Love Love Love these shorts
These are the most comfortable things I have put on my body my entire pregnancy. I would wear them everyday. So light, soft and stretchy. I was a s m in old navy pre pregnancy and I ordered these in S, and despite gaining about 30lbs by my 38th week, they fit perfectly. I wear them lounging around the house and running errands, even worn them commando :-o! I wish they came in other colors. Only complaint is that they pill btwn the legs, but I have found few ... pants the can hold up to the btwn the thighs friction.

Great Pants
These are extremely comfortable, as are the foldover waistband yoga pants and shorts. These, though, are a little more flattering. The yoga pants are somewhat snug fitting, but these are loose fitting to flatter that pregnant/post baby body. I will be wearing these through my last trimester and post baby summer.

Chic and comfortable
These are dressy and flowy and incredibly soft. Great for pregnancy in the summertime when regular shorts are constricting.

... Perfection!!
I bought these gauchos in black and brown for the summer here in the desert and mostly for my last trimester. These are absolutely perfect...they fit so well I find myself reaching for them everyday. They are comfortable and breezy. I ordered mediums (and I'm on the ... side at 5'3") and was worried they might be too small, but they are just right. The material is very stretchy and so unbelievably soft. These are like heaven for a pregnant woman. I prefer wearing these to shorts because they are more comfortable for me. Wish they came in a rainbow of colors....And, I know these will be great post partum, too. Don't hesitate to buy these because they are the best pieces I own.

Love these gauchos!!
I'm in my last trimester & am having trouble finding bottoms that fit my belly and/or doesn't need constant pulling up. These gauchos (my husband calls them "longs" because they're not "shorts") fit the bill. They're very comfy yet stylish enough that I can wear them to church & also just to pickup & dropoff my daughter at school. I bought both colors & wish they made them in more colors. I also think they'll still work after the baby since the panel folds down. All in all, a great purchase!!

I LOVE these shorts!
These may be my favorite shorts ever! Especially with the weather getting hotter... and me getting bigger... I needed something light and comfortable for my last month. And these are perfect. They are so cute that I know I will be able to wear them after I have my little man- just fold over the panel and you would never be able to tell that they are ... pants! They are so soft too I am really considering ordering a second pair- because I could live in these for the last month... easily. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Cute, Comfy & Convenient
I found these gaugho type shorts to be wonderful. They are cute enough for work when dressed up with a nice top or casual enough for days at home. They are very comfortable. The pockets were a welcome change as most of my other ... clothes do not have pockets.

Very comfy!
So normally I don't do these but other reviewers helped me get the best fit so I figured I should do this. Pre pregnancy I'm 5'10 and 145lbs, so I usually wear a medium shorts. Now I'm 20 weeks and weigh 170 pounds so I thought for sure a medium wouldn't fit, but it does! I think a large would have fallen of my hips, it fits the hips snuggly but it's still loose in the butt area. These are just the sort of comfy shorts I have been looking for, they may not be the most flattering on me (since I've put on over twenty pounds) but comfort outweighs the looks for me! So glad I bought them!

Comfy but a little long.
Very loose and comfy. They look like a skirt but wear like shorts. I am 5'2 and ordered an XS. They hit a little below the knees which is not always flattering on a ... person but they will probably shrink a bit.

Not for me...
I was excited to get these on sale after seeing the great reviews and ordered 2 pair but once they arrived I was very disappointed! In my opinion this style is just not meant for anyone with wide hips or a pear shaped figure (such as myself). They are the most comfortable bottoms I've ever put on to be sure, but they looked horrible. The pockets at the hips do tend to gap a small bit which made my hips look even bigger, and the legs are not wide enough to give the full "gaucho" look. I also thought they were too ... hitting me above the knee (I am 5'9" so maybe that's why). They seriously looked like I was wearing full cut bermuda yoga shorts (I know there is no such thing, but that's the best I can describe them as). Another issue was the very ruched waist band which is nice because you can either fold it down or pull it up for more belly coverage- but the ruched look is sewn in and very ruffled, making it bunched up and bulky under shirts- no matter if it's pulled up over the belly or folded down. I'll give Old navy the benefit of the doubt though, I am tall and I do have extremely wide hips for my body so maybe this just is a bad style for me personally- but it was REALLY bad. Pear shapes beware!

Seemed like an odd fit to me
I loved the style and feel of these casual ... gauchos, but they did not fit me well at all. They were very big in the hips, with the fabric gaping out past where my actual hips were (which are even larger during pregnancy, btw). The material and color (brown) was great, and the material was soft and comfy, but I couldn't keep them with that weird fit at the hips. I either wear a S or M from here, and these were a M. They fit correctly in the waist, so I'm not sure if a S would have been better or not. I got them on a good sale, though, so it was worth a shot for me and may be for you too - maybe I just got a weird pair.

Best workout shorts ever
These shorts are outstanding. They are unbelievably comfortable plus functional and also very flattering. The panel design is the best I think I've seen in ... shorts/pants. I've tried on sooo many brands of ... workout shorts and they are all either uncomfortable or unflattering or both. I wish I had bought these Old Navy shorts earlier!! My last pregnancy I wore horribly uncomfortable shorts but figured that's all there is. I will definitely buy more of these Old Navy shorts. I wish they were available in stores and in more colors. I bought a size up after reading other reviews. I probably could have gotten away with my normal size (M) but these still fit great and I'd rather they be a little loose than too tight. I'm still in early 2nd trimester, too.

