nursing clothes - reviews

LovePerfect layering piece if you're ... not! Hides the armpit skin and is slimming and easy access for ... & good rouching on sides for all stages of pregnancy & beyond. I'm 5'll", 130 and it fits me great.

my favorite tanks for pajamasI bought these during my pregnancy, and wore them all the time with my pajama pants. They were great for ... My twins are now almost two and I just bought some to replace my worn out ones. The shoulders are loose, and I have to tighten them as far as they will go. I am 5'4" and 36C chest. I like them better than cami with shelf bra or a ribbed tank because the cross over is comfortable. I can wear them as loungewear at home with the kids and not have to wear a bra. The straps are thin in the back, so a sleep bra shows. But a regular bra can be worn with them if you want to wear them out. I wore them out when I was ... Lilipads (instead of regular ... pads).

Great ... tank!! I've always hated the ... tanks with the plastic hooks on the front straps and the circular breast cut outs underneath - they always show through so you have very obvious circles framing your nipples. :) This tank, on the other hand, is wonderful! I'm expecting my 2nd and can't wait to try it out for ... listened to the reviews that correctly said the size runs large... I typically wear a size L tank when not pregnant, and I ordered this in a M. The fit is great, very flattering (based on my size now, which should be roughly my size postpartum) - the chest is somewhat loose, to be expected when I'm only a moderate C cup at this point - by the time I'm ... expect I'll fill it out perfectly. As for the straps, which narrow in the back and are mostly fabric, I don't think they're very bra strap-like at all. I'd feel comfortable wearing this without anything over it, and I'm a conservative dresser. I bought this in black, white, hot pink and gray - happy to see that the cotton fabric is thick enough that the white shouldn't look see through.

Staple for nursing wardrobe! Highly recommend!Let me first say that I bought the white/black/gray in two sizes bc of the reviews that said the chest was "too big". I was going to return the size that didn't fit right. I normally wear a size Small at O.N. and am a size 32B pre pregnancy. I'm 24 weeks right now and am wearing 36D's and I know I'll grow to a 38DDD/E when my milk comes in. Here are a few observations I made when I tried both sizes XS and S. 1.) This is a camisole, not a tank top. Therefore your bra is going to show some (if you wear it alone). If you didn't want to have your bra showing, then buy their ... scoop rib knit tank in a size bigger so you can pull the tank down for easy ... access (I did. I'm wearing size Small during the pregnancy and I ordered a couple size Medium for ... 2.) Personally, I like that the chest is as big as it is...which is as I would suspect. Why? BC when I am ... my chest is way bigger than normal. ... makes me a hotter temperature than normal and I don't need a tight fitting shirt to make me sweat. Bc of how big it is on top it is NOT in my armpit so I know I won't have sweating problems with it. 3.) Don't you normally wear a camisole UNDER something as a layering ... item? I do. Therefore my bra showing will NOT be a problem bc I'm going to wear t shirts over these (or maybe a cardigan). So when I need to nurse and I lift up my shirt, people see this cami instead of my belly. No stress of exposing too much of what I don't want shown! 4.) I actually love how both sizes XS and S fit me! Size XS fits perfectly in the chest and is loose enough to not make me too hot, although the bottom of the shirt is pretty form fitting. Size S still fits me ok in the chest but once I grow into my milk, it will be perfect as well. The bottom still fits form fitting but is a little looser. I decided to keep both sizes as I like how both fit. Maybe the size S at first when my belly is still bulged from after birth and engorgement from milk. Then size down into size XS when I regulate and start exercising again. 5.) I also bought these in mind to wear AFTER all is said and done. Both sizes will fit me afterward the birth. I can wear both when I'm ... prolly just the size XS when I stop ... go back down to my normal size. 6.) When I first pulled it out of the package, it didn't look like the cami would be long enough, but they are! The length is just as long as their scoop rib knit tanks. 7.) The white cami does fit a little smaller than the other colors but not too much to make it a problem. BOTTOM LINE: I love these and I highly recommend them!

Love this top. Have it in 4 colors and wear them all the time. Easy to pull to side to nurse. Gave only 4 stars because I agree that the straps in back are thin to wear with noosing or sleeping bra. I use mostly over a sleeping bra with pajama pants as loungewear. Looks cute and a little better than ... pajamas to wear around hose all day. Also wear with ... bra to go out of house, but bra sraps show a little in back, and it is a little low cut, so I have to be aware

Good ... top I am a very large busted person but i wasn't expecting this top to be as loose as it was on top. I have no issues with it being a bit loose but some smaller breasted women probably will. I thought they would have come w a built in bra like most ... tanks but I am still happy w the shirt. I would have loved if the straps where wide the whole way down instead of going to a spaghetti strap in the back.. but this way you can adjust how tight you need the top part of the tank. You WILL need to wear a bra with this.. just an FYI.. but it's a nicer version of your basic ... tank and is wonderfully comfy and easy to use while at home. I would suggest this to any ... mom as long as she was well endowed and didnt' have an issue with wearing a bra and the tank..

Know what to expectRead the reviews and know that these will run VERY big. After my pregnancy, I am now a size 8/10. I'm 5'4" and around 155lbs. I ordered a XS in all colors. All of them fit as expected except for the white, which for some reason runs much smaller than the others. The top is still loose and very low cut. Also any bra you put on will be completely exposed from the back. So I wear these multiple ways. I either use my white belly band from my pregnancy and use it to cover my breast like a tube top to wear under the shirt. This gives it a nice layered look and holds everything in while not having to worry about giving the world a show when I bend over. When I do this, I don't worry about a bra and just use the belly band/tube top to hold my ... pads in place. Also, you can use these tops to make it easier to nurse in public by using the 2 shirt method. Since they're very thin, they work quite well under other shirts. Lastly, if you don't mind the airiness or the skin exposure up top, you can just put your ... pads directly in the shirt (I would advise getting some that stick in the back so they don't move around). That way you don't have to worry about trying to wear a ... bra/top underneath.

Good top - order smaller.I read the reviews on this top and ordered a medium (normally wear large) in 3 different colors . I loved wearing this top during 2nd and first part of 3rd trimester until my belly became too big. I now wear it around the house for ... only because my husband complains that it is cut too deep when I go out. I do wear it under looser thin tops asa ... tank. I really prefer the Old Navy cross front for ... Still - good top if you order smaller.

Chest - too bigThese ... tops were a nice material and vibrant colors. Unfortunately they were entirely too big in the chest area. I ordered M and while ... am wearing a 36 E and stil the ... shirts were too big. They are adjustable but if you tighten the straps to their max, the seam that seperates the waste from the chest rides up to mid chest.

disappointedFirst thing to note is this ... tank has a very exposed back. The adjustable straps become thin in the back and the back runs straight across below my shoulder blades. Second this runs large. I wish I had read that in the reviews. The straps are very long and the front stretches out after ... once and then the straps won't stay up. I can not make the straps any tighter. The whole top stretches out making it look sloppy and exposes my bra in the front. Too bad I bought this in three colors.

Not what I hoped for.I LOVE Old Navy ... wore several of the ... pieces throughout my pregnancy because they fit me so well. So I ordered a couple of these tanks to have for ... tank will teach me to read the reviews more closely because I was VERY disappointed in this tank! The top is very low cut, so the only place I feel comfortable wearing it is in my own home. This will work nicely as a pajama top, but there is no way I could wear it out in public without wearing another shirt underneath it (which kind of takes away from the ease of it being a ... top I think). If I had an Old Navy in my town, I'd be returning this item and looking someplace else for a ... tank.

If I had an Old Navy in my town, I'd be returning this item and looking someplace else for a ... tank.
