Great length I love the vintage v neck tees. I am 5'2" and wear a size 18. I have a pear shape. The XL fits perfectly. My favorite feature is the length, which hits about mid hip. I have these tees in white, grey, & black and I wear them at least twice a week. Under a blazer with a chunky necklace for work and then on the weekends with jeans or shorts. They are on the thin side, fabric wise, which works perfectly for this south Texas heat.
Love me some ON tees!!! I absolutely love ON tees, especially when they are on sell. I think I have one in each color and none have disappointed. However, if you're like me(5'6", size 18, a little thick but carries weight well, and a long torso) definitely get your tees in TALL whatever your size. The hem hits your waist perfectly. They go on sell again, I'm getting more colors.
love these tees i've bought 6 so far. i really love the look of these tees. as someone who still hasn't lost all the baby weight in the middle section, these tees are perfect. a little drapery with a great v. great colors.
Love Them! I bought two of these vintage tees, and I am definitely going back for more! The Light purple is really nice, as well as the green and the pink. They're comfortable to lounge around the house or to go out with friends. I love these tees!
Absolutely the most flattering T shirt I''ve ever owned!!! I am absolutely in love with every solid colored version of this v neck vintage Tee! I'm 5'7", with a 34 D bust, about 140lbs and I fit perfectly into the Medium size. I like long tees and I have always had trouble finding a flattering one that fits snug yet not to tight around my tummy area. These tees have a terrific feminine shape yet still hiding my problem area (mid section). I have gone back and purchased 2 of each color since they are soooo reasonably priced and I'm afraid I'll never find such a perfect fit in my life. Love the colors, except the white and striped versions because they are too see thru. I've dried them on accident and they only shrunk a tad, but I learned from now on air drying these is definitely the way to go. Stock up ladies!!! Total vintage 70's t shirt look and feel for dirt cheap!
My Perfect T I love this line of tees. I have several colors, but I prefer the darker ones because they are somewhat thin and the darker colors don't require another layer underneath. These tees are super comforable and versatile. I wear them with jeans, shorts, and even to work out. I'm curvy, but this tee fits just right in all of the right places!
My favorite tees First off, I'm 5'7", 155 lbs, 36 B C, size 10 pant. I like my tees to be slightly loose, so I ordered a bunch in large. They're super soft and I love the longer sleeves (a few inches above my elbow). The overall length is slightly lower than my hips. I don't think they're see through, I just wear an appropriate bra color. I could see it happening if you like a tighter tee, though. My only complaint is that size isn't consistent. Some colors fit perfectly and some are a bit too baggy. Nothing a trip through the dryer won't fix. Overall, still my favorite tees.
So Soft! These tees are perfect! Thet fit nice and are super soft! I love the deep vee also! I replaced all my [@] tees with these, they are great!
Very long tee! These tees are great. They're very long. I bought the white one, and it's a tiny bit sheer but much better than most other white tees I've tried on recently.
BRIGHT NEON GREEN!! I love these tees and have several. I thought this one was going to be a pretty kelly green as pictured, but it is much lighter and almost neon yellow green. Ick! I'll keep it for around the house or after a shower, but not a good color and NOT as shown in pic. Pass on this color, but chose another; the tees are great.
Pretty colors but way too big I'm a pretty standard size L (average chest, little bit of a tummy) but in Old Navy tees I usually get an XL so that they aren't snug & clingy (I hate that!). I ordered some v neck perfect tees and some of these. The perfect tees in XL were well...perfect. These shirts however are HUGE. They just hang there like sacks. I've tried wearing them with long sleeved tees underneath & they just look weird. I'm going to try to layer some tanks in the summer but I'm not very optimistic. They were really cheap & I already washed them hoping they'd shrink so I'm just going to wear them to bed.
Great tanks..got them 2 weeks ago for about $3 a piece so ordered a ton. The petite sizing is nice so they aren't too long. ordered mp and I'm about a size 4/6 small in most womens top. Great to wear around the house or on the hot summer days, perfect for wearing under things too. Super soft fabric..would live in these if I could.
Love these tanks! They are yummy soft and come in awesome colors. When they are on sale for [$] each, I can't resist stocking up.
I love these! I probably own at least a dozen of these camis in various colors and sizes/lengths. I buy them whenever they go on sale to wear under shirts that are too thin on their own, or to pair with cardigans. Some of the lighter colors are too see thru to wear on their own, but I buy them specifically for layering with other shirts, or lounging around my apartment. I believe I have at least 5 white ones lol, some regular lengths, some Talls depending on what they are going under. I would say they shrink a bit in the wash over time, but nothing major to worry about. As these shirts are relatively inexpensive, they are my go to layering camis.
PERFECT I stock up on these tanks on they are on sale! I use them all the time for layering under lightweight shirts. The neck line is not too low, so appropriate for work, especially when you have a larger chest. I would highly recommend these tanks!!!!
