Too small - such a disappointment!!!
Nice looking blazer... really wish it would have fit! I could definitely have used this for work related fuctions, but unfortunately when it arrived & I tried it on, I was VERY disappointed by how tight it was in several areas. I chose my size based on what I normally wear, what previous reviews said about how the size runs in this blazer, and I even took my measurements and matched them up to the Old Navy size chart. But, despite all that, it was way too small & I'm having to return it.
Oh so boxy
Based on the reviews I read here, I was SO excited to get this blazer. I hoped to pair it with both work dressy tops and with my tees for a rockchick look. But. Sigh. When it arrived and I could finally try it, I found the blazer to be cut like a big box on me. It was so unflattering. Maybe it's me - I'm 5'2", size 22, and an hourglass. This blazer just swallowed me up and hid any shape I have. It may just not work on more petite ... gals. Sadly, I had to send it right back. I so wish I could try this stuff on BEFORE I sink my money into it, you know? Bring ... back to your stores, ON. As another reviewer said, my size 22 money spends just the same as a size 2.
Runs WAY small - order full size up
I am really disappointed in this set! I bought the jacket and matching pants. First, it is WAY too small. I wear between 1x and 2x, so I bought the 2x to be safe. The arms were abnormally tight considering it's supposed to be a ... jacket and overall, it was too small. Another thing, it is pure cottony fabric - no sheen, or any hint of dress material (it's more like a khaki/Dockers type fabric). I do own several "dressier" work pants from Old Navy, so I know they make it, but sadly, this wasn't it. I was hoping to be able to get away with wearing it as a proper suit, but it is far too casual.
Very tight in the arms
I vary between a women's XL and ... 1X, so I figured I'd be safe ordering this jacket in 1X. It's an adorable and nicely cut jacket in the body, but the arms are ridiculously too tight. It seems like I'm not the only one who had this problem. Since the body of the jacket fits beautifully I won't be able to exchange for a size up because then I'll swim in it. I was really, really disappointed with it. Will return!
What is up with the sleeves!?
This jacket is so cute and could have been perfect, except for the fit of the sleeves! I ordered a 1X and it fit perfectly through the bust and torso. However, the sleeves are so narrow at the upper arm that you have to force the sleeve up your arm for the underarm seam to actually be in your armpit and then the shoulders do some weird bunching thing. What is this about? I wouldn't mind if I actually had abnormally large upper arms, but I don't. (I even measured mine before ordering it to check against the ON size chart, based on another review.) It almost seems like they used sleeves made for a petite and sewed them on a ... size jacket. Ladies, beware! If you are going to order this, be prepared that you may have to ship it back. If this jacket was actually proportioned correctly, it could have quickly become one of my favorites.

The the makers of this blazer, this was a fashion DO NOT!! If a woman has a rear end do not buy this at all. If you have a bust line like a 40D do not buy. The selves were to tight and to long. Shoulders were huge and look like I was wearing a tent. I love a good black suit but this jacket I would not buy if you paid me too. Had it less than 24 hours and sending it back. If ON needs someone to tell them what ... size women should be wearing I will be more than happy to do it for free. This blazer is more fitting for a size 2 woman with no rear and no bust line. This blazer is not made for ... size women, it was meant for ... 8 and smaller, the cut is not right. sleeves were too long, and too tight in the wrong places.. when tried it on, it made the blazer fit like Ryan Seacrests' blazer he wears for american idol, which that is about three ... too small on his as well.. A blazer should be lightly form fitting in the bust and waist, and slightly looser in the sleeves, or at least this is how we are expected blazers to fit in mortuary science school...j/s
Awful!
As other reviewers have noted, the sleeves are way too tight on the upper arms. I went a size up in hopes that this would remedy the sleeves problem, but as soon as I put the thing on I knew it was going right back. The thing looks like a boxy men's blazer. It's lined on the inside and this makes it a heavier jacket with an almost padded look. WHO at old navy thought that maybe a ... woman needed more padding? Because the upper arms are so tight, the shoulders do get pushed up to look like tents. This blazer didn't make me look like a confident professional; it made me look like I snagged the first big blazer off the rack in a men's suit store. Very disappointed.
