Great Shirt
I love this shirt! I'm 5'3 and 140 pounds. It's a very figure flattering shirt, and the weight is perfect. I looks nice under light jackets for work or alone for a spring day. I know people have complained about the length being too long, but I personally like my shirts a little on the long side. I thought it was the perfect length for my short torso. I don't typically write reviews, but this is great find!

LOVELOVELOVE
I bought this in the store in the grey pinstripe, and online in pink plaid. Had to come back for the blue. What fabulous colors! I NEVER get ON shirts to button around my 42DD bust and still fit everywhere else. Usually I have screaming button holes and the rest of the shirt fits (if I can button it at all), OR the shirt is SO big everywhere just so I can get it over my chest. However, this shirt fit PERFECTLY in an XL. They wash well (if you hang dry them they won't shrink), and they're cute enough for jeans or tucking into a skirt or khakis. I'm SO glad I bought three because they're cute cute-CUTE!

Nice shirt
This is a nice, cute basic shirt. Unlike other ON things that sometimes run way too big or small, this is pretty true to size. It has a slightly boxy fit though- other shirts like this that I've bought at higher end stores have more of a tailored fit. Overall, though, very nice for the price. Love the gingham.

Great shirt!
I purchased this shirt in the bright blue at the store without trying it on first I'm 5'7" and 38 H so button up shirts are usually not my friend at all. I got it in a X large and absolutely love it. I wear it to work on the weekends with jeans or shorts everywhere its so lightweight you don't have to worry about getting to hot. I will def be purchasing another one. Great fit!

Length longer than expected
Purple checked shirts are the rage and was really looking for this shade. The small ruffles add extra femininity to this shirt and I like that they're small so they don't flap in the breeze or require much ironing. I'm 5'3" and the size S length works more like a long shirt/tunic on me; looks really cute with skinny jeans! Maybe it's my chest size, but shirt pulls slightly when buttoned up almost top, but not enough to size up. It's fine when top 2 are unbuttoned with a cami or shirt underneath. Sleeves are slightly longer than I prefer when left unrolled, but not a huge deal. Looks cute rolled up anyway. The material is a bit thin, but irons wonderfully when a cleaner look is preferred.

Not flattering, but still cute.
I ordered the pink and white. I am 5'5" and normally wear a small or medium in Old Navy shirts. I had a baby three months ago, so I ordered a medium. This shirt is not particularly flattering. It is very loose in the waist and - despite the fact I still have 10 pounds to lose - I wish I had ordered a small. I'm going to keep it because it fills a niche in my wardrobe, and I can wear it open over a camisole. Plus, I don't live near an Old Navy so it's more trouble than it's worth to return it. I'd say if you like clothes that flatter your waist, this isn't probably the shirt for you. But other reviewers say it flatters a big bust, so if you're chesty or need extra room in the waist, it might work for you.
