Finally
I've been looking for a pair of REAL flares for so long and I've finally found them! I love these ... First and foremost, these are definitely flares and not trousers with a slight flared leg. Meaning they're fitted all through the hips and thighs but the pant legs don't start to flare until about the knee. Warning though, there's not much stretch or give in these ... but, as far as I'm concerned, they're true to size so it worked out. I'm VERY hippy and have a big butt/small waist combo, so I can vouch for the midrise. No butt peek in the back and doesn't come up to my navel in the front. Bottom line: if you want some actual flares, these are the ones to get!

Great ...
I wear these ... work pretty much every day and I love them. These aren't the "curvy" skin tight ... they're loose in the rear & legs which I really like. They're cotton and breathable, so they are comfortable in winter and summer. I'd say these are the best women's version of men's cotton slacks. The only downside is the back pocket flaps, but I just pay them no mind. I'm sure they could be ironed, but most of my cardigans cover them anyway. I wish these were available in more colors - I already own every color available.

These ... so so so classy! I see now why some reviewers were saying they feel "sexy" wearing them out... well in the photo it doesn't do these ... any justice until you put them on! It really lengthens your legs and really gives your toosh a really complimenting look. These are perfect for going out. I have been looking for forever for something like these ... especially being petite it is hard to find this style of pant made for petite ... Great job!!

Great Work Pant
Love these ... have all of the colors and all in the same size and they all fit alike (I know amazing). I had to order another pair of the kahki because the bottoms folded and just wouldn't hang right any more, but they are about two years old. I will keep buying these ... over and over. I wish they had a black. I wash and dry everything and they have faded, but that is to be expected. Very highly recommend these ...

Perfect again!
I am 5'1" and @120lbs and I bought a size 6 which fit perfectly. These super cute Khaki ... were exactly the right length! (very rare experience for me)... Every time I buy flare or even wide legged ... they are usually too long and I have to hem them up which diminishes the flare but these were perfect! Thank you Old Navy for these ... would recommend these to anyone looking for a comfortable everyday kind of pant!

My favorite.
These ... my absolute favorite to wear to work (business casual environment). For some reason, I can never find good/comfortable/nice looking work ... anywhere but here...surprisingly, because I can never find good fitting jeans at ON. These ... comfortable, fit very well, and they come in long! My only gripe is that the tall ones are SUPER tall and the regulars just don't cut it with my legs. I need to flip up the bottom back of the pant legs so I don't rip then under my shoe, but I much prefer long ... than too short. Also, these khakis sit at a great spot on my waist...not too low not too high. Overall, these are great ... great price.

So much better than Perfect Khakis!
I bought the Women's Ultra Flared Perfect Khakis in khaki, size 12 Petite and I love them better than the regular Perfect Khakis. I am 5'1" and 150 lbs, with pretty large thighs and calves. I used to buy the Perfect Khakis, which were Boot Cut and a low rise (now called The Flirt). Old Navy fabric for the last 10 years has always shrunk on me, so what fit just fine before, became tight and uncomfortable. Not to mention, not long lasting. When I found out they made a flared version, I decided to try them out and these work well for me. The current material is a bit better than the boot cut P.Ks and I like the double button closure. They are bit too low for the rise; I think they are actually ultra low (The Diva) and not a 'real' low rise (The Flirt). Overall, they are versatile, great for work and casual days. I can only hope they will last and not shrink much. I have another pair on the way in the Dark Steel color. The only downside of these ... can find (to date) are the back pocket flaps. They DO NOT sit flat!! No matter how much ironing or even sticking a heavy stack of books on them, they 'kink' out, making whatever top you're wearing appear to have a hump on top of your butt. I have resolved to just shove them inside the pocket.

I bouoght these last week and i was very satisfied but I am a very tall girl around5''7''. these pant fit great at first bur now they have srunken to be just a tad to short for my liking. I have three pairs of these ... two in khaki, and one in navy blue. the khakis shrunk and my navy blue one fit GREAT an I've had them for almost seven months but like i said I am very tall but these ... great otherwise.

Great Pant
I originally purchased these ... wear to work and I was pretty happy with my purchase. I have a very hard time finding ... fit well due to my body shape and due to the fact that I have a 28" inseam. The short size comes in a 30" inseam - which is easily altered and still looks great. The only issue I have with these ... butt and waist area. This is the other area that I have a hard time finding that fits well -my waist is a little larger than my waist and butt, so the hip area is quite baggy, but the waist fits well. (I usually have this problem, so if you have hips and a booty - these will probably work very well for you) They have a great shape down the leg and are very comfortable! Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Unbelievably long
The length on these ... broke my all time record for the length being too long to be called "regular". A 37" inseam is probably too long on even most tall girls. I'm 5'6" and pretty much always a regular insteam is fine. Maybe even a little short at times. I could not believe how long these were, that's why I'm rambling. However, the fit for the rest of the pant is great and they are a nice quality. Nice material. So, I took them and had my tailor shorten them three inches. I haven't washed them yet, so I don't know if they shrink (like a lot of ON ... I'm a size 10 and found these to be perfectly true to size.

