Yay! A dress shirt that is long enough!
I'm 6 feet tall and shirts are usually too short to tuck in (on the rare occasion that I need to dress up) and never have sleeves long enough. I got this in a small tall originally, I'm thin but I have a bigger chest, so I returned it for the medium tall because the small gaped in the front (note for you big chested girls). Other than that, a great shirt in sleek, work appropriate material that I can *actually* tuck in and which has sleeves long enough for a blazer. Plus, much cheaper than a lot of other places.

LOVE - classy quality great for work
Very impressed. As other reviews noted it runs slightly small so I ordered large and it was perfect. When I order my next one I will actually be ordering large tall but this was close enough to perfect even without the tall. I actually had NO problem with no top button. For me it did not open at all and was fine for work as far as modesty goes. I'm 5'8, 160 pounds, long waisted and 36B/C bra. Between the too sizes. Maybe because I'm smaller on top the top button wasn't a problem. The sleeves were a TINY bit short on me - not a lot but I would order the tall next time. Definitely err on ordering a size up I'm usually between med and lrg for old navy and def needed the large. Did not wrinkle for me - very good quality and the white picked up a lot of black lint from the sweater vest I wore over it but that would happen with any white shirt. I will wear this all the time to work and am going to order another one. Impossible to get quality button down work shirts at this price.

I almost shed a tear. I''M EXTATIC!!!
I'm so happy I FINALLY found a perfect tailored dress shirt. I was so shocked at how well it fit. I wear a XS tall even though I'm only 5"8' (the shorter of the tall ppl). I have really long arms and legs, so normally the sleeves would show my ENTIRE wrists, but this shirt in tall is perfect. And being a thinner girl, trying to find an XS in tall is almost impossible, most tall sizing starts at a S (6/8). I purchased an ON xs reg and tall and found the reg actually seemed too big. But then I figured it's because the hips of the shirt was actually at my waist making the entire shirt just fit awkwardly. So ON tall sizes really are tailored to tall ppl, not jus made with a little extra length. The material is soft and the shirt is well made. My only complaint is the button holes are REALLY small and it's hard to button/unbutton the shirt. So the XS regular I bought is being exchanged for tall.

Only dress shirt that fits me!!!!
I am thin and tall so most dress shirts, if I buy to fit my shoulders, chest, and waist, they are way to short (totally unprofessional for work). The tall is just long enough to tuck with a little room to bend or sit or whatever without the shirt tail coming out. Other stores carry tall sizes but most often they start at a size 8 in ... needed a small/tall and ON has them!!! I was so excited when I found this shirt it fits perfectly everywhere. The only downside is that it wrinkles like crazy so you have to iron it after every wash.

Good shirt, tight in chest though
I m 6 ft tall, wear size 6. Ordered Graphite color shirt, tall M. Shirt looks nice, will be good for office. As was mentioned many times before - button on the chest sits too low. And also for me it was tight in chest, which i didnt expect at all - i wear 36B bra. Probably wont order another shirt like this, but not going to return either. Goos sleeve length, and shirt is definitely for tall people.

Women''s Poplin Stretch Dress Shirts
I got this shirt in a tall and it fit great. Most stores say tall then I get it and the sleeves are still too short and the body is way too wide. This shirt is taupered and fits to a T. The only flaw is this shirt is thin. I ordered this dress shirt because I needed it for choir and I didn't realize it was that thin. However, it wasn't anything a camisole couldn't fix. Thank you Old Navy for understanding that Tall doesn't necessarily mean Plus Size and the price is just right. Most styles are wide and I am swimming around in it just to get the sleeves and torso to fit. I have already recommended these to my choir members and friends. I will be back to get more colors.

Nice material
This is a great shirt but could use more buttons on top plus it runs too small around the waist area and hips in the TALL size. ! I usually take a woman's TALL medium but I need a TALL large in this one.

What the heck???
I normaly wear a Large Tall from Old Navy. I ordered a Large Tall. The shoulders fit perfectly. The sleeeves were perfect. Around the bust area, I could button it, & it made me look fat. I had a hard time buttoning the lower buttons. I felt like I was going to pop the buttons. I'm going to reorder this shirt in an XL Tall & see if that fits perfectly all throughout.

It''s a keeper!
Great shirt, not perfect. I initially ordered a tall medium but had to return it for a tall large because the medium was slightly snug across the bust and the sleeves weren't quite long enough. The tall large was a better fit and I ordered two for work. I received quite a few compliments. I haven't washed as of yet but when I do I will hang to dry. I am going to order the black and white also.

Disappointed ... but at such a great price!
The main problem I have with this shirt wasn't mentioned in any of the reviews. The buttonholes are too small for the buttons, and buttoning the shirt is trying. This is a consistent problem among all of the shirts I ordered. Other issues: SIZING. ON's sizing is bewildering, and one of the reasons I now remember I stopped shopping ON. I am 5' 8" and my weight varies, 145 - 165. I have "large" shirts that, when I'm at my largest, literally look like an artist's smock or a dress, with the tail hitting mid- to low thigh and loose enough that I could wear a coat underneath; I also have "medium" shirts from Old Navy that fit fine, also at my largest weight; others slightly snug. Then there are these, that are just too small. Another problem is the ordering software. I reached the shirts through the "Tall" link and ordered all of my other items in Tall. However, one shirt that was sent was Petite (and it shows as correct on my order). I definitely didn't select this; I'm assuming that when changing colors without a size selected, the behavior of the software allowed this. If that's the case, that algorithm needs to be changed. FINALLY: All of the clothes I ordered are constructed from very thin fabric. When my order arrived, it was in a box measuring 5" x 15" x 12", containing: five long sleeved shirts, two short sleeved shirts, two pairs of capri pants, and one pair of long pants. All of this in a box five inches deep -- and the box still had room for more! It's summer in Texas, so lightweight fabric is great; but when you put on ANY of these items (esp. light colored), you'll debate about wearing camisoles or Spanx with them. I suppose if that's a tradeoff with the great prices, that's fine. But ON from now on is for me a place to buy "disposable" summer casual wear.

Weird Sizing...
This is a nice shirt, but the fit is so weird. I first ordered a medium tall, which is what I usually wear, and it was too tight and super long. So, I returned it and ordered a large tall, which was too big and still super long. I put the large tall in the dryer and it shrunk a bit so it fits better now. Because the shirt is so long, I'm just tucking it in when I wear it. But, dang, it's long.
