maternity sleeveless tops - reviews

Great for layering!
I bought one of these tanks to use for layering, as many of my ... tops are way too low cut for my taste. I agree with many of the other reviewers- these are great for layering as the neckline isn't too low- so you actually get a layered effect and some modesty! I ordered my pre pregnancy size and the fit was exactly as expected- maybe slightly larger but not enough to bother me. It lays smoothly under other tops and is perfect length to accommodate a ... may be too short for the baby belly. Much better than the ribbed style tanks which tend to stretch out and lose their shape quickly, also the straps on these are a better length in my opinion- the ribbed tank straps seem too long for me.

Perfect fit! But buy one size smaller.
I love these tops! The material is so nice and the fit is perfect. I have a big chest and even then the material doesn't get all see through when stretching. They are kinda long though, so they wont really fit you right until your baby bump appears. I got them during my first trimester and decided to put them away until now that i'm 5 months. And theres plenty of room to grow in them! I do recommend getting a size smaller, i'm normally a Large in ON tops (even some ... tops) but I got all of these in a Medium. :)

Love
Perfect tank ... summer or for wearing under cardigans for work. I typically wear a size small ... pre ... (5'7, 140 pounds) and the small was perfect. The length is longer, but I typically like my tank tops longer. I also like how the shoulder straps are thinner as I find most ... tops/dresses have thick straps. I have this in two colors and should probably purchase more.

Love these tank tops!
I love this tank ... so much, I ended up ordering about 5 of them! It's a great layering tank ... so I wear under ... shirts. They are comfortable and smooth out the lines that some ... pants have on them (that you would otherwise see).

Great Undershirt or Sleepwear
I recently bought this tank in both black and blue and I really do love the cut. The collar hits at a fairly modest height! Which is fantastic since most ... tops are remarkably low cut and/or very loose fitting (bend over and look down some time), so they work very well to keep things a bit more covered. They're light enough and soft enough that you barely even notice you're wearing them and mine have held up to several washes so far. A lot of ... clothes are poorly made since no one expects you to use them too much, which bugs me since I'm on my 4th pregnancy, but these tanks feel like they'll last a while. The length is great! I tend to carry straight out up front and stay relatively slim elsewhere, so even ... shirts sometimes don't cover my belly by the third trimester. These do! If you think they're too long, you're probably just not pregnant enough to appreciate it yet. Personally, I like the extra length because it just makes me feel more confident that my belly isn't showing and if you'd like to tuck it in, it'll just stay put better. I'll probably keep wearing these even when I'm not pregnant thanks to the neckline and soft fabric. Basically, I love these tanks and would recommend them to anyone.

Favorite tanks
These tank tops are perfect for layering, wearing to the gym, or wearing out with a cardigan or jacket; they are perfect in length, knit weight, and coverage. Usually I wear the "seamless" tank tops from Motherhood ... under tighter things since they're tighter tanks, but these jersey tanks from ON do the trick too and are much cheaper. I will probably even wear these post pregnancy.

Great for layering
These tank tops work great for layering and are very soft and comfortable. I wear them under sweaters, cardigans, and low cut tops. They are very long, so they work great for covering ... waistbands if your shirts tend to ride up. The only problem I have with them is that the straps are bit longer than I like and I have to keep pulling the neckline up so my bra doesn't show. This could easily be fixed by just taking the straps up a little, but I just haven't gotten around to it. Ordering a size smaller might also solve this problem, but I hesitate to do so because the tanks fit fine other than the straps and I'm afraid sizing down would make them too tight.

Get 1 Size Smaller
I normally wear a XXL in Old Navy tops, but I have to get a XL in these ... have this ... 3 different colors and I LOVE them. I'm tall to begin with, so finding ... clothes that are long enough can be quite a task. These are a great length for the whole pregnancy!

I find normal ON sizes to be all over the board, and this is no exception. I ordered a small (as I have with most other ON ... items) and it is loose and LONG (I'm 5'2", and it peeks out under tunic tops). I'm sure I'll appreciate the length in my third trimester (I'm 20 weeks now), but it's pretty loose all over.