First ''tall'' cami from ON I didn't even know ON made womens tall clothes, let alone camis until I got the sale email and checked it out. I'm in heaven!!!! This cami fits like a dream and feels so soft and cozy. I wear it under sweaters for a casual look, and dress it up with jackets and a scarf for a more polished yet casual look. It goes with everything, seriously. I love the cotton feel, and I washed it in cold and let it hang to dry so it wouldn't shrink up, and it turned out just fab!! No shrinkage yay!lol I bought one in every color and love them all. I haven't dried them in a dryer and I don't recommend that if you want to keep them long and trendy. Plus being longer, they really accentuate my curves and make me feel sexy. Definitely a wardrobe basic that every tall girl should have. And the price can't be beat!
Love it i would order ever colored if they go back on sale.
One of my favorite tanks! I love this tank...I have a ton of them. They are great for layering under sheer tshirts, under sweaters or over wider strap tanks. They are a summer necessity for me. I also wear them alot in the winter here in GA where it's not quite cold enough for sweaters but great for an extra layer under shirts. I love these and snatch up bunches when they are on sale.
Average cheap cami i have this shirt in a million different colors at this point. They stretch out quickly, rip easily, and the color fades. But I buy them on sale so for the super cheap price i just stock up and accept that they won't last long. That said, they do fit pretty well before they stretch.
Good layering cami Purchased a lot of these during the Stock Up Sale a few weeks ago. I love using Old Navy Camis to hide the bra buldge under my work clothing. I bought a small and it fits perfectly, however, I am not a large busted individual. If you are larger in the bust, be warned there could be boobie shirts! For layering they are the perfect length and don't bunch up like a lot of other brands do. I would suggest these for layering only- not to wear solo. I look forward to a lot of use out of these.
I needed a new white cami to layer under my white tops and found this one on sale. I would order a size down as it does stretch quite a bit. I'm used to ordering my camis a size smaller to work for layering and this one was no different. The quality is great for how much I paid for it. I wish it had adjustable straps but it was still the right length even without that feature. If you're worried about the straps you can always fold them back a little and do a single stitch to hold them in place.
I love it! I absolutely love this shirt! I had it already in black and white and is a great undershirt. I'm so glad to have found it on sale in the gray color! It fits great but I will say if you are needing it longer for length go up 1 size. I am 5'9" and about 140 pds. It fit me perfect all except the length could have been about 2 inches longer!
Love these tees I have ordered these tees in the past and re ordered more of my favorite colors. The tees wash very well, are super comfortable and are among my favorite tees. Perfect for spring , fall or anytime you want a 3/4 length tee. I do wish they had a light heather grey. Thanks Old Navy for still carrying these tees.
I LOVE THESE TEES! I am ADDICTED :) No goofy ads, pictures, insects, sayings, etc. Just clean, smooth lines. FITTED. Who doesn't need that? NOT A BOX shape. Perfect length of sleeve for those THAT DO NOT HAVE TONED ARMS for sleeveless. The sleeves hide those fat sausage like arms and I love it. It is a light gauge COTTON, without synthetic fibers! So I handwash them and line dry like all my nicer clothing items. I like the taller sizes to wear under the regular for layering looks, during cooler temps. Like I said, no goofy designs or sayings. Perfect arm length. Love the fitted. Love the colors - I have them all. Thank you for these tees. The price is wonderful too! ♥♥♥♥♥
Great basic top! I love boat neck ... purchased this tee in black and charcoal gray. I'm very pleased that Old Navy makes these in tall sizes! Thank you!
Love these tees ! I purchased some 3/4 length sleeve tees a couple of years ago from old navy and loved them I I needed to order some more in different colors and purchased several of this style. I can honestly say , these are even better. The color choices are great and the material doesn't seem as thin as the previous tees. Just wish there was a lighter heather gray.
Love these tees This is my second review on these tees and I love them even more. The tees fit me perfectly, are so very comfortable for a 3/4 length sleeve and the material is a better quality than the ones I had bought a couple of years ago. My only wish would be for a light pink color Thanks Old Navy, hope you keep these in stock
A change from the normal neckline I love these boat neck tees from ON. They come in a ton of flattering colors. I love it when ON has such a big selection of colors to choose from. They can be worn with jeans, khakis or even a skirt. It is a nice change from the usual v, scoop, or crew neck tees.
Old Navy's Boat neck tees are a staple in my wardrobe. I can dress them up and wear with dress pants and a jacket to work or dress down with shorts and flip flops. They are very flattering and complement curvy figures. I keep ordering white and black ones because I tend to wear them out (I have other colors too and love them just as much). This is a winner - my only wish is that they would carry them in the store so I could stop in to restock when necessary instead of having to order online.
Love this tee. I love 3/4 length sleeves and I absolutely love these boat neck ... Super soft, not to clingy and the long length is perfect for long torsoed, big busted ...