Nice ... Fit well. Only issue is the flap on the pockets. ... would be better off without them and they have to be ironed to be flattened out after washing the ... wear them for work (at a restaurant) and even though they fit well, I will probably choose a different pant, without the pocket flaps next time.

I ordered four pairs of pants for work, two of which were Women's Essential Wide Leg Trousers. I ordered a 2 in each pair. I liked every pair, but I loved the wide leg trousers. They fit perfect and were true to size. They were just what I wanted.

Classic look, pajama pant feel.
I'm an 18 tall across the board when it comes to Old Navy pants and these are no exception. Great fit, very true to size and ultra comfortable without loosing any of that professional appeal needed for work. These pants (I have the gray) are very work appropriate, yet are so comfortable they feel like pajama bottoms you could do your yoga moves in as well. Did I mention they're comfortable?!? ha. Love the color, the fit, the length, the feel, everything. Only tiny thing I'm not super crazy about is the flap pockets on the rear. Being a bottom blessed female, I avoid flap pockets at most all costs simply because they draw attention to that area when it isn't needed... but these ... still pull of the flap pocket well, so I'm not worried about it. Overall, fantastic ... recommend very highly to everyone and I am considering purchasing this pant in the black as well!

Perfect!
I am 6 feet tall, 158 lbs, I usually need 36" inseam, and I always have a hard time finding pants that would fit me just right, and I am always scared to order pants online. I risked it this time and ordered these pants and they are perfect! My thighs are kinda bigger... and many pairs of pants are usually very tight on my thighs. And I do have a waist, and many pairs of pants stick out so much in the back above my bottom. But these pants are really perfect. Nothing of the above happens with these pants. I ordered size 10 tall and went ahead and bought the other two colors, too! :)

Perfect petite fit! Kept these in size 0, but kept the Women's The Flirt Perfect Khakis in size 2, which I also love!

I purchased the oatmeal ones in the store and bought grey and black online. When I first put the ... did not like them. The grey and black were too tight, and unflattering. I said if I wear them once and I still dont like them, I will return them. Within the first wear they are now my favorite staple work ... They are thin and very breathable. I wear them twice, maybe three time before washing again, and they stay nice. I like to be able to move and they do just that. The only downfall is that with two wears my black ... feel super thin between the thighs… I'm wondering if they will really last. However, the oatmeal colored ... my true, absolute, forever favorite pant! I love them, after all I own all three colors.

Ultimate Comfort, Fit, and Look
These pants fit perfect. I typically wear old navy size 8 in casual pants and size 6 in jeans. I ordered 8, and they fit perfectly. They look really nice, not like a pair of cheap pants. They are as comfortable as sweatpants. They are also easy to machine wash and dry and come out wrinkle free. Great comfortable pants to wear to work in an office. My only complaint is that the front pockets pouch out a bit and come inside out upon occasion. I'm not sure if it is the pants or my build, since I have a slim waist with a not so slim back side. Love them!

nice pants
i was really excited when i saw these pants online. typically old navy pants run a little large and i usually wear a 2 petite. well, with the material i had to go up a size. being 5'0", a small heel helped the length of the pants look flattering. when i had to exchange them, the old navy representative was extremely nice and helpful. i ordered two pairs because it's hard to find a nice pair of pants, but i may bring one back. overall, i would recommend.

Great!
These pants are exactly what I was looking for for work. It seems that I go through work pants like crazy because they always shrink in length and look like flood pants after just a few months. Or, my black pants fade like crazy after a few washes. Due to the polyester/spandex in these pants, I think they are going to hold up great with both shrinking and fading. They do have quite a wide leg, but personally I like a wider leg and I don't think that they 'flare' at all. They also have a higher rise than I expected, but again I prefer that for my work pants. I ordered the black and the 'heather oatmeal' (I think it's called?) The oatmeal color is a little different than I expected - almost sort of a dirty khaki color - but I like it. Someone here said that it is gray. It is not gray, but it is not your basic khaki color, either.

