better then expected
This was the first pair of Old Navy ... have ever tried. I am a very big girl and it is always hard to find a good pair of ... used to have favorites and Lane bryant and the Avenue and they both changed their ... simply can't find another pair at those stores that fit right anymore, ... they are soooo expensive. I have been desperate to try to find a new pair, so when ON had their sale, I figured what the heck I will try them. I love them. They came really fast. I ordered them on Friday and they were here on Tuesday.I tried them on, expecting them to not fit and look terrible like all others have lately and I was shocked to see that they fit perfect. the waist is a bit too loose, but not bad and I ordered the average length which is way too long.I am 5'6" and have always thought I was average height, not here. These are about 3 inches too long. I wear them anyway. :) They really are sliming, I have gotten a lot of compliements on them and I actually feel good wearing them. I read a lot of coments about them not holding up. I will have to see about that still as they are still new for me and so I have only worn them 3 times. So far so good though. Can't wait to get another pair. It was definately worth the risk.

I LOVE ... lost weight and saw that ... were on sale again I bough a pair in my new ... pair in a smaller ... plan ahead becuase I never want to be without ... don't mind ... not being super thick denim. The fabric clings where it should and floats away where you want it to. ... move with you and are incredibly comfortable.

I Love These ...
I ordered these in a 20 tall, however I could have gotten a 18. These are my first pair of old navy ... couldn't be happier. They have a stretchy material so you can actually move around in them, I need a belt for the waist but nothing to complain about. I got them on sale for 30% off!!!! I am 5'9" and they covered the back of my shoe. (I like for my pants to fit that way, I hate when it looks like my pants are flooding or will with one more wash) These did not shrink in the wash (I've washed them several times already) and I have had them for a couple weeks now and they are the best pants in my closet! I swear I have worn them at least 6-7 times already. (I love them) I just ordered some more pants from old navy and I hope that the fit the same so I can hang this up for more than a day or two! Thanks Old Navy, its so hard to find nice ... tall that don't hug to tight or make it hard to breath! I am ordering 1 more pair of these as well!

nice pants
i bought ... because ... were on sale. i like ... dont love ... but i like ... bought the ... usually wear and also bought the ... bigger because you never know with ON ... normally wear, fit really good. make my legs look nice. ... little tight at first but stretch out as the day goes on. the next ... up fit as well. ... fit really good when you first put ... but about 2 hours later ... fall off on their own. the only prob i have with ... also the thing i love about ... thin. i like that ... thin but after you wash ... 5 times, you can almost see threw ... :(

Nice ...
I got these in a 20 short. I'm 5'4 and can never find pants that are good in the length. I've tried on ... store but was always frustrated when the "short" length stops at like a ... 12 (not sure if that's really the ... but you get the idea). Most girls who are ... usually shorter in height too so it would be nice if those ... were given the petite option as well. Just sayin! Anyway- these ... fit great. They're a bit tight through the upper leg but with some wear they stretch out some. They're very stretchy which can be a good because they stretch to fit your body- not stretch out of shape. I loved the dark wash as it's slimming and good for a casual day at work or a night out on the town. The boot cut was great- not too skinny but not too flared either. I was very happy with the length as it's not too long and not too short. They can easily be worn with flats or a 1-1 1/2 inch heel. I'll probably order more pairs as they go on sale.

Momma Likes!
I didn't know what to expect with these ... Got them today and was very happily surprised at how soft and stretchy these are. In past ON ... have been too stiff to fit me. I'm a big girl and in an odd place with ... 30's were getting tight and I was shopping Woman Within which is not very fashion forward for the big girls. The material feels like a denim hybrid. Kind of a forgiving pajama ... denim material. They are fitted in the thighs but after wearing them and sitting a bit they loosen up and feel great. These were part of the recent sale for [$] but I would pay more for them because they fit and make me feel great. You need at least 1 pair of these in your closet **************************************************************************** I really think ON is missing the boat by not stocking a decent ... line in their stores. There is an ON next to a [@] and I get so tired of [@] prices and poor quality so these ... great but ON you are sooooo dumb, you are really dumb for not having ... stores. I would spend so much more with you if it were in stores in all ... 16-30 and 1X-4X

