The skinny ... I''ve been looking for! These are by far the best skinny ... I've found that don't cost an arm and a leg. I'm pretty thin and wear a size 0P in Old Navy pants, but have had 3 kids, so anything with a low rise can give me a little bit of a muffin top. The Sweetheart ... have a high enough rise to prevent the muffin top effect, but low enough not to feel like "mom ... They have a little bit of stretch which is a must when you're up and down off the floor all day with kids. They hit just slightly below the ankle, so if you like the slouched look you might want to go with the regular length rather than ... Overall, a really nice ... especially for moms who want to rock the skinny ... look without appearing as though they think they're still 17.

I bought these ... online because the reviews for them were so good. I took a chance and I am very happy with them. I will probably order them in the other color as well. I am 5'5" and ordered them in the short length so they wouldn't be bunchy in the bottom of my boots and that length worked perfect.

After reading reviews I purchased the 18 ... darkest wash. I LOVE these ... wash is PERFECT. The length is perfect (I have never purchased a ... pant from ON before). The only complaint I have is that the was and crotch area are a little too loose. Every other part of the pant ... well. So I washed these ... hot water and dried on the hottest setting and they shrunk down and they ... perfectly now. I would have tried a 16 ... but I think the butt and thighs wouldn't have ... if I did that. Do yourself a favor, get these ...
great, affordable skinniesthese are great ... price. i actually bought them to wear as a cigarette leg/ankle pant (i am 5'8" and the long length was great if i wanted a bit of slouch of the ankle, but i went with the regular length and it hits right at my ankle)...they aren't painted on like some ... more like leggings, but they are definitely a ... am 135 lbs so relatively thin but can't do the low rise...i'm 30...plus it gives me an unsightly muffin top--these are jsut high enough to prevent that!!! it is so hard to find ... resonable price without dealing with a super low rise so very happy with these! i agree with most reviews...go down a ... generally wear a 4/6 but bought these in a 2 and they ... perfectly and even stretch out a bit throughout the day. like i said, ... great price and look/feel more expensive than they are.
Ouch. Did not work for me.I read the reviews before purchasing and ordered a size 6 ... even though some reviews said to order a size smaller. I love my other Old Navy ... boot cut and perfect in size 6 ... short, so I figured, why mess with something tried and true? And ouch. If I had ordered one size smaller I wouldn't have even been able to get these up past my knees. These size 6 ... were not what I was hoping for and nothing like any other 6 ... I've ever ordered from Old Navy. And the rise? Not nearly what I was expecting from the Sweetheart, way lower than anticipated. I really wanted to like these and embrace the skinny cut... but it just failed in so many ways.

