FINALLY! A Tall size that really is long enough!
Dear Old Navy, I am in love. I initially purchased this skirt in the store and loved it so much that I thought, "what the heck" and thought I'd try it in the Tall size. For reference, I am 5'9", 165 lbs, long torso, short legs. The Regular length size 10 hit me just above my knee; the waist sits on the top part of my hips. It was ok. The Tall Size 10 arrived today and I think I heard the angels sing when I tried it on: It was actually below my knee!!! And the fit was consistent as the Regular with the waist sitting on top of my hips. I think the fit is TTS. I am so glad I got it in both the colors before they sold out. Tall girls and girls wanting a longer length pencil skirt - this is it!

I am 5'5 145 lbs and the size 8 tall fits perfect. Has extra give in the waist which I LOVE! I bought the regular length but sent back because it was too short. The tall hits just below the knee. Perfect.

I love pencil skirts. I had seen this skirt in the store, but never tried it on because I didn't want to tempt myself into buying it full price (the well worth it price of[$]). Instead, I waiting until I had an online coupon code and snagged this skirt at 30% off. It is adorable! The causal look of denim with the dark wash and stylish cut create the perfect causal/dressy combo that makes this skirt so versatile. You know the frequently referred to shopping tip, "Don't buy it unless it has 3 or more uses"? This ... does that and more! I can't wait to pair it up with Fall sweaters and shirts and scarves and boots, though I expect it to serve me well ALL seasons. :) As for cons, this ... has one - like many Old Navy items, it is sized too big, and I was happy that I read reviews beforehand which noted that! I got a size down from what I normally wear - unfortunately, I am on the ... side and very leggy, so it is just a bit shorter than I would prefer, (and the 4 inch slit up the back doesn't help that). Still, it was worth getting the smaller size, and I am overall EXTREMELY pleased with this buy!

Love this skirt!
I have been looking all over for a pencil skirt that was longer in length. After reading the reviews I opted to order a size smaller and in tall, I wanted it to be knee length or a tiny bit below. It fit perfect. In jeans I wear a size 10 so I ordered the 8 tall. I am 5'9.The slit wasn't too bad either, I ordered the darker color, very flattering and versatile. very happy with my purchase.

The Perfect Skirt
This skirt is very comfortable.It is made with a stretchy denim that looks great. I am 5'5, 115 lbs and the 4 ... fit me perfectly. I usually take a 4 or 6 so I would order down if you are between sizes. The ... just touches my knee.

I love the skirt. I am 145 lbs and 5'5 a size 8-or a 10 but the 8 fits perfect with stretch in the waist. I ordered regular because they were out of the ... returned and will reorder when the ... back in stock. Loved it but to short when you sit down.

Listen to your Customers!
I wish you would listen to your customers. Learn how to provide for your demand. So many people are buying your skirts [...]. Right now the only size you have available is an 18. Please make more of these available and make them just a tad bit longer! I like them to cover my knees and even if i buy them in ... have to yank them down every few minutes, you obviously have a market for them. Thank you for making longer skirts but please pay attention to your demand and make enough of them so they are actually available.

Cute...Runs Big
These are cute and decent fitting pencil skirts. They run big as most other reviewers have stated. I ordered a 6T for extra length and I am pleased even though the waist is quite roomy (I often have this problem). Keep in mind that I am average height 5'6" but I like mine a bit longer so the ... falls mid knee on me. I suppose drying these skirts on high heat may shrink them a bit. The weight of the denim is good quality better than some Gap denim skirts I have recently purchased. The denim is also mixed with a good amount of spandex so it hugs your body well without being immodest. The pockets are standard so they don't sit at a strange position on your bum. The rise of the waist is good as well. My torso is short but these still fit lovely. Overall, good purchase even though they definitely run big. Enjoy!

A bit big but a nice skirt
Every year or every other year Old Navy makes denim pencil skirts that fit and look good. This is one of those years! Skirt is a bit big as others have said, but I am sure it will shrink somewhat in the dryer. I ordered the 6 ... since I wanted additional length and it falls right atop my kneecap...Perfect! For reference, I'm 5'6", 36C, 6/8 in bottoms, M in tops (S at ON), and 150lbs. Skirt has just the right amount of stretch. Hip pockets are are more of a jeans style (non trouser) so they don't widen the hips. I would say this one is a rear minimizer due to the shape and location of the rear pockets (if you don't buy it snug). Quality of the denim is good. Waist band is about 2" long so it sits nicely without creating a muffin top. Good buy.

Cute denim skirt
This skirt will get a lof of use! I'm glad I read the sizing reviews before ordering it. It does run large, I'm a 20 tall in ON pants, but ordered a 18, and it fits great. Length is good, I ordered a ... but could have gotten away with a regular, the rise on the waist is a bit high, but I'll wear blouses/sweaters untucked, so it's not a big deal. Denim weight is good.
