pleated pants - reviews
Mine not plain front
Name of product says "plain front", picture online shows "plain ... but the two pairs of ... received were pleated. The item number on the tags matches the item number on the website, so not sure where the mixup originated. Will have to return and find plain ... Otherwise, quality looked nice and fabric was soft.
Still waiting on correct product
I am unable to review the quality, fit or durability of this product, as I am still waiting for Old Navy to get my order right. They have sent me the wrong ... 3 separate times. Each time I have been assured that I will receive flat front ... each time pleated front ... have arrived. My son begins school in a few days. I am hoping that this is rectified by then. The Customer Service reps have been nice and helpful, but there is still a problem that needs to be solved. I am not planning on shopping Old Navy online again in the future.
sent the wrong thing!
ordered a large quantity of uniforms and was sent the wrong style of khakis. I needed the flat ... got the pleated. I had to take a trip to the store, so much for saving time!
Never recieved the right order
These are the ... ordered but they did not come in my shippment insted I recieved the pleated ... So I returned them to the store and ordered these again. When the second shippment arrived the same thing happened again. So I had to return to the store for the second time to return the wrong items. O and when I called about it all they could say was that they would send me an email letting me know when they fixed the problem. They never did and they said they were giving me a 15% off coupon which I never recieved. I will no longer shop Old Navy online again, I guess if you want to make sure you get the right item you have to do it yourself.

Wrong Item - Cheap Closure
I received pleated ... instead of flat ... closure it extremely pliable and cheap. The ... do not fasten properly.
Not a plain front khaki
Beware, these are pleated front khaki's. I ordered them twice and both times they came to me as pleated front. Old Navy customer service was very helpful in replacing them the last time with actual plain front khaki's (different style number) and refunding my money but they need to relabel this ... pleated front ...