B/C I DON'T WANT THE RISE TO BE TOO LOW AND THE FIRST PAIR I PURCHASED FIT ME PERFECTLY. I WEAR A SIZE DOWN IN THE SKINNY ... BUT I CHOSE TO GET MY REGULAR SIZE 4 IN THE BOOTCUT ... HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOREVER FOR A PAIR OF BOOTCUT ... FIT THIS GOOD. I AM GOING TO GET THE LIGHT COLOR ALSO. PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE THE SWEETHEART ... LINE. THE DIVA ... Finally! ... fit me perfectly! I am 5'2", 135lbs, and have a booty with a smaller waist. I normally wear a sz 8 in pants and skirts but I almost always have to get a sz.10 or even sz.12 in ... because I am curvy in my bottom and hips. Then I end up with way too much fabric in the legs and having to bunch up a way too big waist band up with a belt. Not an attractive look! Or my ... too tight and I always worry about undies showing. Even stretchy ... never quite fit me right. My friend told me to try the Sweat Heart fit at ON and I was thrilled with how perfect these ... pants fit me! Also, their short length comes right to the floor so I can wear them with both flats and small heels. ... pants usually are a tad too short and don't have enough room in the seat.The only issue I found is that they are so popular my local stores were out of the rinse, sz, and length I wanted so I ordered the dark rinse boot cut as well as the sweat heart khakis in black in a sz 8 short online. I also got blue sweat heart khakis and dark skinny ... another ON store in sz 8 short. These are my favorite pants by far and I will keep stocking up as more cuts/colors come out!!
SPEECHLESS!!Oh my goodness! I LOVE THESE ... first bought the sweetheart colored skinny ... thought "wow! these fit PERFECT on my still in-shape but-also-40-year old-post-4-children body"!! Not too tight, not too loose, not too long, not too low in the waist, not too high in the waist: PERFECT! SO, I decided to try the Sweetheart dark rinse bootcut AND dark wash skinny: totally smitten I am :) The bootcut feel as heavenly as any ... I've EVER worn (and I have every price/style/brand of ... out there). The BOOTCUT run big, so I bought a size down (8R) and they are, again, perfect! I bought the dark rinse SKINNY in my regular size (10R), and they too, fit perfect!!! What I love is that, as a Mom of young kids, I can wear FLATS with these super duper flattering ... don't mind heels when I'm out and about, but at home and with the kids, flats are just necessary! TRY THESE ... might have to buy them all!!!
Perfection at it''s finest!I LOVE these in the "Rinse" color. The rinse color had wonderful, super soft, stretchy, curve hugging fabric, that fit perfectly, and flattered every little curve on my super curvy body. For size reference, and am 5'7, 138 lbs, with a big butt, big thighs/calves, and a small waist. It is very hard to find ... fit me well because of my thighs, in comparison to my waist. I either end up with super tight fitting thighs, and a good fit in the waist, or a huge waist fit, for comfortable thigh fit. These were perfect! I am between a 2 and a 4, and got these in a 2. The other colors, in both the skinny fit and the bootcut fit did not ... nicely though :( The thighs were, as usual, too slim, tight, and not soft fabric. The year before last, you had a skinny sweetheart with perfect thighs, but you have since discontinued those colors, thus those all together. Please please make more with the soft fabric of the "rinse" color for us super curvy ladies!! I LOVE your ... hope you have more like this, in more colors soon!!
Finally Found My Perfect Fit!The Sweetheart cut is great for those on the curvy side. I am 5'2 and I got a size 4 ... which fit perfect. Haven't found a pair that fit me this well in a long time. I tried the Flirt and Diva styles, which I could fit into but just didn't fit right (baggy or tight in the wrong places). I was so happy with the Sweetheart that ordered a second pair online, but when I got it today, I was super disappointed... the outside tag and accompanying packaging bag said 4 ... but I when I took the ... out they were a size 8 long. Talk about being the totally wrong size and length! I will exchange these for the correct size because I love this cut, but this mistake is highly inconvenient! At least the skinny Sweetheart ... ordered at the same time came in the right size!
Very Comfortable. However....Purchased The Sweetheart Boot Cut ... size 8 ... Dark Authentic Wash via online. The overall the ... really nice, comfortable, and a great color. I love the pocket design here versus on The Flirt and The Diva ... am 5'1", 135 lbs and must buy the ... length. However, I've been a bit disappointed with the Petites - they still are quite long, about 2" too long. I know wash/dry cycling will shrink them a little bit, but I often must cut away the extra material. These ... quite stretchy, so if you bend or stoop a lot, you will notice some bagginess in the rear. The waist also loosens up with the same motions as mentioned. So, fresh out of the dryer, these fit very well. After an evening of walking around with some light sitting, they still fit great. If you wear these and are running around town doing errands such as grabbing things off low shelves, lifting boxes, or repeatedly getting in and out of a chair/car, these pants become a bit saggy in the back and you may need to pull them up often. I plan to keep these ... around for awhile and if I feel that I need another pair, I will size down to a Size 6 ... my luck, perhaps it will be 2" shorter for the inseam!
Good Choice for Hourglass and Pear Shapes!I have purchased this style of ... both the bootcut and skinny version. I prefer the skinny style but it is difficult to find my size in store (12 Long). These ... run a bit big. I'm 5'11 and wear a 12 or 14 in most stores. I bought these in a 12, which is fitted but not too tight. I suggested ordering down if you are between sizes or smaller on bottom. They do stretch after wear. I have wide hips and do not look like a wide load in these ... They are very slimming on the hips and legs. I would recommend these ... anyone with thick legs or wide hips as the cut flatters this shape and has more give than some other styles. My only complaint would be for a more fitted waist and size options in store.
Best ... since Gap Essential Ever since my favorite Gap ... became unavailable I have struggled to find a pair that fits decently. I am curvy in hips rear and thighs with a smaller waist and cannot wear skinny ... seem to be everywhere. THANK YOU Old Navy for creating the Sweethheart cut! It fits perfectly. The denim is soft with just enough stretch, and the silhouette these create makes me feel great. Not too tight at the knees, yet very slimming. I wish the denim were available in different shades and thicknesses. The pair I got were a spring weight, and though perfect for warmer weather, I'd love to also have a pair in the same cut that is a heavier denim. Beware: ... not the same as short! I am 5"4 and usually wear ankle length pants as opposed to regular. The ON short fit me to a T but ... were both longer in the leg and tighter too. I will stick with short, which is available both online and in stores. BRAVO!!
Great length, but buy 2 sizes smallerI'm 5'3" and always wear flats, and only Old Navy's ... right length for me. Other company's "short" ... usually an inch too long. However, ON's ... stretch out tremendously! If you buy them in the size you think you need, your ... sliding down your hips within a couple weeks. So, I recommend buying them 2 sizes smaller than what the sizing chart suggests. For example, if you fit the measurements of a size 8, buy these in a size 4. Yes, they'll be way too tight at first. But if you wear them around the house for a week or two, they'll stretch out to the right size. I'm in the process of losing weight, so I have to buy ... new size every couple of months. And I've found that the "buy 2 sizes smaller" rule holds true for every ... size I've worn. And the same rule applyts to the Sweetheart skinny ... too.
We had a very hard time with this order. Originally ordered along with Sweetheart Skinny ... which where the ones I was uncertain of. They were fine. I have had 2 pairs of the Sweetheart Boot cut and have been very happy with them. When my original order arrived both the plastic bag packaging and the hang tag on the Boot cut said 14 ... tried them on they were way too long and too big. Looked at inside tag and they were in fact 16 tall. Sent those back and received another pair promptly. When those arrived immediately looked at inside tag an they were 12 regular, again packaging and hang tag said 14 ... Immediately called and another pair was sent out. Turns out it was not. I have since been fully credited and received 15% off promo code to be used on future purchases. Everyone I dealt with in customer service was very nice and apologized profusely, which was appreciated. I knew it was not their fault and actuallly it got to the point of being funny. I hope the correct size and length will be available soon so I can reorder.

