Excellent Fit
I've been looking all over for a pair of ''true'' plus sized skinny ... Most plus size skinny ... reality more like peg legged or straight legged ... meaning that they are too loose and too long to wear under boots, too baggy in the hips and rear, but too tight in the legs to be cute, and of course way too low rise for a plus sized girl. These, on the other hand, were perfect! They fit exactly where I wanted them in the waist, about 1-2" below my belly button, fitted in the hips and rear, snug to the leg without being uncomfortable, perfect leg length, and are a nice simple dark wash that is slimming and goes well with everything. I did do what other reviewers suggested and ordered a size up from my usual size, so I got a 20 instead of an 18 and they were perfect. Also, I got the average length and they were perfect, I'm 5'6" and often am in that awkward place between average and tall in ... but that was not a problem here. These ... also do not have much stretch to them, which is good because they don't stretch out and become baggy over the course of the day, nor do they shrink to uncomfortable tightness when you wash them. If you are looking for a sturdy, comfy, and flattering pair of skinny ... wish to try the skinny ... trend but are unsure because ''big girls shouldn't wear skinny ... then I HIGHLY recommend these ... love them! Be forewarned, when you take them out of the package you will be like, "geez, these things look huge!" But when you put them on, they will look a lot better.

Perfect ...
Let me start with the positive. It is VERY slimming, and enhances my curves in all the right places. The material is comfortable and has the perfect amount of stretch. The length is great as well..the only negative I have is that it doesn't fit like skinny ... They are more like straight legged ... but they're still so cute that it doesn't bother me at all. Also..I have a big butt, so the rise it a little low in the back, but it isn't the ... fault. Lol.

not skinny but still nice
So I read the reviews on these before I bought them, so I knew that these are not skinny ... leg actually flares out quite a bit. Had I not known that when I ordered, I would have been incredibly disappointed, but I did, so I was expecting it. Overall, other than the fact that they are not skinny ... like the a lot. They are a nice dark wash and they fit nice without being too low of a rise, so they are flattering and modest! I like them!

A Nice Surprise
I haven't had luck with ON ... years but I wanted a pair of skinny ... decided to try these. I was nicely surprised. I ordered a size up from my normal size and I made the right choice. The legs are skinny and can fit under a boot but are not a tight jegging. The only problem is the low rise and muffin top it causes. Since I will be wearing these ... longer tops it will be covered but I wish these ... still came in a normal rise.

Almost there.
I ordered these in a 22 and 24 because I wanted to make sure I had length. I'm very tall, with long legs and a long torso, so rise and length are very important to me. As is the case with most ON pants, these ... stretch out a fair bit, but I planned on taking them in anyway. The 22 hit me just a little too low on the waist, but the length was very nice, and the width of the leg through the calf and ankle isn't too skinny. I went with the 24, because the rise was more comfortable and the length was still perfect. They're too big in the waist, butt, and thighs, but I'll be taking them in. I like the color very much and the denim is not so thin that it feels cheap, but not so thick that it suffocates. I like these pants quite a lot.

Just O.K.
I was expecting the calves of these ... "skinny', a little bit tighter fit. They are more like a low rise straight fit ... They are cute, just not my idea of a skinny ... wish O.N. had "plus size" in stores so we can try items on. This would elimate any guessing on fit.

waise too low, no "right" type of skinny
These ... weird...the waist rise is too low for sure. Then they are just "kinda" skinny but not tight enough really to wear with a tall boat as I hoped. Wouldnt buy again.

Too small!
I bought these ... size too big and they didn't fit. Like they wouldn't even button and zip. I normally wear an 18-20 and bought size 20 (my fat ... size) because I've gained some weight recently. I purposely bought in the plus size section just to be sure they would fit and they didn't even close! I returned them and bought size 20 skinny ... regular section (just to be sure I hadn't gained way more weight than I thought I did) and low and behold, they were too big. Something went wrong with the sizing of these ... know ... tend to run small, but this was unreasonable. I was way better off with the size 20 ... regular section.

Going back in the mailbox today for return
Not what I was expecting. Big girls with muffin tops have no need for pants that are low rise on the waist. The leg is not "skinny" at the ankle where you want it to be. I can get the same fit with a better rise at [@] if I wanted this look. I bought these because they were the only ones marketed as "skinny ... larger women. It is too bad that you can only get these online and are not able to go to the store to try before you buy. Had I known that the ankles are not tapered to fit the skinny ankles that some of us have, I would have NEVER bought these. I could have dealt with the low rise on the waist if the bottom of the ... fit right.

Don't love the fit, I will be trying to return these. For a 16 plus, the waist was to small and the rise to low. Not to mention the fact that not everyone who is plus size in their hips/waist, also happens to have man calves. The lower leg of these bad boys were more like a boot cut than a straight/skinny cut.

