Very Comfortable ...
I'm 5'4", and 125, ... pretty good sized hip and thigh so finding skinny ... can actually pull up over them and the waist not be so big the pants fall down is difficult. ... cut perfectly. There is the perfect amount of room in the hip and thigh - it skims the body without being like a jegging - and a slight taper towards the waist. The top fits very similar to the Gap curvy ... (which I ALWAYS get compliments on). The ankle on ... little straighter than normal skinny ... really like it. It balances your figure better when you ... hips. I ... color rinse in ... 4 short and ... like an ankle pant. I also ... washed looking one in 4 regular and ... teeny bit ... nothing awful looking. ... probably the most comfortable I own. A little disappointed
I first ordered ... 16 becuase I normally wear a 14 ... Old Navy ... thought that since ... skinny ... I'd need a bigger ... Not the case! I then ordered a 14 ... usual ... still too loose. Not at all like the "second skin" skinny ... supposed to be. ... slightly big all overall not just in one spot. Also, the Talls ... 35 inch inseam instead of 36, ... measured are more like a 34 - not ... enough for very ... legs. I like to wear skinny ... heels and I want them to cover the tops of ... shoes. If you plan to wear with flats then you''ll be fine. I recommend buying ... smaller than you normally wear if you like them snug - which, afterall, is how skinny ... supposed to ... To be as useful of a review as possible, I'm 5'6" and an honest 156 lbs, curvy, with abnormally long legs and a short waist. I ordered my pants in 8 Long and ... PERFECT! ... fit true to size in the waist, thighs and hips. The regular length hits just at my ankle bone, and the tall's hit the ground when I'm standing on tip toe (and also ... higher "rise", aka crotch to button measurement) , ... long's are perfect! I ... all three colors, and I ... found the with the grey one's, the denim is much softer and stretchier, and I wish I had known that as I would ... ordered a size down. ... very slimming, hit just at/slightly above ... hip bone, and therefor do not cause any muffin top, and hold in ... left over baby pooch. I wear them nearly every day and ... quite durable. ... oldest pair (I keep buying new ones when the old ones wear out) is over a year old and just tore horizontally from the inseam (upper thigh) towards the back. Great! ...mostly.
This is the style I was looking for ... regular length on ... little short for me. Here is the deal on length - I ordered ... 16 ... a16 long (whats the dif?) the tall's are really long, at least two inches longer than the long. I kept the long. The waist is a little roomy though so you'll need a good belt ... fit on the leg is just right - important in a skinny ...

So close...
I am 5'10 and a size 6 so I ordered a 6 long. The fabric and color were great, great fit...but needed just an inch longer to be just right. So I reordered a 6 ... thinking that would work...not so much. The ... came were a slightly different fabric...more rough and the color looked streaky. This time the length was way too long. I wanted to be able to roll up a small cuff, ... had to roll up 3-4 times making my ankle look thick. It is annoying that there is a four inch difference between the longs and talls. Also annoying that you can't try on talls and longs in store.

way too short
I purchased 3 pairs of Hudson in 8T. The ... inseam is supposed to be 36". I expected more like 35" or 34" since ... skinny. Two pair had 32.5" inseam and one was 29". That is the PETITE inseam. All three pairs had 8T on their label. Awful quality control. Unbelievable, actually. I wrote a similar review two weeks ago and it was not posted. Let's see if this one is. Since Talls are not available in stores, and must be ordered, I give up on this one.

Poor Quality Control
I ordered this in Hudson in 8T. The length on talls is supposed to be about 36". I expected more like 34" or 35" since this is a skinny. ... whoa, the inseam was 32.5". I returned them and thinking I had just a 'freak' pair ordered 2 more 8T. Just got them today. One inseam is, again, 32.5" and the other is 29". That is a PETITE length. Who is overlooking the quality control on length of ... skinny ... really, really bad.

Too long for me unless I cuff but ok
I did not know that Old Navy sold ... @ 36" long [which I just got online] and Long which are only 34 " long [which I got in the store]. I am 5' 9 1/2" ... 36" long ... have to cuff 2 inches. I like the washed out look. Have a hard time getting Sweatheart ... size 10Long online in either color. I thought the Talls were the same length as the Longs, but even so they only had 1 pair of these [10Tall].