These ... supposed to be 'boot cut' yet they were as wide as a house at the ankle. It doesn't seem that ON accommodated for the 'petite' frame when resizing, which didn't make sense since it should almost 'technically' be the same as the 30" inseam of the regular version, but clearly was not. As as expected, the regular ... 30" inseam didn't fit as well, so i ended up taking it back to the store to try on yet another 5 pairs of the SAME Sweethart boot cut ... until I found one that fit my figure best. Save yourself the headache, try them on in store first, and don't buy the petite.

Then I end up with way too much fabric in the legs and having to bunch up a way too big waist band up with a belt. Not an attractive look! Or my ... too tight and I always worry about undies showing. Even stretchy ... never quite fit me right. My friend told me to try the Sweat Heart fit at ON and I was thrilled with how perfect these ... pants fit me! Also, their short length comes right to the floor so I can wear them with both flats and small heels. ... pants usually are a tad too short and don't have enough room in the seat.The only issue I found is that they are so popular my local stores were out of the rinse, sz, and length I wanted so I ordered the dark rinse boot cut as well as the sweat heart khakis in black in a sz 8 short online. I also got blue sweat heart khakis and dark skinny ... another ON store in sz 8 short. These are my favorite pants by far and I will keep stocking up as more cuts/colors come out!!

