I almost shed a tear. I''M EXTATIC!!!
I'm so happy I FINALLY found a perfect tailored dress shirt. I was so shocked at how well it fit. I wear a XS tall even though I'm only 5"8' (the shorter of the tall ppl). I have really long arms and legs, so normally the sleeves would show my ENTIRE wrists, but this shirt in tall is perfect. And being a thinner girl, trying to find an XS in tall is almost impossible, most tall sizing starts at a S (6/8). I purchased an ON xs reg and tall and found the reg actually seemed too big. But then I figured it's because the hips of the shirt was actually at my waist making the entire shirt just fit awkwardly. So ON tall sizes really are tailored to tall ppl, not jus made with a little extra length. The material is soft and the shirt is well made. My only complaint is the button holes are REALLY small and it's hard to button/unbutton the shirt. So the XS regular I bought is being exchanged for tall.

Great Dress Shirt, but go up a size for sure!!
This is a really flattering fit dress shirt. A lot of dress shirts I've tried on are too masculine, but this is definitely nice and feminine. I always order ON medium tall, but I needed a large tall for this shirt. The medium was too tight in the shoulders and chest. The first top button is pretty low, so I'd wear a cami underneath. I got the black color, so I wear a black cami underneath. Great shirt!!

LOVE - classy quality great for work
Very impressed. As other reviews noted it runs slightly small so I ordered large and it was perfect. When I order my next one I will actually be ordering large tall but this was close enough to perfect even without the tall. I actually had NO problem with no top button. For me it did not open at all and was fine for work as far as modesty goes. I'm 5'8, 160 pounds, long waisted and 36B/C bra. Between the too sizes. Maybe because I'm smaller on top the top button wasn't a problem. The sleeves were a TINY bit short on me - not a lot but I would order the tall next time. Definitely err on ordering a size up I'm usually between med and lrg for old navy and def needed the large. Did not wrinkle for me - very good quality and the white picked up a lot of black lint from the sweater vest I wore over it but that would happen with any white shirt. I will wear this all the time to work and am going to order another one. Impossible to get quality button down work shirts at this price.

Great Shirt
I am a tall slim woman with a small bust & waist but a large hip structure. This shirt did a great job of accentuating my small waist without ignoring my bust or emphasizing my hips. With buttons reaching only to mid bust, the neckline on this shirt dips just deep enough to look very feminine, without looking inappropriate or revealing. I'm 5ft 11in and bought a M tall. I've never bought from a tall line before, and it's amazing! Thank you Old Navy!

Nice shirt
I ordered an XL Tall in the french blue. I usually wear a L - XL in ON, as I am a size 14/16. I like the extra room that the XL gives me so that it doesn't pull across my stomach. I have never ordered a Tall size before, as I am 5'6", but I have so many button down shirts that will not stay tucked in, that I decided to give it a try. The tall is very long, but it's perfect because it is plenty long enough to stay tucked in. It's a very nice shirt; the only complaint is that the sleeves are a little long, however, I tend to roll my sleeves since I live in Florida.

Listen to the reviews and size up
Originally I bought this in an XL tall. I typically wear a l/xl in ON. Too small! I'm a 38 C and a size 16 and although I could button it, I could barely breathe. I even took out the darts in the back. No good. I loved the look of the shirt though so I exchanged it for an XXL Tall and it's great. I bought the pink, white and black and they're all great colors and I'll wear them often. So definitely order up! I'll commend ON on one thing though: I called customer service and told them I'm exchanging the shirts for the same shirts just a size up on Saturday morning and I received my new shipment on Wednesday night (they shipped express). Bravo, ON, for doing that. I just have to return my old shirts to an ON store and I got the same sale price that I bought them for (30%) without any hassle at all. These are great shirts, once you get the size correct.

What the heck???
I normaly wear a Large Tall from Old Navy. I ordered a Large Tall. The shoulders fit perfectly. The sleeeves were perfect. Around the bust area, I could button it, & it made me look fat. I had a hard time buttoning the lower buttons. I felt like I was going to pop the buttons. I'm going to reorder this shirt in an XL Tall & see if that fits perfectly all throughout.

Runs a bit small
Love this fitted shirt. I normally wear ON shirts in a Large Tall, but I guess since this is fitted it fits much more snug than a regular cut. I love ON Tall sizes, as the length is great for my long torso and the sleeves are long (actually a bit longer on me, since I typically don't have a problem with arm length). It looks great, but I will not put it in the dryer.

Nice material
This is a great shirt but could use more buttons on top plus it runs too small around the waist area and hips in the TALL size. ! I usually take a woman's TALL medium but I need a TALL large in this one.

Weird Sizing...
This is a nice shirt, but the fit is so weird. I first ordered a medium tall, which is what I usually wear, and it was too tight and super long. So, I returned it and ordered a large tall, which was too big and still super long. I put the large tall in the dryer and it shrunk a bit so it fits better now. Because the shirt is so long, I'm just tucking it in when I wear it. But, dang, it's long.

not for your average chest
I love purchasing ON clothing. I was very excited to try out their woven shirts in Tall sizes. Unfortunately, like everyone else they make them tall and for big girls. Just because we are tall, we aren't all full size.