Great pants
First off, I am 4'7 & 100 pounds. I was so excited to get these pants. Never really able to find any pants that fit me perfectly, I searched online for hours one day looking for pants to fit really short people! I work at an office, so I need nicer looking outfits. I love the way these pants fit around my waist, hips and behind. I do very well with Old Navy's Sweetheart pants because they fit just a little over the waist. The two things I did not like was that I have to shorten all of my pants, and I was surprised at how much I needed to cut off to properly fit me. I am very petiete, and as excited as I was to receive these pants, I was dissapointed in how much longer they were. I also thought the material was really thin. I would have liked them to be a little thicker and sturdier. They tend to show the outline of your underpants.

I was disappointed with the legs of these ... They were very long which is usually not my problem being 5'10". The problem I had was with the width of the legs. You could fit 3 of my legs in one pant leg. My small frame looked like it was being taken over by the ... Quality of the ... looked great but I took them back.

Way too small and short
I wear the same size in Old Navy pants, shorts, skirts, etc. so of course when I purchased these pants I thought that they would fit as all the others do. I was wrong! These pants were way too short and barely skimmed my ankles, I am 5'5". Also the fabric is very thin and tight; the pockets show through the pants so you walk around with two squares on your bottom all day. One review said that these pants are like leggings and I have to agree that they have the same attributes. The funny thing is I ordered these pants in two colors and only the black were too small and short, the stone/khaki (can't remember the name) color fits great and isn't too small.

Great Pant

Even the light colored khaki looks great!
Now, I was skeptical about buying a light colored pant, as I have found that darker ... help to hide flaws, however I couldn't have been more impressed with the fit and style of these wide leg ... They flatter my slightly curvy behind, and make my legs look lean and long. They look great dressed up for work, and dressed down for running around town. They are a light weight material so they have the potential for flaw showing, but they really do not seem as light weight when worn. Highly recommended!

Love these ...
Great work ... love the fit, it fatters my curves. I bought the dark steel and black color. The dark steel pant were a little longer but nothing a little hem couldn't fix. The weight of the material is perfect. The do tend to stretch a little as you wear them throughout the day, but nothing dramatic. Fits perfect on my waist, not too low. I will be looking at buying more of these ...

These should be called Perfect Khakis!!!
I tried on literally about 10 or 12 pair of ... day I bought these ... They were the only ones that fit just right. The perfect khakis were way less than perfect, in fact they accentuated every flaw I have! There ... awesome. They are super comfortable for being a casual dress pant. I wish ON would get more in the 18's or 20's so I could buy at least 2 more of each color! I was only able to find ONE pair in my size at the 3 stores in my area and online. [...] I usually have trouble with ON sizing but I was surprised these fit like ON ... used to. The waist isn't too tight or too loose on me. I am really short so no matter what size I get the length is too long, even petites. But that is just for me. The length did shrink a tad, which was fine for me, but someone else may find that annoying. The only other complaint I have is I had to re sew the button on after wearing twice. ON quality is lacking sometimes but I can over look that with how great these ... fit me.

really like them
A lot of people feel like the fabric on these ... cheap and it borders on that. With that said, I felt like the fit really well. I have a less than full back side and these ... do a pretty good job at making what I have look fuller. The fabric is thin, but not terrible. It does wrinkle a bit and stretches throughout the day so you will probably only wear them once or twice between washings. If you are looking for a wide leg pant that is fitted in the hip and seat these fit the bill.

Great work pant
Living in Houston where the summers are hot as can be; these are great work ... They are thinner than most slacks but still look professional and fit great.

I am 5'7" thin but athletic. Old Navy size 4 wide leg pant styles either fit me wonderfully (look great with enough room to breathe and move) or, they are too tight. These were too tight. Would need to go up a size and have the waist taken in. Otherwise, great ...

Decent ... but too baggy for me.
I'm an 18 tall across the board when it comes to Old Navy ... These were very baggy in the thighs and rear and the tall size completely covered my feet. I reordered this same pant in an 18 regular hoping it would work better in the length, but it was too short and the overall baggyness already wasn't winning me over. They are made from a thinner material which is nice, but with the extra fabric in the areas it was too big, it wasn't a good look. Fun to laugh at while trying on, but not good for the workplace. Good try though.

As expected
I have two pairs of these ... They are your basic ON thin dress pant. Warning: If you dry these ... take them out of the dryer as soon as they are dry or else you will NOT be able to get the wrinkles out. This happens with all of ON's ... type.

Long!
These are nice ... - nice fabric and weight - but they run very long. I'm 5'9" - all leg - and even with my highest heels the ... too long. While I like the overall pant, they'll be going back. The cost of alterations isn't worth it.