Satisfied!
After Old Navy discontinued selling ... store I was outraged. Old Navy is my favorite place to shop so I went on a little temporary strike. After trying ... multiple ... stores, never being satisfied, I decided to just bite the bullet and order a pair online. Now mind you I HATE online shopping, especially for clothes. I didn't want to wait days and days just to be disappointed if they didn't fit. I have to say I am VERY satisfied with these ... am tall (5'10") and I can never find ... long enough for me. I ordered a ... up because I was a bit nervous after just having a baby and not being back in my normal ... slightly big but I am hoping after one wash they will tighten up a bit. The length is perfect and the ... look great on me. I wear them now to work with a nice top (since I can dress casual) and I wear them out and about with the kids. For being on sale too this was certainly a steal!

Like ... but don''t love ...
I bought several pairs of these ... last year and I absolutely loved ... loved that ... had my ... tall option, as well. I did find out, however, that I needed to order 1 ... smaller. I normally get a ... 28 from ON, but in ... needed a ... 26. So, when I seen ... were on sale recently, I bought myself another pair and got the same ... bought last year. I was happy that I did stick with the smaller ... because ... fit almost the same except the rise was noticeably smaller. My older ... went just over my "muffin top", but ... newer ones do not. I'd say there's at least a 1 to 2 inch difference. Also, there is a smell to ... wasn't on ... before. I'd hoped that it would go away after several washes, but it hasn't. Next time, if I notice that smell on ... returning ...

Fit everywhere except in the Waist!
I was so excited to get these off a great sale, but when I pulled them on ... fit my legs, thighs, and hips perfectly. But the waistband was just too small! By about 2-3 inches. I've had no problems with the Flirt bootcut or the Diva flare or even the trouser ... but these just didn't work! Really Old Navy, if you don't offer ... stores then you shouldn't charge shipping on the items! Especially considering how your ... vary so much. I

These ... ok...they have a really fake looking dark blue to them and they are REALLY stretchy! I hate that almost all ... all stretch, I would really like a pair of ... just ... I'm not a fan of the bum and knees being all stretched out after wearing them for a few hours. I got these on sale and with a coupon so I didn't feel like it would be worth the hassle to pack them up and return them.

My Favs
I agree with the others. The waist does run small. I have recently lost 50+ lbs. I keep buying a new pair every so often in a smaller size. I am solidly down to an 18 Misses now or a 16 ... However, I can still wear the last pair of these I bought, a 20 ... legs are big now, but the waist is just right. They are super cute, though. Just be sure to order a size up. You won't be dissapointed in the style at all.

Glad I ordered this pair
I know these jeans are a bit pricier than the rest of the ... denim line, but the they are definitely worth it. I found the backside, the embroidered pockets added interest and a higher end look. I'm 5'5" by have slightly shorter legs, I'm getting these hemmed just a bit, but I imagine the length would be great for those on the average to long leg side. I appreciate that ON is offering some higher quality items in the ... section, larger women can't get away with cheaper clothes as easily.

close but no cigar
One of 3 bottoms that I recently ordered from Old Navy. None fit and actually all had different degrees of tightness. Normally I wouldn't write reviews, especially since I generally assume that I under estimated my ... sizedness. This time I am pretty upset. I have been ordering from Torrid for years and know my ... recently found out that Old Navy sold ... size clothing and was ecstatic. I looked at the size chart for Old Navy jeans and compared it with the Torrid size chart, and found by the measurements given that old navy actually claimed more room. I ALMOST ordered a size down, but decided more room is always better so when I ordered the three bottoms I picked the same size as I would from Torrid. These Jeans appeared comfy, but the size is off....I would go up a size to be sure.

