love these ... I have been shopping at old navy for about 12 yrs now. I started when my daughter was one yr old. Their ... pretty much true to size, my daughter is very slim and tall so I always went up a size and adjusted the waist area. when the ... jean and super ... came out I was all over them. They work for my oldest daughter and now my two younger ones and myself as well! Love the [$] sale on these ...
cute ... I bought these ... my 8 1/2 year old daughter. I bought her regular size and they fit great. I bought one of the cardigans to go with it and they look very stylish and age appropriate together. The ... come up high enough in the waist that she can sit down without her underwear showing. They are tight enough to be ... but loose enough to move with her. Very nice, cost efficient purchase. I did not give the ... 5 stars because, as these are for fall and she has only tried them on, we have not washed them yet. I will definately turn them inside out for washing as I suspect, as with all dark denim, they will fade some.

Alright, I guessWell, my daughter has 3 pairs of 12 regular ... but she has athletic legs but short in height. The waist seemed really loose and the fit looked frumpy on her and made her look even shorter. So we went back to the store and tried 12 slim ... but these were so tight she could barely move. I guess the sizes are mainly made for ... tall girls, but definitely not getting any more until she grows
pretty goodoverall these ... were great!!! the only thing that my daughter hated about them is that they were high rise and she like super low rise ... but i think that they were a great buy and they wash very well and do not loose its color! she says that they are comfortable and easy to get on and of since they are not super ... which she said are pretty hard to get on and off.... she is not that tall so they were long on her but overall she loved then! Nice,but a bit large... 11-year old bought ... she loves ... But after one wash ... were a bit faded.My daughter has long legs so we bought the 12 slim size,but were a bit big on the waist/hip and another day she tried on the 10 slim but ... were to tight.Also at the ankle ... aren't very tight,and aftera few days ... became too short (not because of shrinkage)and was not "slouchy" at the bottom. I would recommend ... anyone looking for a pair of good looking ...

Super cute great ... ... were the perfect solution for ... 5 y.o. - ... size 5 ... were too short and all the 6s were too big on the waist. the 6 slim skinnies ... great and look so cute. We have to roll ... once, but hopefully that means they'll last longer. And no one else had ... black!
BLACK ... FOUR STARS!!!! ... black ... comfortable and easy to get on. ... arent super super tight, which is good. i like the adjustable waist, ... look great on me, and the only reason i didnt give them five stars is that ... sort of fade in the washing machine. you know how shiny black ... get them? well when you wash them, ... kind of fade a little. i guess all ... do that but its more noticeable with ... since their black. i would definety reccommend ... anybody looking for an amazing blalck ... jean. The ... cut if VERY ... so even though ... daughter is thin, the ... snug all the way to the ankle. ... do sit a bit low at the waist so I think long top or tuck in is best. Almost returned them for that reason, but ... made to and ... daughter loves ... really do look cute on.
awesome ... hey i got ... expected ... but ... weren't DON'T GET ME WRONG i love ... it's just i m very small and ... were more straight leg then ... but i still love ... .After the first time i washed ... faded a little but not too much OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE ... Ode to ... When I found ON's black ... years ago, ... were like the best christmas present ever. My daughter has always had difficulty in finding the right ... runs on the slim side. The ON ... were seriously the perfect thing for her. The black ON ... slim were her absolute favorites because of the ... length, durability. We've been using the ON ... least 3 years and have had great success. Until now. There appears to be some serious production issues because the cut of the ... always different. This is not weight fluctuation - this is a matter of either not being able to get them up your legs or - with the same size in a later month - you're positively swimming in them.
Okay ... The ... were very good at first, but soon after the first few washes, the black dye started to fade. ... also became very small. We have decided not to get those again. On the upside, ... durable and she loved them. ... did go up a little high, which was umcomfortable to her. ... good ... though. All ... other ... Old Navy are great, but some ... hers end up being more of a bootcut instead of ... become short quickly.

if you have a ... minny get the slim fit we ordered the regular ... online, but for my string bean of a 7 year old, the waist was just WAY too big. Returned them to the store where the clerk directed us toward the SLIM FIT ... these are a perfect fit and look. if your child is average height and ... order the slim fit.
True ... The ... were for my grandaughter. Sometimes ... say"skinny" but the legs are not really ... She loved them. ... were a perfect fit.