You must buy these!
These shorts are a ... staple, I bought them in grey and black and put them on everyday after work. They are super comfortable and will accomodate a growing bump. I would recommend buying a size up or two as they are tighly fitted. I usually buy XS in ON ... bought a M in these and they fit great.

A must have for summer!
These are the only ... shorts that I've found that are worth wearing! My size according to the sizing chart is a Small, but they were out so I got Medium instead. They still fit pretty well, though at times during the beginning of my second trimester they felt a tad loose. Now that I'm at 31 weeks they fit much better and I'm glad I have the Medium. I have one in grey and one in black. I think the black looks less like I'm wearing sweatpant type shorts and the color is easier to match than the grey. However, pet hair does show up on the black (though not the grey). It's not as horrible as with some fabrics, but if you have pets you will want to de hair these on occasion. The only real complaint I have is that these shorts tend to trap heat on super hot summer days or when exercising. However, the comfort of these shorts on my belly is so totally worth dealing with that pitfall!

Love these for lounging after work.
I wear scrubs all day at work, and don't like to go straight to pj's when I get home since it's only 8pm. These shorts or super comfy, and will definitely work post pregnancy as well since they are like yoga pants on the top and aren't overtly ... Nice lounge y addition to my ... wardrobe.

Love these shorts
Old Navy ... bottoms just seem to run small. In all other ... brands, I wear a medium, but I ordered these in a large because I knew that their bottoms fit me this way. They are a bit big on me, but the mediums are a little more snug than I would like. I wear these all the time to work out, and I even sleep in them! These are so comfy; I would like to have another pair!

Comfy, a little ...
These are really comfy and fit as I would expect them from Old Navy ... meaning if you are between sizes, definitely order down. I would make them a tad bit longer if it were up to me, but this is personal preference. Overall, definitely the best ... workout shorts I have found so far.

Comfy....but
Overall, these are a great price and I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of them through out my pregnancy. I bought them to possibly run in (I haven't been able to find ... running shorts for a reasonable price). However, these will probably end up being pajama shorts instead. The fabric is very stretchy but thicker then I like in a work out ... fit is a little odd on me. I am 5'7" and 150lbs pre pregnancy but I am thickest through the hips and rear. The bottom on these shorts pull tighter then I like. The material being a little thicker makes me think it will rub between my thighs too annoyingly to run in.

Definitely glad I read the reviews before buying. I am a size S or XS pre pregnancy and the majority of my ON ... items are Smalls as well. I recently bought some ON ... leggings in size Medium and at 32 weeks, they fit just right, even a little loose. I bought two pairs of these shorts in M and L. The mediums will be strictly for loungewear at home, the large could be worn out, if I'm daring. I have athletic legs that aren't too hot looking while I'm pregnant. Someone mentioned these shorts would be great for hot yoga - I agree to an extent. The material is a bit thick for hot yoga. The length is pretty ... - coming from someone that is 5"2. That being said, I think I'll get a lot of wear from these shorts and continue to wear them post pregnancy.

Good quality but smaller fit
As some of the other reveiwers have mentioned - these shorts definitely run small. I am currently in my late 3rd trimester and bought these shorts to wear around the house now and for after the baby comes when I am still trying to get back to my pre baby shape. The quality of construction and the fabric are both great but they are definitly on the tight side. For reference, before I got pregnant I wore a size M in any kind of Old Navy shorts/yoga pants etc. I ordered the ... roll down capri yoga pants in a size L and while they were big in my 2nd trimester, they now fit well - comfortable but not tight. I ordered these shorts in a L due to other reviews and am glad I did. They are very fitted right now - and I can't really attribute this to my being so far along in the pregnancy since they do not fit the same way my other Old Navy yoga ... pants do. They are very comfortable although fitted - I plan on wearing them a lot but I would not wear them outside the house (at least not yet). Recommend them for the price and quality and comfort.

Just okay
These shorts were somewhat disappointing, but I still give them 3 stars because maybe my expectations were too high. If I don't fold over the waist band and let it extend over my belly, the top gapes out a little and you can see it poking through my ... shirt. So it has to stay folded over. The band is the exact same material and thickness as the shorts. It is thicker than the band you'd find on ... jeans and not nearly as giving! With that said, I can't see wearing them much into the 3rd trimester if at all (it can sometimes feel a little tight or confining). I am 23 weeks now. But all in all, it is a good price, and I do still wear them. Just know that they aren't as kind to the belly as others.

Why so small, ON?
This is my third pregnancy, and I have always loved Old Navy ... clothes for the price and comfort. This time, not so much. I normally wear xs or s pre pregnancy, and I've had to size WAY up on almost everything this time around. I'm 22 weeks and I ordered these shorts in a M and they are still tighter than I would like - I'm keeping them because returning by mail is a hassle and will cost me more money, but I will only be able to wear them around the house because they are too tight for me to feel comfortable wearing them to the gym. The picture - as usual - is misleading, they fit more like biker shorts. The panel is also shorter than I expected, when I fold it over it sits too low in the back. I'm disappointed in my Old Navy ... experience this time around!!
