little to no shrinkage. Way to go OLD NAVY....You've earned a loyal customer!

Nice fitting slacksGood looking khaki slacks. I have them in almost all colors now. Wear them to work or out for casual events. Very comfortable, nice fit. Love the color selection

Fiance loves theseMy fiance has already had a few pairs of these pants and wears them to work all the time. He is hard on his clothes and these are a thicker khaki material that can withstand a lot of wear. I came back to buy another pair for him and will in the future as well!

Basic normal pants- and that''s a good thingPretty much what you'd expect. And they do seem like they are "broken in", meaning there's no stiffness some khaki can have sometimes. One small complaint, not so much with Old Navy, but just in general: When buying 100% cotton ... can't figure out if they are going to shrink or not. Fresh out of the bag, these are just a bit too loose. Will they shrink after washing to be a perfect fit? Guess I'll find out. So, they're OK now but have the potential to be great after laundry day.

coupon for pantsSInce they did not have my son's size in the store, I had to by them online. I bought two pair of pants that were on sale $5 off each pair. The problem with that is, I had a coupon for 15% off, and you couldn't use it online with the khaki sale, but you could use it in the store! I was very disapointed in this since this is the only place that had pants that fit my son.
not impressedI bought these pants for my husband to go to meet new cleints in... I had just bought them in the brown and loved them so I wanted to get him more colors. I bought 2 of this khaki color and they both ripped right in the crotch before he could walk out the door. The fit was great, so its not like they were small. Very odd. The brown ones are great and khaki actually feels a little different than the brown ones.

khaki pants for men - reviews

very comfortableI bought these for work. They are very comfortable, as most Old Navy ... more durable than most clothes I've bought elsewhere. I bought the ... knowing that although I'm a female they would fit and would make it so I'd still be able to hold my headphones to my iphone in one pocket, chapstick in another and not worry about falling out of my pocket like regular ... color was just perfect for work as I'm able to wear khaki colored up to brown.

My teen sons LOVE these ... My sons love these cargos. They have a neater appearance than most other cargos and the fabric feels soft but not is not cheap looking. They come out of the dryer practically wrinkle free, which is a blessing because I never iron. The flap pockets stay relatively firm and don't get all crinkly and bent. We ordered several pairs, in every color available. My sons wear them to school every day and the ... colored ones can even be worn out to a really nice restaurant. My boys put their cell phones in the pant leg cargo pocket for safekeeping. These ... can be dressed up or down... very very versatile.

Great to find the right size!I wanted Khaki cargo ... but couldn't find the length I needed in my waist size. These are just what I was looking for. I'm very happy with these ...

Impressed! It's my first time to order cargo ... men in ON. I bought this for my husband. Two colors actually brown and khaki. They both fit really well. I will buy more of this for sure in the future. Please don't change the sizing and all, sometime ON is not consistent with the sizing if you buy more than 1 piece of the same product.

shrinks to fit* Length: The ... were 1 1/2 in too long when I bought them, but shrank about 1 in in the dryer so that they now fit well in the length. (I'm 6 ft tall and bought a 34L. A 33L would have been best if that size were available, while a 32L I also bought was too short.)* Waist: The waist shrank somewhat, but is still a little too loose to wear without a belt, so I would order a size down. (My waist is 31-32 in and I ordered a 32W.) Note that the leg is tighter on the 31W than the 32W.* Pockets: The cargo and back pockets have buttons, which takes some getting used to compared to velcro, but they definitely stay closed. I didn't find the front pockets too shallow, unlike some reviewers. (They go about 1 in below the top of the cargo pockets.)* Color: The khaki color is darker than in the picture, more of a beige. In fact, the color is close to the color of the American Twill picture. The American Twill itself is more of a brown color.* Overall, I would recommend these ... if you want something loose fitting that shrinks to fit. The price ([$]) is definitely a bargain! It's worth taking advantage of the free returns to stores to try on multiple sizes.

Ultimate work ... My adult son works out of two towns, so part of his wardrobe stays in our spare closet. These ... durable, dark enough to hide stains (even though ... requirement), and have enough pockets to carry the odds and ends he needs throughout his day. This is his fourth pair, and his size was difficult to find in our local store. Online shopping made it easy and quick.

Great ... I had previously purchased two pairs of these cargo ... my husband. He says they're the most comfortable ... he's ever worn. It's been a year since I bought them and he asked me to order more for him. I bought three for him. Although the one pair is described as gray it is more like a gray green. He loved the color so much that he asked me to order more. Since Old Navy is out of the 34 tall, we decided to order them in 34x34 - we hope they fit but we're waiting for them to arrive to find out. I ordered two more of the gray. He also has 2 pair each in black and brown (no tan/khaki since he doesn't want them to look dirty if he brushed against something). He now wears these in place of jeans.

Comfy but needed a waist size smallerMy husband likes the khaki/cargo style ... many occasions, but needed a waist size smaller in this pair. We ordered the usual 33/36 and returned them for a 32/36. The 32s fit like his normal 33s. Otherwise, they're grand!

Comfortable mid weight ... unusable front pockets Let me try to save you time scrolling through 6 plus pages of reviews...There are a lot of current reviews saying how useless the front pockets on these ... concur. I'm only able to get my finger tips in the front pocket! Needless to say if you wear a wallet up front, it's going to stick out and fall out when you sit. As to the quality that I see some dinging Old Navy on, I'm not finding any real issues (on my ... least). At there price point the material feels soft, and looks reasonably decent, I'd say it's a mid weight fabric. It's definitely not a stiff heavy weight fabric like some Khaki ... Fit: some reviews say there too low, mine fit about as expected, about one finger width below my natural waist, and they feel true to size. These are loose fit ... but not baggy. If you have athletic legs and or looking for wide leg ... these may not work for you, I'd try to find them in the store first to try on. To me they fit great, there is room to move around, and be comfortable in.

Like it except for the pocketsI like my new black cargoes but I'm not a big fan of low rise ... particularly if they are made for active use. And I immensely dislike the very shallow side pockets (not the cargo pockets). They're not deep enough except for putting your hand in. Anything you put in them is likely to fall out the first time you sit down or jump up. You gotta do something about that. Also, I have a khaki version of it that I bought from an Old Navy store and the material feels thicker and sturdier even thought they both have the same name and product number. Even their back pockets are different. The khakis have flap pocket covers and the black ... just button up pockets. What's with the inconsistencies?
Not loose fit at allI usually buy Old Navy Loose Fit Cargos for work. I've gone through about 6 pairs as of 2012. I recently puchased the Twill and ... color and these do not fit like the loose fits that were sold in the beginning of 2012. These have a straight fit cut to them. I thought perhaps they shipped the wrong pair since no where on the ... does it state they are loose fit cut, it just simply says cargo. I went to their store to exchange them but it's the same pair that I received from the online store. FYI these are not the loose fit of old and I would defintely not consider these as loose fit cut either.