I have two girls that are very tall and slender, finding ... fit them in the waist and length is difficult. I actually chose the ... one size larger than they usually wear knowing that the length would be correct and of course the cut is ... Not ... enough for my ... daughter My daughter is very tall and thin. They length fit great but the waste and leg is too wide. We still kept them because they are well made, great ... they were a good price but we didn't achieve the look we were going for. They do not look like the tradition ... my ... daughter.
Im at a lossI've purchased several pairs of old navy ... my 5 year old both online and in the store and ill have to say the sizing is so inconsistant its ridiculous! She is a little tall and slender so I ordered her a 6 slim in the darling dark wash ... they fit her perfectly, these ... same size were so "slim" we couldnt button them. I returned them and got a 6reg and they are way too big in the waist and hips, even with the adjustable waist tightened. Size 5's are too short on her. There is a big difference in the lenths between sizes 5 and 6 which doesnt make sense because kids dont grow 3 inches at a time. ... great ... far as quality, price, and over all cuteness. My advice is to try them on in the store if possible.
Not Super ... :( I was SO exited to give ... my daughter for her 10th Birthday, (she really wanted a pair of ... then SO dissapointed when she tried them on!! Loose fitting, and too long, ... might fit her next year. And the jean wash made them look dingy and dirty. I thought distressed meant little distress marks in random places.. not worn and unwashed. Yuck. She is not picky, even a bit tom boyish.. and she won't even wear them!! Very dissapointed.
I would call these super ... Unless your daughter is extremely thin, I would say these are super ... My daughter was able to get the on, but for a 9 yr old its just too much to have her uncomfortable all day in ... cutting off her circulation. Sizing is extremely inconsistent too. On the plus side, ... looked well made.

perfect for slim girlsMy 13 year old is extremely thin, which makes it difficult to find pants to fit her waste. She hates the adjustable waste pants becuase shen ends up with a bunch of bulked up material around her waste. These ... true to fit; they fit her slim waste without a belt!
Great Skinny ... My daughter is on the slimmer side and the ON skinny ... slim are the only ones that truly fit her. I love it when I can buy these ... sale! My 10 yr. old loves them more than any other brand.
Great jean for the priceMy daughter goes through ... pretty quickly and these seem to hold up pretty well. For the price I can buy several and not worry about her destroying them. They are such a good fit on her and she says they are very comfortable especially with the adjustable waistband.
Loves ThemThese are great if you have a little skinny ... My almost 8 year old weighs 45lbs and nothing stays up on her, so we need the slim adjustable waist. For the price, you can't beat it.
Fits NicelyI thought my daughter was not the skinny jeans type, until I found these at ON. These fit so nicely, with just a little extra room in the "bum" and hips, which is not the way most skinny jeans fit! She loves them! Next time I will check ON first!
Skinny IndeedAs some of the other reviewers noted, these are TOO skinny. My daughter couldn't get them over her feet, so I can not even comment on how they fit in the waist or seat. The quality looked fine.
DisappointedOld Navy Jeans are definitely NOT consistent in their sizing. Bought these jeans in a 14 plus (skinny fit) for my daughter and they were extremely tight in the thighs, yet she owns 2 other pair of 14 plus skinny jeans from old navy that fit fine. That's what we get when everything is made overseas I guess! If you are interested in these jeans, you should definitely go to the store to try several pair on as I can guarantee that each one will fit differently even though the sizes are marked the same. Nothing is consistent. The waist, thighs and length all vary with each pair of jeans. I won't waste my time ordering them online again as I will have to go to the store to return them anyway. Also, Old Navy says these are 99% cotton, 1% spandex. They are not. The ones I received were 84% cotton, 15% polyester and 1% spandex. Very disappointed overall.
Very low waistYikes - these pants sat VERY low on my daughter's waist/hips! Not sure that look is appropriate at any age, but certainly not for the elementary school set. My 8 yr old is a little curvy and doesn't typically need a "plus" size pant, but since these are super skinny, we went with the plus this time. They did fit fine in the length and the through the legs, but the waistband just sat so very low on her bottom that she said she wasn't comfortable - and we could see a whole lot of her underwear hanging out. Sending them back ...
Size mattersJean are of good quality, but it seems that Old Navy has changed their sizing. I bought my daughter size 16 ... they did not fit her. I compared them to the same ... different wash, that i had bought her for X mas and the ones from X mas were bigger.
