great fit for tall/slender frames!
I am so thrilled with this shirt. I work as a server and have to wear white dress shirts to work everyday. I can never seem to find shirts long enough that the don't come untucked with any small movement. I ordered this shirt in a Tall XS and it fits perfectly. Long enough to stay tucked in and a very flattering fit. I immediately ordered a few more once I got it

Best dress shirts you will find
These are my favorite dress shirts. The highlights are perfectly describe why I love these shirts too much. I have one in every color because they fit wonderfully!

A great buy, even without trying it on.
I'm always a little leery of buying something that I can't try on in the store if need be, especially dress shirts - you never know how they'll fit. But this one is perfect. It's wrinkle resistant, the color I ordered (pink) is lovely, and the cut flatters the waist and a full bust. I might just order one in every color.

Great Dress Shirt, but go up a size for sure!!
This is a really flattering fit dress shirt. A lot of dress shirts I've tried on are too masculine, but this is definitely nice and feminine. I always order ON medium tall, but I needed a large tall for this shirt. The medium was too tight in the shoulders and chest. The first top button is pretty low, so I'd wear a cami underneath. I got the black color, so I wear a black cami underneath. Great shirt!!

yay! a dress ... fits
I'm a little fuller in the bust so often dress shirts gape at the chest while fitting well in other areas. This one buttons easily and the button placket stays together--no gape. At the same time, the rest of the ... fits as a ladies ... should, unlike one from the men or boys department.

Nice Button Down!
Actually, I bought a white and blue shirt " in store"- as someone else had returned them. So I was able to try them on, before I bought more online! But if you do have a large chest or bigger hips, you may want to "size" up. I am between and 36" (back) and between a C and D cup- so I bought a large- no gaps or tightness. The buttons are low, but I usually wear cami's under all my shirts. However, it is a great fit, love it for work and going out. It goes well with slacks, khakis, skirts! Its wrinkle resistance and a nice fabric. Some reviews were complaining about "shrinkage" but with most dress shirts, you should wash in cold water, gentle cycle, dry on low heat or hang dry.

Great Fit
I love these ON dress shirts in the TALL version. Near perfect proportion for my shape. Long enough for my freakishly long arms :o) and fitted enough in the waist. Provides for a lean look. Very versatile. I wear with everything - jeans, skirts (dressy to casual), slacks....they go with everything.

I love that Old Navy carries talls for dress shirts! Otherwise mine are always coming untucked!

In general I like this shirt. I am petite: 5 foot two and 115 pounds. I have to wear long sleeve black dress shirts to work, which are very difficult to find. Based on the reviews I read beforehand, I was expecting this ... run a little small. I ordered a small in petite. It is a little tight, but not too small. I just definitely wouldn't put it in the dryer though. The material is a little stiff, but over all, I am satisfied. However, I would like to order another one, but can not because the Old Navy site is so incredibly difficult to navigate that I can't even find where this item is located anymore!! Annoying website!

Nice fit, deep v
This shirt fits very nicely with a tailored fit, and is made of much better/thicker material than ON dress shirts have been the past few years. For a business setting, I personally found the shirt a little too revealing of cleavage (top button needs to be a little higher), so I'll have to wear a cami underneath. The sleeves are long, but this is common for me.

Why is it called stretch?
I work in an upscale restaurant in Atlanta, was so excited to see a black dress shirt with the name STRETCH right in the description! We lift our arms, chairs tables, ice, etc hundreds of times throughout the evening, there is no stretch, I didn't even wear it to work when I tried it on and barely raised my arms, it came all un tucked. It looked great on! But unless you sit behind a desk or never have to lift your arms at work, this shirt is for you. I returned it and had to eat the shipping and handling, so after excitement of a stretchy dress shirt, and the delivery was quick, the disappointment of having to pay $8 dollars for something I returned was upsetting. Perhaps stretch should not be in the title of the shirt, because there is zero stretch. So basically the name was terribly misleading and it cost me $8 bucks to try on a shirt, not to mention the time, trouble and gas to go and return it. Will not order online again, ug.