Love them! Only one problem.
Okay, I love these ... They are comfy, stretchy and love the dark wash. They don't stretch out and become baggy like other ... have. They only one problem that I have with them is that the crotch is a bit long. I'm a woman, I don't have anything hanging low down there. Lol. Other than that, they're great! Would buy again, just want the crotch issue fixed and they'd be the best ... I've ever owned. I'm a size 22 short.

Pretty good ... sale price
I needed an inexpensive pair of ... fill in while I'm dropping sizes, and I'm pretty pleased with these. I got a size 24 long (I'm 6' tall, currently about 330) and they fit pretty well. The rise is a bit lower than I like, but that's pretty typical of ON ... it's not so low that it muffin tops. Good boot cut--a little wider than a straight leg, but not flared. The fabric is a little stiffer than I expected, but they're softening up with washing & wear. And the color is a nice dark wash...just make sure to wash them first or you'll have blue thighs. :)

Good ...
Finally! ... actually long when they say long! These ... thin and stretchy making them quite comfortable. They do run a bit big so I'd order a size smaller than you wear in other Old Navy ... They seem to hold their shape. The wash is VERY dark making them great for work or evenings. Not super high in the waste, but not so low I'm constantly hiking them up :) I'm very pleased especially for the price!

Great, simple and comfy
Although they are a little long on me, these ... great. Super comfy, no embellishments, no low rise or weird patterns. They are a little thinner than denim but I love them!

Not for THIS big booty & thigh girl...
Ok, i was excited to get these but greatly disappointed. I find the ON plus ... hit or miss. I will keep these ... because I need some and I got them for a good price with my discounts and all. If you have large thighs this will cause these ... shorter. For me the ... too tight in the thighs, big in the front belly area and low rise in the back which a belt helps but we know how when the belt has to sit belly button level tends to be a lil uncomfy. Without a belt i have to constantly pull up the waist when i get up and every few subsequent steps...for some reason whoever designs these ... think ya cant have a big butt without the big gut! lol The wash is nice and dark but the material is very thin and stretchy which makes me think of that pajama ... infomercial...however, my fashion savvy 14 yr old told me she likes them so maybe the pj ... look aint too apparent to anyone else

The rise is a little too low
I'm not sure if I missed the low rise description when I bought these pants, and just saw boot cut ... Overall these are great ... but the low rise is a little too low rise for us apple shapes.

I love these pants,love the side stitching,the sturdy fabric,love how I look in them ,but...the rise is too low for a workout,every time I bend over in them the waist band rolls.I have enough rolls!!!I am keeping them however! Will deal.

Nice, but not for me :(
Love the thin material, nice dark wash. Waist fit nice, rise was not too low. But if you are an apple shape do not buy these! The legs are huge and the leg opening is very wide more like bell bottom than boot cut. I do have smaller legs and a larger waist, so these will not work for me. If you are more in proportion and like a flare leg these are for you. Will have to ship back.

First off, these are flared not boot cut, which wouldn't be a huge problem except that even ordering the petite length they run too long and flared pants look weird if you roll the cuff. And I'm 5'4'' so it's saying something if I'm stepping on the backs for petite length. However, they waist isn't too low rise and the hips aren't baggy for once, but if you're someone who has a small waist and curvy hips (unlike me) they may be snug. These also don't have the weird faded pattern around the waist that I think winds up looking silly on on a belly that I would rather not draw attention to.

Looked Good "On the Hanger"
I love the look of these ... online! I love the look of these ... person. I DO NOT love the look of these ... couldn't even get them up all the way. The rise is extremely low. I have a pair of ... Women's Diva line in a size 20 that fit me well, but they are probably a little stretched out from wear. Keeping that in mind, I ordered a 20W from the Women's Plus line. The difference between a 20 in Women's and a 20W in Women's Plus is a couple of inches. It makes sense then that the 20W should fit since the 20 fits. That was NOT the case. I couldn't even get the 20W buttoned! They sat WAY too low on my hips, too. I usually love low rise ... since I don't like to wear them up above my belly button, but the rise on these ... just ridiculous! Even if I got them buttoned/zipped, they would have only made it halfway up my pretty flat rear! I don't know if it was just my pair, the day I tried them on, or if they're all like that, but I'm returning them for a different pair!

Not for an hourglass shape...
I am a plus size woman, but that does not mean that I look like an apple on two sticks. I have a big butt, wide hips, a flat stomach, and a small, low waist. ... were too tight in the thigh and hip area, but I literally had 4 inches of excess material in the waist. Not to mention that the top of the ... inch over my belly button. One thing that was odd to me: ... labeled as boot cut, but they were more like tapered leg. On a side note: PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BRING YOUR PLUS SIZE CLOTHES BACK INTO YOUR STORES!!!!!! I am not the first reviewer to ask for this.