I love the sweetheart fit!! I may be a mom but I am not ready for elastic waist pants! These ... great for all occasions and fit wonderfully! No gap at the back, no pinching at the waist, great rear pocket size. I am not a ... person and the short length is perfect for tennis shoes or a low heel. To wear with my platforms I get the medium length. Thank you Old Navy for the Sweetheart fit jean!

the best prewashed ... I''ve even worn for comfort
I dread jean shopping....I dread the trying on and the frustration..size 4 size 6 size 10 size B size 1...all brands different...it doesnt matter if I spend 150 dollars or 40 dollars, I would pay just to find a look good jean that fits and is comfortable..I hate cardboard, stiff jeans....well because of other reviews about comfort, I gave these a try. Buying two different styles. Comfort is the key for me as if they dont feel good i wont wear them no matter how good they look. These are the most comfotable ... ever. So key issue solved...Now the sizing...well each and every pair is so different. These were a bit tight..I am 5'9", 130 ...I fit in a size 4 loose in waist but form fitting but they do stretch out...but they are long on me...and I'm ... So re ordered a size 6 and they were huge and extra extra long..so I stuck with the form fitted one and am glad as they look great -hold their shape and I am told look great. Since they are so so soft, I actually am ok with more form fitted. Just keep trying till you find the sizing

sweetheart ...
it's hard to tell what size to buy lately. It seems that I can buy 2 pair of the identical cut, color, size jean and yet have 2 extremely different fits. This is extremely frustrating since the ... size from O.N. are all I can buy in ... . . Once a pair fit, though, I am profusely happy with the feel and fit!

Finally!
I am a 30yr old female. I am almost 5'10, weigh 200lbs, and have a high waist and long legs (long thighs but average length calves), and a short torso. I wear a size 14 in ON ... only ever buy Sweetheart because they come up higher. Since I have a high waist, -hip hugger- ... don't really work b/c when bending over, my rear end will show - not a good thing! I also hold my weight around my middle. I don't have a -belly- or -gut- but it is more like a -spare tire-... sorta like love handles but on the sides - between my waist and my hips. So my waist is indented, then the -spare tire- goes out further, then indents back in at my hips - definitely not a flattering silhouette. Hipster ... tend to emphasize this even MORE so - so the Sweetheart ... great because they come up above that and hold it in or camouflage it. I was so excited to see these ... offered in ... finally. Well, lots of Sweethearts are OFFERED in ... but they're almost always sold out before i can get them. I have all of the sweethearts in just the LONG size, but it seems like the rise just ISN'T high enough on those as they fall not at my waist, but at the -spare tire- are and then get really stretched out and i'm pulling them up to my actual waist all day. These TALLS actually HIT ME RIGHT AT THE WAIST! which is so exciting. I don't have to pull them up all day, and they do have a little stretch to them, but not to where they completely stretch out of shape. these are GREAT. i just really wish they kept ... sizes especially of ... sweetheart in stock. i really don't understand why things that are extremely popular and sell out aren't continuously being made. if these ... come out in size 14 ... any other color i'm definitely going to get them. too bad they don't make the PERFECT KHAKIS with this cut!

Was disappointed that the pants are way loose on me. I have bought size 18 in the Flirt jean and they fit good. The Sweetheart ... 18 is too big and I have to use a belt to keep them up. Waist is too loose. Especially disappointing because I have to pay shipping costs it is always a gamble when buying ... online. I even went to the store and tried on the ... Long length to make sure I got the right size, Boy was I wrong

Not bad, but look a bit cheap
Very comfortable and I like the pocket design, but the color on this type of cotton/spandex blend looks a little cheap. When I ordered these, I mistakenly thought I was ordering a different style of ... had tried on in the store. I decided to keep them, but they don't have a real denim look. They have a discount store stretch denim look. My husband calls them my pajama ... Have you seen the infomercials for those? A a better note, the ... good length. I'm about 5'11"and sometimes the talls are for people who are 6'6"! These talls are good for someone my height.

