I almost shed a tear. I''M EXTATIC!!!
I'm so happy I FINALLY found a perfect tailored dress shirt. I was so shocked at how well it fit. I wear a XS tall even though I'm only 5"8' (the shorter of the tall ppl). I have really long arms and legs, so normally the sleeves would show my ENTIRE wrists, but this shirt in tall is perfect. And being a thinner girl, trying to find an XS in tall is almost impossible, most tall sizing starts at a S (6/8). I purchased an ON xs reg and tall and found the reg actually seemed too big. But then I figured it's because the hips of the shirt was actually at my waist making the entire shirt just fit awkwardly. So ON tall sizes really are tailored to tall ppl, not jus made with a little extra length. The material is soft and the shirt is well made. My only complaint is the button holes are REALLY small and it's hard to button/unbutton the shirt. So the XS regular I bought is being exchanged for tall.

Perfect office/work shirt
My daughter works in a nice restaurant. They are required to have a black shirt, pressed, and neat looking. This shirt is perfect for that. She can wear it with a skirt, or pants & looks so professional. Washes well in cold water, and low dryer. If you take it out of the dryer immediately you won't have to iron the shirt and it resists wrinkles. I did find that although she is an exact size 6, the size 6's we purchased were snug on her. We purchased the size 8 and they are great, a tinch loose but if you are wearing it for work I'd suggest going up one size. Overall, a perfect work shirt, or a nice shirt to wear if you want to look put together.

Almost perfect, but has two major flaws...
I really want to give this shirt 5 stars- it’s a classic, has a flattering cut and it’s a perfect staple piece. And for some reason I have a hard time finding basic button downs without pockets or weird details, so I was soooo excited to find such a classic and simple basic. BUT- this shirt has two major flaws. First: it’s a little too thin; which is incredibly annoying because it requires you to wear some sort of seamless undershirt under it …unless you want your bra showing through (um, NO). So if you live in a warmer climate- this really sucks. (Plus on principle I find it annoying to buy a shirt- only to have to buy ANOTHER shirt just to wear to first shirt. But I disgress...) Secondly- and more importantly- NO BUST ROOM. If you are above a B cup beware- this shirt gaps like crazy. I also ordered a size up, which solved the gaping bust, but then the rest of the shirt is obviously too large. I ended up keeping the smaller size but had to have hidden snaps sewn in at the bust to prevent a peepshow. I don’t understand why button downs ALWAYS GAP. Arrg. You’d think clothing companies would have figured out by now how to place buttons more appropriately to prevent gappage.

Why is it called stretch?
I work in an upscale restaurant in Atlanta, was so excited to see a black dress shirt with the name STRETCH right in the description! We lift our arms, chairs tables, ice, etc hundreds of times throughout the evening, there is no stretch, I didn't even wear it to work when I tried it on and barely raised my arms, it came all un tucked. It looked great on! But unless you sit behind a desk or never have to lift your arms at work, this shirt is for you. I returned it and had to eat the shipping and handling, so after excitement of a stretchy dress ... delivery was quick, the disappointment of having to pay $8 dollars for something I returned was upsetting. Perhaps stretch should not be in the title of the ... because there is zero stretch. So basically the name was terribly misleading and it cost me $8 bucks to try on a ... not to mention the time, trouble and gas to go and return it. Will not order online again, ug.

Wrong Sizing
I ordered 3 Women;s ... dress ... wear to work with my suits! I ordered the same size I wear in all Old Navy clothing...I could not even pull this shirt together and it was up to my waist! I feel someone made a mistake in the patterns...perhaps they were girls or juniors sizes...and they definitely were NOT stretch. Very disappointed...you should really check your inventory! I had to return them to the store.