Not so Good
I have purchase Old Navy ... while now. The length esp since I am a 6'1 women. I wear a 18 long and decided to order a 20 to be on the safe side. The Jeans looked beautiful, but I had to suck it in to get them fastened, and then the waist was pretty uncomfortable. All my other Long ... size jeans are in an 18 L from many brands including Old Navy from last year and they still fit perfectly. In the past the 18-20 from old navy always fit. Theses jeans are nice looking and I am debating if I will order a size up...also website is not easy to figure out..I spent much time trying to find how to print a return label. I don't have alot of time,..[...]Disappointed. I agree with previous posters...CARRY THE ... LONGS in the store or we will shop elseware ...I am tired of going to the trouble of online shopping and returning!!

Not what I expected
Jeans were not true to the size I normally order, and definitely not cut like a ... size ... No roominess at all, tight in the legs, rear, waist. Just an all around disappointment since I liked the style overall. I'd order a size up from your normal size for a better fit.

On the small side!
I agree with most of these reviews. Old Navy needs to get ... size back in the stores. I hate buying everything online and having to return or exchange it for a different size. These jeans are very cute but too small. I bought two pairs of jeans, different styles and the same size. The other pair fit, these did not. I am going to try the size up and if they don't fit i will return them for a full refund. It is dissapointing that i have to wait another 5 to 10 days to send these back and receive another pair in return. Please get ... size back in the stores. There are very few stores that carry ... size and i shop Old Navy for the rest of my family and would love to do the same for myself while i'm in there.

I am a ... size woman , and I ordered 20 ... but I was sent 20, so I am very disappointed.

Size way off
I have a pair of these jeans that I bought last year, and loved so much that I wore them out. I buy regular size 16 ("the sweetheart" bootcut) in the store, and they fit fine. I recently bought a pair of ... size 16 shorts, they also fit fine. I bought this style in size 16 and if I suck in, and say a little prayer, I can get them to button, but I don't dare sit or breathe. I'm very disappointed because I don't think going up a size will help me since the legs would then be to baggy. It is just the waist that doesn't fit at all. And according to the size charts, the waist size of a ... size 16 ... 37 3/4 while the 'regular' size 16 is 34 1/2. I fit into a regular 16, so I should fit into a ... 16 with room. Unfortunately these will be returned.

Very Disappointed
Extremely disappointed...these jeans were "supposed" to be ... size 22. I barely got them pulled up. I am a true 20-22. This style runs very small and not true to size. I would have to go up two ... ridiculous. Old Navy you need to recheck how you make ... size jeans. Come on...plus size ladies like style and fit too!!! Also, you could bring the ... your stores! We love to come in and try on clothes too!!!

If you are a ... Size women who's ... parts are in the hips, thighs and butt these jeans are NOT for you. In fact, I've yet to find one pair of Old Navy pants that fit me. They are always too slim in the leg even if they have "stretch". And what ... size girl needs low rise? I don't know many girls who like to show off their "muffin top" I'm not sure if Old Navy understands the term ... Size"

I just love,love,love these pants!
I never had the chance to buy a pair of pants from ON before. Until one day I was online and saw these on sale I loved the wash and the fact that they were skinny ... So when I recieved them and tried them on I was sooo exstatic to find that they were just PERFECT for me! The short length was just right for me. The way that they fit me in the legs,butt, and waist part was just the exact fit. :) Due to this purchase it makes me want to just buy my skinny ... now on, because when I usually buy skinny ... they are either too small or too big. THANX OLD NAVY!

Really Good Buy!
I was reluctant to try skinny ... because I am by no means"skinny." I am short and stocky-5'3, 180lbs. I tried these because the previous reviewers gave such high praise for them and they were on sale. I am truly impressed! I was torn between these and the "Diva" skinny ... but I have a big butt and the Diva doesn't usually cover it completely, so I went with these. I have never bought ... clothes from old navy, I usually wear a 14-16 short, but these are great. They are stretchy and comfortable and don't lose their shape after being worn all day. They flatter rather than emphasize my ... shape. I think they would work great for a someone larger than I am, too. I highly recommend these ... if you are looking to try skinny ... but feel you might not be the right body type for them.