Too Big for Smaller Women
I am a petite woman and wear the non pregnant XS tanks and thought I'd wear the same for ... tops. The XS ... tops are BIG. I ordered 2 of these to wear under tops for work. The material was thicker than most Old Navy shirts and it is soft. I washed these in hot water and dried them and they seemed to shrink a bit and fit a bit more form fitting. I am 6 months pregnant, but still don't really look pregnant. I am a small pregnant and think these tanks would be best for the third trimester or if your tummy is large. Not a good fit for early in your pregnancy, but later when your tummy is popping.

a staple!
I bought this cami in black and nude. Absolutely love them! I wear them underneath sweaters and other tops all the time. Super stretchy and comfy and length is good too. I'm 5'2 with a short torso and these still work well for me. I normally where pre preg size XS S in tops at ON. Was 111-114 lbs pre preg. Bought these in a size small and I think they fit perfect.

Great for long torsos
This layering tank is great for long torsos! I am 6'0". size small with a longer torso. I have trouble when I am not pregnant finding tops that cover my whole belly and the same has been true of ... shirts. This tank completely covers everything to a little bit above the ... my pubic bone. A great addition to any trimester wardrobe, but especially towards the end of the second and the third. Great, supportive fit without being too constricting.

Nice and LONG
I ordered these because a lot of reviewers were complaining about them being too long. I'm tall and in the third trimester and all of my tops are showing the belly band or waist band. I wanted something to layer underneath to get through to the end. These were perfect - nice and long!!! They do run a little small, if you're deciding between one size or another, order the larger size. For example, pre pregnancy I'm usually a 6, which translates to small or medium, depending on the brand. I bought the mediums and they are great! My only complaint is that I wish they had these tops in more colors.

A good basic to own
This is nice to wear as an extra layer beneath other tops. The length covers the belly totally and extends down to the hips, but the hem can be pushed up or down as needed since the fabric is very stretchy. I purchased both black and white and have already gotten a lot of use from them. I'm at the end of my 2nd trimester but I'm assuming this will fit in the 3rd trimester, and I bet I will probably wear it post pregnancy. I am 5'8" (size 4-6) and usually wear a size small in old Navy ... clothing. The small fit true to size.

I wish these tops were available in more colors in my size. I ordered a medium because I like my tops long and wanted it to fit over my growing belly as my pregnancy progresses. It's extremely comfortable and great to layer under all my tunics, sweaters, etc.

A Definite Must Have
I purchased this in the white and black and I absolutely love them. They fit perfectly and give me some support without feeling goo tight. The length is great and I love using these for layering. It's especially great bc as my regular tops had trouble going and staying over my expanding belly, these tanks help keep me covered. I do recommend these as a must have in any ... wardrobe. (Be aware, you would not wear this by itself....it has patches of soft ribbed material in various areas to help accommodate the growing areas of a pg woman's body.)

So comfortable, cute, flattering
I love these...the length is great for jeans, yoga pants, alone or under anything. A must have, in my opinion. I am 5'5"/athletic build/well endowed/5 months pregnant and the medium is perfect, with room to grow in the right places. I bought the black and white and I am very satisfied! I have some other ... tank tops from Motherhood and these are much better for working out.

Love this layering tank!
This tank is *perfect* for layering! It's nice and long, and it has plenty of stretch to it and even acts somewhat like a bella band in that it helps hold up some of my too big-so far ... pants. I like that it feels like it gives me some light support. It provides a nice smooth layer underneath my tops, and the neckline comes up high enough to make some of those lower cut ... tops more modest and appropriate for work - especially for bustier gals like me (36DD). It's not TOO high though, and the straps are adjustable, so you can adjust the height of the neckline if you want. I ordered one in each color, and I'm so glad I did, I absolutely love these tanks!!

These camisoles are just what I needed to keep things together under ... clothes. Everything is nice and smooth underneath my tops. My only complaint is that they are a little more low cut than I would like so I still have too much cleavage showing. They also don't allow enough room for larger chest sizes.

Perfect for making chesty ... tops wearable!
I ordered a couple of these to help make otherwise too chesty ... blouses & shirts work appropriate, and they are great for that. I was between a S and M so ordered one of each, and both fit. The M shows off a little more chest than I'd like, but S is perfect. Also, both are nice and long, providing a little additional support for belly.

Love it
I love these tank tops. They are perfect for layering under other shirts. I was able to wear non ... shirts for much longer when I had the long layer underneath. I love that they are stretchy so they feel like they give you a little bit of added support. The only bad thing I'll say is that for the third trimester when your belly really starts to get big, I wish they were just a little bit longer. Works perfectly though for first and second trimester.