I bought the dark rinse SKINNY in my regular size (10R), and they too, fit perfect!!! What I love is that, as a Mom of young kids, I can wear FLATS with these super duper flattering ... don't mind heels when I'm out and about, but at home and with the kids, flats are just necessary! I either end up with super tight fitting thighs, and a good fit in the waist, or a huge waist fit, for comfortable thigh fit. These were perfect! I am between a 2 and a 4, and got these in a 2. The other colors, in both the skinny fit and the bootcut fit did not ... nicely though :( The thighs were, as usual, too slim, tight, and not soft fabric. The year before last, you had a skinny sweetheart with perfect thighs, but you have since discontinued those colors, thus those all together. Please please make more with the soft fabric of the "rinse" color for us super curvy ladies!! I LOVE your ... hope you have more like this, in more colors soon!!
Finally Found My Perfect Fit!The Sweetheart cut is great for those on the curvy side. I am 5'2 and I got a size 4 ... which fit perfect. Haven't found a pair that fit me this well in a long time. I tried the Flirt and Diva styles, which I could fit into but just didn't fit right (baggy or tight in the wrong places). I was so happy with the Sweetheart that ordered a second pair online, but when I got it today, I was super disappointed... the outside tag and accompanying packaging bag said 4 ... but I when I took the ... out they were a size 8 long. Talk about being the totally wrong size and length! I will exchange these for the correct size because I love this cut, but this mistake is highly inconvenient! At least the skinny Sweetheart ... ordered at the same time came in the right size!
Very Comfortable. However....Purchased The Sweetheart Boot Cut ... size 8 ... Dark Authentic Wash via online. The overall the ... really nice, comfortable, and a great color. I love the pocket design here versus on The Flirt and The Diva ... am 5'1", 135 lbs and must buy the ... length. However, I've been a bit disappointed with the Petites - they still are quite long, about 2" too long. I know wash/dry cycling will shrink them a little bit, but I often must cut away the extra material. These ... quite stretchy, so if you bend or stoop a lot, you will notice some bagginess in the rear. The waist also loosens up with the same motions as mentioned. So, fresh out of the dryer, these fit very well. After an evening of walking around with some light sitting, they still fit great. If you wear these and are running around town doing errands such as grabbing things off low shelves, lifting boxes, or repeatedly getting in and out of a chair/car, these pants become a bit saggy in the back and you may need to pull them up often. I plan to keep these ... around for awhile and if I feel that I need another pair, I will size down to a Size 6 ... my luck, perhaps it will be 2" shorter for the inseam!

I suggested ordering down if you are between sizes or smaller on bottom. They do stretch after wear. I have wide hips and do not look like a wide load in these ... They are very slimming on the hips and legs. I would recommend these ... anyone with thick legs or wide hips as the cut flatters this shape and has more give than some other styles. My only complaint would be for a more fitted waist and size options in store.

The pair I got were a spring weight, and though perfect for warmer weather, I'd love to also have a pair in the same cut that is a heavier denim. Beware: ... not the same as short! I am 5"4 and usually wear ankle length pants as opposed to regular. The ON short fit me to a T but ... were both longer in the leg and tighter too. I will stick with short, which is available both online and in stores. BRAVO!!

So, I recommend buying them 2 sizes smaller than what the sizing chart suggests. For example, if you fit the measurements of a size 8, buy these in a size 4. Yes, they'll be way too tight at first. But if you wear them around the house for a week or two, they'll stretch out to the right size. I'm in the process of losing weight, so I have to buy ... new size every couple of months. And I've found that the "buy 2 sizes smaller" rule holds true for every ... size I've worn. And the same rule applyts to the Sweetheart skinny ... too.