Excellent Fit
I've been looking all over for a pair of ''true'' ... skinny jeans. Most ... skinny jeans are in reality more like peg legged or straight legged jeans, meaning that they are too loose and too long to wear under boots, too baggy in the hips and rear, but too tight in the legs to be cute, and of course way too low rise for a ... girl. These, on the other hand, were perfect! They fit exactly where I wanted them in the waist, about 1-2" below my belly button, fitted in the hips and rear, snug to the leg without being uncomfortable, perfect leg length, and are a nice simple dark wash that is slimming and goes well with everything. I did do what other reviewers suggested and ordered a ... up from my usual ... so I got a 20 instead of an 18 and they were perfect. Also, I got the average length and they were perfect, I'm 5'6" and often am in that awkward place between average and tall in jeans, but that was not a problem here. These jeans also do not have much stretch to them, which is good because they don't stretch out and become baggy over the course of the day, nor do they shrink to uncomfortable tightness when you wash them. If you are looking for a sturdy, comfy, and flattering pair of skinny jeans, or you wish to try the skinny ... trend but are unsure because ''big girls shouldn't wear skinny ... then I HIGHLY recommend these ... love them! Be forewarned, when you take them out of the package you will be like, "geez, these things look huge!" But when you put them on, they will look a lot better.

Love these!
I was worried about wearing skinny ... because as a bigger girl, I've never found them to be particularly flattering. But when I saw the sale, I thought I'd give it a try: these ... my favorite ... my closet - probably the best I've ever owned. They fit me perfectly - not too tight, not too loose (except in the waist, but that's what a belt is for) - and I wear them every day. One little weirdness, though: they're missing the front left belt loop. A little weird, but it hasn't been too hindering.

Good ... while.
First, these ... super cute and fit great for ... girls who want skinny ... They are flattering. That being said, I got these ... back in December, and though my ... don't ever last that long, these win the award for shortest period worn before worn out. Honestly, these ... just didn't cut it. They were cute, and I got them on sale so I guess it's not a big deal. Even still, I expected them to last longer. I wore them over Christmas and New Years, but come February, they are giving out on the sides of the waste. Lame! They looked good on me though so I ordered another pair, but be prepared they won't last long.

Not skinny - huge waist.
They're ok. Nice rich color. Not too much stretch but the material is thinner than expected. Skinny ... No! The upper leg runs slim - the lower leg fits like a boot cut. The waist is huge compared to the rest of the pant, I can put them on without unbuttoning or unzipping - weird! Need a belt for sure. Ordered a smaller ... compare - same soup. Keeping both, one was on sale - ijs.

What happened???
I bought these exact same ... last spring and they were perfect! I didn't even have a problem with them gaping at the waist or sliding down when I sit. I order them again in the exact same ... its like a totally different type of ... There are definitely more like strait legged ... now the waist is too big! They aren't horrible ... but they are so much less perfect than they used to be. I'm going to keep them, because they are at least still very flattering, and I got them on sale (Hence the three stars instead of one). But seriously stop changing things!

Definitely not skinny jeans!
ON missed the mark on these jeans. They did fit true to size in the waist and the length was right. The legs are HUGE, my legs are not huge but these are not even close to being skinny. I know probably most ... women have ... legs but I am pretty sure even those with normal ... legs would say they are baggy in the legs. Other than that they are wearable, it would be more hassel for me to mail them back but I won't be purchasing another pair that's for sure.

MUST BE A LOW RISE ...
I THOUGHT ALL ... PANTS WERE AT THE WAIST BUT THESE DID NOT FIT THE WAY I EXPECTED. THEY DID NOT COME ALL THE WAY UP OVER MY BUTT WHICH USUALLY HAPPENS WITH LOW RISE JEANS. I ORDERED 2 ... 20s IN WOMEN'S ... 20 IN THE SWEETHEART ... REGULAR WOMENS AND THE REGULAR ... FIT MUCH BETTER. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WOMEN'S ... PAIR

Too Skinny ...
I saw these ... sale and decided to order a pair. I did read the reviews before purchasing and decided to order up one ... am a ... 16 and ordered an 18 expecting these ... fit with a little bit of room. When I tried these ... discovered I was wrong. I couldn't even pull these ... up past my hips! Way too small! These are ultra super mega skinny ... am returning these as a result. If you are going to order these, order 2-3 ... up.