Not Impressed
The "new and improved longs" are a joke!! I tried on several pair and there is no way that is a 36" inseam. I am just over 6 feet ... these longs did not even cover my ankles. They would work great as skinny ... wear inside boots, but I would like to have something long enough to wear with a heel. As a size 4 I can't wear talls from anywhere else because they all start at size 8. All of my other ... Gap and [...] and fit perfectly, I'm just getting tired of paying $70-$100 a pair just because I'm taller than most. Old Navy does do a good job with sizing, but I agree with everyone else that they stretch out fast.

Best ...
I have found my style ... rise is not too low (I'm too old for hipsters) and not too high (I hate mom ... am ... so I got the ... fit. However, when I went to order another pair, they don't have any talls above size 2. I check every week. What, did you stop making them? I bought a size 16, and I'm losing weight, so I need a 14 and a 12 as I need them.

The Fit that Flatters
The "Dreamer ... best part of my wardrobe. These ... can be dressed down or dressed up depending on where I am planning on going. I found a perfect fit with the Dreamer Jean, it helps to flatten my tummy while it slims my hips & even though I am only 5 foot ... cut of the ... make me look like I have longer legs. What a fantastic fit!!!!! Everyone needs at least two pairs of these ... their closet. (I have 6 pairs of them myself).

Nice fit but be careful when ordering Long vs Tall
I ordered 2 pairs of the Dreamer jeans after I tried on a pair in the store. I like the way they fit and they don't seem to get as loose as the Sweetheart jeans seem to do throughout the day. Here's my only word of caution: I am tall (6 foot). I ordered one pair in the Chrissie style (12 long) and one pair in Rinse B (12 tall). Apparently, "tall" means a 37 inch inseam (extremely long even on me). I did not realize this when I placed this order. There is a difference between "long" and "tall". The long ... fit perfectly. I'm going to have to exchange the tall ...

I love these ... fit is fantastic I would recommend these to anyone who has a hard time finding a good fitting jean. I am 40 and my how my body has changed and I have had alot of trouble finding a jean that fits and these are perfect. They look good casual or with a great sweater. However if you want to wear them with heels order the ... bought regular for tennies and ... heels. BUY THEM!!!

NICE ...
I'm ... - 5' 9" - fairly slim and 46 years old. Finding ... womens clothing is difficult enough, but finding ... stylish, in current washes, that aren't made for a 20 year old's body is really a challenge. Dreamy Dreamers
I'm so happy that the GAP family recognizes the need for ... inseam longer than 32" and provides them in both Long (34") and ... (36"). As usual, I purchased these ... fit my hips, not my waist and they fit as expected--perfect in the hips and too big in the waist. But, as they were on sale, the trip to the tailor was already budgeted in. The Curvy style is closer to fitting my body shape--again another big step by the GAP family in the right direction for the pear shaped woman. The dark wash on these ... wonderful making them a cut above your everyday denim. They're perfect for casual Friday or Saturday night out. Would love to see the Dreamer style in a skinny jean or a trouser cut.

Tall means Tall
I love these ... They are very flattering and super comfy. The one thing that caught me off guard was the height. I'm 5'10" and have always needed to shop in the tall sections. These tall ... really tall! With that being said, ON regular ... just a little too short on me and I prefer too tall then a little too short. It's worth a little hemming to have these ... recommend them, just be aware if you're shopping in the tall section.

Ok, the deal with ...
Let me start by saying that I've always worn ON ... completely change every few years. The denim quality isn't the same AT ALL. What seems to be happening now is the darker the color, the smaller ... run. The really dark blue is at least a size (or 2) smaller than what I would normally wear. Thinner, rougher and not a whole lot of stretch. The waist on those are crazy tight even after wearing for a while. The light blue are really soft and a lot more stretchy. Also, something I noticed today was that the Long length (from the store) is NOT the same as the ... length (Online). There's a good 2 inch difference... the Tall's are longer.

