mens cargo pants - reviews

Mistake on last reviewSorry, the review and ratings given earlier for this item was meant for the other ordered item, the belted cargo pants so please use those previous ratings and review for that other order and use the above (satisfied) ratings for this pair of loose fit cargo pants. With hindsight, having now received both pairs of cargo pants I should have ordered two different color pairs of these loose fit cargo pants and non of the belted cargo pants. Many thanks, Paul Tivers

Satisfied CustomerI have found Old Navy to be one of the best stores to purchase Mens tall pants. The cargo style is my favorite and has always fit well I recommend this store to any man that has a hard time finding pants with a 36 inch lenght.

Years of searching is over!Been looking EVERYWHERE for cargo pants in my size to no avail! Finally I found these cargo pants & they are EXCELLENT ! ! The fit is terrific, the cargo pockets are perfect because they don't bulge out, no velcro (hooray!),pockets actually have buttons! The material is comfy, not heavy weight & they wash like a dream no ironing! I wish they had these pants in ten colors I'd order them all. Thank you Old Navy!

Not Just for ... It was wonderful to find comfortable fitting cargo pants with roomy side pockets. I had originally tried on the womens version but the lower rise waist wasn't perfect and I was between sizes. Out of curiosity, I tried the mens pant and was surprised to find the perfect size on my first try. They are comfortable for my work as a physical therapist which requires a lot of moving. The wide selection of waist/length sizes found in the ... great! The pants are a heavier weight than the womens version which is the only negative for me.

Pretty Good for the MoneyNot bad for the money. They are not quite as heavy of cotton as the ones in ON stores. When I dry them after wash, they dry quicker than my other cargo pants from ON store. The cargo pockets are not as deep. I prefer the ON store pants that are labeled in the waistband "loose cargo". They are a higher rise than the ON store "loose cargo". These are not quite as well made in my opinion. Still, a good buy at[$] a pair, but I will stick to the store item which I prefer.

good fit, pockets too smallI like the fit of these cargo pants. I have very thick(24 inch) quads and shopping for pants is a real pain as slim or regular fit pants are way too tight in the legs. I bought 2 pairs. The only negative is the front pockets are really small and anything in them will fall out when sitting in a car. So i put everything in the cargo pockets. I like cargo pockets for my wallet as I don't like to put things in my back pockets. Oddly i had a very hard time shopping to find some loose fit cargo pants and these seemed to be the only ones I can find online, any others are slim or straight leg.

Dependable Old Navy Loose Cargo PantsI have found the Old Navy Cargo Pants to be a true and comfortable wearing pants. I have been buying cargo pants from Old Navy for years. I always use them for work and the extra pockets never have a problem as others have with shredding from the pants and not carrying much either. And the price fits my budget where I can't help but buy cargo pants when I see a color I want.

Great fit!I ordered a pair of these cargo pants for work. I carry a wallet, a cell phone, keys, pocket knife, etc that always have a home when I wear cargo shorts, but not so much when I wear either jeans or slacks. So I bought a pair of of these to try out, never having had cargo pants before. They fit great, all my stuff goes into different pockets, and they look good enough to wear to work. They fit better than jeans on me, and they did not shrink when my wife washed them. I was so impressed I ordered 2 more in different colors.

Not the same as the loose cargos in store! Not what I expected. They tag on the inside of the pants say "Cargo pants. Old Navy Favorite Khakis." The one's from the store say "Loose Cargo." My husband tried them on and said they were tighter in the tights(he's a cyclist/runner) but overall they were a good fit. He mostly wears them for work, but I'm still thinking of taking these to the store and exchanging them for some real Loose Cargo pants.

thigh too tight!I'm an owner of loose fit Old Navy cargo pants. Found a wonderful sale on line and jumped at the chance to snag a few more. I'm a 6'3" 250lbs former football player with larger then average thighs. The words "Baggy" and "loose fit" are a must when I buy pants. The cargo pants mailed to me where not 'loose fit' at all!! I even order pants with a 2 inch larger waist to make sure I have comfort when I sit. I could not sit down and have comfort with the pants mailed to me. I returned my order at the local old navy store and checked their selection of cargo pants. I found that unless you order a 36in waist or less. OLD NAVY DOESN'T MAKE LOOSE FIT ANY MORE FOR WAIST OVER 36IN! It's sad because I own 1 pair of loose fit that does fit from years ago. I have to say you've lost my business.

undersized mens pantsbought these pants because they were supposed large waist at 36" L for my 6'6" hubby, bought his regular waist size and they were at least two sizes too small. Shabbily made, and legs/thigh area is extremely tight. Just cause they are made in china/indonesia/etc does not mean they should be made to fit those people. [...] just very disappointed with the absolutely undersize, and I ordered pants again in two sizes waist larger and they were still to small. Anyone looking for large waist tall mens cargo's go to cabela's they are hemmed right in store while you wait.
