great fit for tall/slender frames!
I am so thrilled with this shirt. I work as a server and have to wear white dress ... work everyday. I can never seem to find ... long enough that the don't come untucked with any small movement. I ordered this shirt in a Tall XS and it fits perfectly. Long enough to stay tucked in and a very flattering fit. I immediately ordered a few more once I got it

I always love dress ... & this one have not let me down. When I got it on the mail I could not wait to wear it, I love it so much I brought again but choose a different color (pink). It simple.

Great Dress Shirt, but go up a size for sure!!
This is a really flattering fit dress shirt. A lot of dress shirts I've tried on are too masculine, but this is definitely nice and feminine. I always order ON medium tall, but I needed a large tall for this shirt. The medium was too tight in the shoulders and chest. The first top button is pretty low, so I'd wear a cami underneath. I got the black color, so I wear a black cami underneath. Great shirt!!

My new favorite shirt!!
This is truly the perfect shirt! I am 5'8" and a 34D. I usually wear mediums because larges are too big but I read on of the previous reviews that said order up a size if you have a large bust. IT WAS RIGHT!! This shirt fits soo perfect I order some more in different colors. The large I order looked as if it was tailored to me. They are my new favorite shirts because 1) they fit so well and 2) you can dress them up or dress them down. Definitely buy this shirt!!!!!

Impressed !
This was my first time ordering dress ... have to say that I was very impressed with my purchase. I ordered the lilac and the pink ... colors are as pictured and the fit is right on. I'm 5"1', a 34B and 114lbs. I ordered the small petite. I washed them in woolite to see how they would hold up after washing, hung them up to dry and then pressed them out. And true enough they still fit and look great. The fabric is a nice soft poplin and I plan to change out the buttons for ones that match the colors of the shirts....but that's just me taking a good thing and making it better. These ... really a good deal for the money and a great investment for your work wardrobe and if you want to take it down a notch just roll up the sleeves and wear them with a nice pair of jeans or denim skirt and flats.

Perfect.
So perfect I got one in every color. They wash well, fit like a glove, the tall sizes are made so that the arms are long enough, the waist falls in the right place, and the buttons are in the right place. Whoever is fitting these Old Navy dress ... genius, every time I wear one I get compliments. For reference, I am 5'9" and 145 lbs, longer waisted, not very curvy, Medium fit perfectly, not tight anywhere but definitely fitted, not too big.

Love the Button Down''s !!
I have almost every color in these button down dress ... They are a staple in my closet !! Most people find the top to be too revealing as it doesn't button all the way up, but I always wear a shirt underneath so it isn't an issue for me. I'm 5'5 but buy the tall size because I like length to cover part of my back side (i never tuck my ... Only wish is for the sleeves to be a little more trim, I often feel there is a bit too much fabric in the arms.

Finally, decent, affordable tall girl clothes!
This shirt fits great! I'm 5'11", 160lbs, kind of between a Medium and a Large--got the Large Tall. It's a little roomy, but a medium probably would have been too small. It's a great tall fit--sleeves and length would do for someone over 6'. The quality isn't amazing, but it's fine for the price--especially if you can get it on sale and are layering it under a jacket. I'll buy every color in this shirt before I buy another button down dress shirt from Gap. I didn't think it was excessively wrinkley--it's just the nature of the beast; you have to iron dress shirts every time you wear them.

Disappointed ... but at such a great price!
The main problem I have with this shirt wasn't mentioned in any of the reviews. The buttonholes are too small for the buttons, and buttoning the shirt is trying. This is a consistent problem among all of the shirts I ordered. Other issues: SIZING. ON's sizing is bewildering, and one of the reasons I now remember I stopped shopping ON. I am 5' 8" and my weight varies, 145 - 165. I have "large" shirts that, when I'm at my largest, literally look like an artist's smock or a dress, with the tail hitting mid- to low thigh and loose enough that I could wear a coat underneath; I also have "medium" shirts from Old Navy that fit fine, also at my largest weight; others slightly snug. Then there are these, that are just too small. Another problem is the ordering software. I reached the ... through the "Tall" link and ordered all of my other items in Tall. However, one shirt that was sent was Petite (and it shows as correct on my order). I definitely didn't select this; I'm assuming that when changing colors without a size selected, the behavior of the software allowed this. If that's the case, that algorithm needs to be changed. FINALLY: All of the clothes I ordered are constructed from very thin fabric. When my order arrived, it was in a box measuring 5" x 15" x 12", containing: five long sleeved ... two short sleeved ... two pairs of capri pants, and one pair of long pants. All of this in a box five inches deep -- and the box still had room for more! It's summer in Texas, so lightweight fabric is great; but when you put on ANY of these items (esp. light colored), you'll debate about wearing camisoles or Spanx with them. I suppose if that's a tradeoff with the great prices, that's fine. But ON from now on is for me a place to buy "disposable" summer casual wear.

Sleeves are too short
The length of the shirt is great - except for the sleeves. I'm 5'11" - tall, but not ridiculously so - and the sleeves on this shirt fall in the same place as the sleeves on all the "regular" ... I've bought. Nothing about the sleeves is designed for a tall person. The length of the shirt is nice, though - finally a dress shirt that I can tuck in!

Why is it called stretch?
I work in an upscale restaurant in Atlanta, was so excited to see a black dress shirt with the name STRETCH right in the description! We lift our arms, chairs tables, ice, etc hundreds of times throughout the evening, there is no stretch, I didn't even wear it to work when I tried it on and barely raised my arms, it came all un tucked. It looked great on! But unless you sit behind a desk or never have to lift your arms at work, this shirt is for you. I returned it and had to eat the shipping and handling, so after excitement of a stretchy dress shirt, and the delivery was quick, the disappointment of having to pay $8 dollars for something I returned was upsetting. Perhaps stretch should not be in the title of the shirt, because there is zero stretch. So basically the name was terribly misleading and it cost me $8 bucks to try on a shirt, not to mention the time, trouble and gas to go and return it. Will not order online again, ug.