I knew the fit of the "dreamer" ... works well for my body type so I was excited to try the Dreamer Trouser ... must say I'm glad I did! I purchased the longs, and ... true to size for what I expect from Old Navy... wish ... would have had the talls available in the size I needed, I will always welcome a longer inseam! Almost right...
Okay so this is my second attempt at these ... There really are size discrepancies depending on where the ... were made (I hear that ON uses different distributors) so I think that may be part of the issue. I'm 5'10", have a 34" inseam and can go between a 14 Long and 16 ... depending. I ordered a 16 ... because the 14 Long was WAY too small in the hips and waist (didn't even button) and about 1" too short...which is really unusual for a Long. This time they fit perfectly all over except they are about 2"+ too long. I mean, I even put on 4" heels and they were hitting the floor. UGH, Old Navy, your sizes! Come on! Besides the issue with the length, these ... pretty great. I love the silhouette and the fact that they are not ultra low rise. I don't think the rise is like a mom jean; the Dreamer cut is specifically mid rise which is fine for me. I don't want to show my butt to the world every time I bend over, thanks. I also like the colors. I ordered both and the dark was pretty dark for me. I noticed that some reviewers had issues with the dark being almost like the "Saint" color but I think that is an issue, again, of the ... coming from different distributors.

I''m a Believer!
I bought this with the arsenal of good reviews and it's true. The waist is done so that you don't get the--oh so unflattering--muffin top. I am of average weight and height, not skinny and not too big with some curves, but not too curvy and ... fit pretty good. I'm 5'5 and bought the short length and the regular length in a size 2. For the price, you can afford to buy two so you can wear one with flats/flip flops and the other with heels or platform shoes. For the ON novice, you usually have to size down because their size 2 is more like a 6. I actually bought several sizes (size 4), but went down a size since ... have a little give and I think is made a little bigger than usual. Thanks for the confidence booster. No matter how false, I'll take it wherever I can. If you buy the right size combination, you will be thrilled. I was apprehensive about the sagging and stretching that people have mentioned. It does lose it's shape a bit after some wearing, but not so much that it's unbearable. I have high end ... cost me triple or quadriple (7 for mankind and Not your Mother's ... their ... have about the same amount of shape loss after wearing for a day. I have bought some really bad ... stretch that really lose it, but ... not that terrible. The cut is flattering and I do not consider ... overly wide. I like the embroidering on back pockets. I think the lighter shade looks better than the dark one. I wish ON would produce an even darker shade of this jean, since I don't consider the dark option dark enough for my taste. Nice job though.

Reading some of the negative reviews had me skeptical and doubtful about ... but I?m sooo glad I ordered them despite those bad reviews! (Side note: I think some people really exaggerate on ... reviews!) I have almost every style of ON ... definitely true to size. I?m 5?1? and the Petites are a perfect fit/length. I?m not sure what all ... ?bell bottoms? comments are about! ... *TROUSER CUT* jean. So ... fit like *TROUSERS* - straight, slightly wide legs in proportion with the thigh. You know, the way professional slacks fit? That. But made of jean fabric. If that?s not the fit you?re looking for- don?t buy TROUSER ... (?!?!) They?re cut exactly as ... should be. As for the rise- yes- ... higher than typical low rise ... But they?re not mom ... any means! They?re high enough to prevent the muffin top and high enough that your butt crack isn?t going to show- but they?re low enough that ... don?t look like frumpy mom ... My only real complaint is that I ordered the darkest rinse and when ... arrived they?re not a dark rinse at all- they?re actually closer to the color of the lighter ... pictured. That?s a bummer. I might actually go into the store and confirm that I have the right color because ... just don?t match the dark wash pictured at all even though the tag says it?s the right color.

I have never worn Old Navy ... I'm a devote Gap denim girl. I decided to save on price after having a baby. The rise was a little shorter than anticipated, however they fit great. They haven't stretched out after a day of wear. They are so versatile and can be dressed up or dressed down. Love the trouser width of the leg really lengthens the leg. I'm ... have athletic build. However, at 6 weeks postpartum these are my transition ... they haven't failed me yet.

