Everything is great about this belt. Good quality, looks great, and fits great. I think the one in black tends to go better with a variety of pants such as casual or dress. There is another Men's basic belt available. If you go online here to Women's basic belt, that is also for ... it's a unisex style belt. So pick whichever buckle style you like better, that's the only difference, the strap's for both are identical in fit.

Good basic belt
I bought this for my teenage son, who's just coming into men's sizes, and it's been great. It's simple and masculine, so he likes it, and it's good leather at a reasonable price.

Not too bad but....
I had tried on this belt in Old Navy once. The fit was slightly loose for my size and the belt had a strong leather odor and the backing would rub off a bit. Being I didn't buy it I dont know how much would still rub off all I can go by is what I saw then, i've seen other leather products sold and most did not have the leather smell so I was surpised this did. When I went back another day to get the belt they did not have my size in this belt and I needed black, so I saw another belt sold that was also leather, but did not have the smell and the backing was fine nothing rubbing off. It turns out the belt I got shows online as a Women's basic leather belt, but it was sold in the Men's and Women's section in store and I have seen both ... Women wear it, plus at Gap they have an identical belt look alike sold for ... so i'm assuming it is Unisex. Anyway, the belt fit better, smelt better, and I wear it and am happier with that belt rather than this one. This Men's belt isnt bad but not for me.

Men's Belts, Size chart is bad, i am 32, i buy Small belt (30-33) and is very small for me.

Super Belt
I was looking for a new good leather belt to wear with jeans and was frustrated for not being able to locate a somewhat heavy duty one in the women's dept, but found delicate and flimsy belts that weren't really what I was looking for....one day when looking through Old Navy with my son, came across this belt in the men's section in brown and tried it on right there while my son was looking around for some shirts. I am a waist 29-30 and even though it was a touch longer than I usually get, it wasn't bad at all, and loved the quality of the belt. I purchased it and love it and am ready to get another size small in black!

this belt rocks!
i like men's belts because they're usually wider and tougher than comparable women's belts. this is definitely true of this belt, yet it's still soft enough to be comfortable. i'm a waist size 24/25 in women's jeans and the small fits just right and looks great on my lowriders.