I bought these in my usual size, a 20 short in womens regular sizes, I am an 18WS in plus sizes. The material is very nice, shaded just right and a great weight. It does however stretch more than normal so if you want these for a night on the town ... go a size smaller. Before washing these I could put them on and take them off with them buttoned and zippered. I just washed them in hot water in hopes they shrunk and it feels like they did a bit but they even though they are short in length, they are too long for my 5'2 inch frame, I won't be wearing these with my flip flops, and I am hoping ... look ok with heels else ... have to be tailored. As other's mentioned, these ... flattering and comfortable, just big and extra long! ON, when will your clothes EVER be consistant??? Probably not ever since ... made for pennies in [...] some other foreign country.

I like these ... lot, even though they are more of a normal flare jean than a trouser fit. I have not had a problem with them stretching out as others have mentioned. The rise is much better than most of the other ... have purchased from ON. The only problem I have is that they are a little shorter than I expected. I am 5'11 and ordered the long length, like I normally do; but the leg length seems to be about an inch shorter than normal. I wanted to get another pair in ... (which are normally about 2 inches too long), but they are out of my size right now.

Ahhh Old Navy. My love affair with your Dreamer ... jeopardy and it is due to your RIDICULOUSLY inconsistent sizing. I am of the opinion that the only jean from ON that fits me is the Dreamer. I am 5'10" and run about a 14-16 depending on the cut. I'll admit that I have a bit of a belly going on, so Flirt and Diva are just cut to low to be any sort of flattering for me, and I simply haven't tried Sweetheart since I love Dreamer so much. The problem with Dreamer lately is that the 14 Long is too small in the waist while the 14 ... too big. That, and the Longs eventually tend to shrink so much (even without the dryer) that they are unwearable. Anyway, because the Talls are sold out I ordered a 14 Long and kept my fingers crossed. I could just barely button them, and the length was too short by about 1/4". Yet another pair of ... I'll be returning. Ladies, if you are over, say, 5'9" I would suggest ordering a ... style. I gave these ... three stars because, had they worked out they would have been absolutely perfect. They really are very cute.

Couldn''t get a good fit
I tried these ... first in a 10 regular and they were too short. Other than that the proportions seemed right, and I liked the color, so I tried a 10 ... talls were plenty long, but too tight in the rear and hips. Not sure if it was just a fluke or not, but I am returning them.

Ok, but not great
I am not sure why ON calls ... "trouser" ... Just because the front pockets are slanted differently? ... need to have a wider hem at the bottom to really get that trouser feel. Also, the stitching on the back pockets, while pretty, doesn't flow with the trouser idea either. After reading a lot of the reviews about ... online, I was really skeptical about them fitting correctly. But after a month of debating and visiting my local ON store to see if ... would ever get them in stock (only bootcut and skinny ... stock--WHY??? no one looks good in skinny ... NO ONE!) I finally took the leap this week and ordered them. [...] I was surprised at the color (I ordered the dark "mekong" color). After other reviewers said that ... were almost as light as the lighter wash, I am not sure what ... purchased. ... were dark, almost black in color. There are no lighter, worn spots on them at all, as opposed to the picture on line--but this is ok with me as normal "trouser" style pants wouldn't have this wear. Also, I ordered a size 18 so I do not need any strategically placed "worn" spots emphasizing my wide thighs. The rise was a lot higher than I prefer, but no, there is no muffin top or crack showing and ... not hardly considered a "mom jean". ... were also a little longer than expected--I am 5'6" and normal length is what I always wear, but ... good 2-3 inches longer. Fine with heels and wedges. Why is it so hard for ON or any other ... manufacturer to make a low rise in front, with a higher rise in back? I want my ... fit at my hips and not cut off the circulation to my stomach. I have two other pairs of ON ... both Diva bootcut, and ... same way. I was hoping for something a little classier in ... but guess I will have to keep looking. ON sizing is waaaaay crazy anyways. (FYI--XL does not stand for "extra LONG") OVERALL--they fit fine, but should not be called trouser ... without some improvements. I think I'll keep ... but won't purchase them again. The search is still on for a decent low rise!