Boatneck Longsleeve Tee Nice shirts but I would love a thicker material.I haven't been able to find boatneck ... so that was a plus. They look great with everything and really work well under sweaters.
Boat Neck Tee Purchased this tee when it was on sale for [$]. It is very, very thin, and the sleeves stretch out immediately. It is not bad for a casual little T, but I can't imagine it will last very long! Would have been a better deal at [$] with the split neck tees!
Okay tee I have several of the boat neck ... Old Navy and everytime I buy, they're slightly different in fabric, fit and neckline. These aren't exactly 3/4 sleeves - they stop in my elbow crease, which causes the ends of the sleeves to stretch out in a weird, non flattering way. Also, the neckline is more of a high scoop neck, with the boat neck detail on the shoulders. The weight of the fabric is nice, but it does stretch out the longer you wear it. It is an okay tee and will probably make a nice layering piece once it gets cooler.
The Perfect T Shirt These are my favorite tees, I rarely wear anything else, I own probably a dozen colors. I am a size 14/16, bust size 40B, and I buy an XL. They are extremely flattering, comfortable, and versatile. This is my "Go To" top. It goes with everything. The ruching makes it dressy enough to wear to work under suits or with skirts, yet it is a casual T shirt for jeans and the like, too - so it really is an all occassion piece. Not too thin, but not too thick - nice stretch. Highly recommend these! Old Navy, please keep making them!
Comfy, light and a good stock up tee I have been wearing these tees for a few years now and they never disappoint! I am a fan of the black tee and I wear them frequently. These tees are light weight and great for layering. Beware of certain colors (certain colors might be too sheer to wear alone). The ruching is really cute and this particular tee can be worn a size smaller for a tighter fit, although i prefer to wear styles as they are intended. I wear size L and it is loose enough to be breezy but snug enough to not distort my body shape. If I wanted a snugger fit, I would order a M---- although buying my correct, true size is usually the best choice for me (which is mostly size L). I have these tees in both M and L for choice reasons. When buying at Old Navy, always pay attention to the "fit" information and know that 100% cotton usually shrinks a bit over time. I wash mine per instructions but if my tees come a bit roomy, I just dry them on "medium" instead of "low" so that they will shrink a little. I love this tee, it's an essential for me.
LOVE THEM! I LOVE thses tees, I oreder more in different colors. The material is thin, but I layer.
One of my faves I buy 3-5 of these tees every 6-7 months. It's true they aren't meant to last forever but they are my favorite ON tee. I'm fuller busted and I love they way it accentuates the bust and slims it down a little. It makes my broad shoulders look a little less so. When my tees start to get old and worn I use them for gardening or going hiking in, etc. The newer ones I use for wearing to work with skirts or under cardigans in the winter. They are great for the summer because they are thinner and so lightweight. I love them and could not live without them!! I have one in nearly every color!
Great tee This is one of those odd tees that can fit you half wrong and still look great. Just about anyone is going to look good in that neckline, small or large bust, although it is pretty steep and might require layering. I purchased these in XXL last winter and now a new set in XL, and the difference in size between them is pretty big. I swim in the XXLs (especially the waist, and I do NOT have a small waist), but the XLs are a smidge tight, so be aware. Also, I have a short torso and these seem like on a taller lady they might be a tad short. Some of the colors are not true to website, either: the cream color is actually a light beige and fairly see through, whereas the dark blue is just a dull navy color. The teal, on the other hand, is gorgeous. They DO pill quickly if you wash them rough, so stick to cold wash/low heat and they last much longer. Overall, this is easily my favorite tee on ON, especially because it dresses up nicely. Please keep making this.
Great basic tee, but snag these on sale... Cute and flattering cut, even in an XXL. These are cut a bit narrower than some other Old Navy tees, so order these in your true size (I'm a size 18, and the XL was snug in the middle, but the XXL fits perfectly). Also, Old Navy didn't seem to think that just because it's an XL / XXL, the shirt needs to be 5 inches longer than all the other smaller sizes, so hooray for that! These tops are a great basic wardrobe item, and as others have stated, they go well with a variety of bottoms. They are lightweight and great for summer. Because the fabric is thin, though, you may want to wear a cami underneath the lighter colors. I didn't buy the white after holding it up in the store and realizing I could clearly see my hands through it (and that was through both layers of the shirt). I've worn and washed my shirt a few times, and it's holding up fine, but I've purchased similar shirts from Old Navy that develop holes in them from basic wear and washing, so I've learned to only purchase these items on sale or with a Gap card coupon.
Overall, a good basic tee! These tees are very comfy and fit great! A little low in the neckline and sometimes require a cami or bandeau for coverage but still a good layering piece. If you like your tees longer, ordering online allows you to get a "tall" which adds the extra length to not have to worry as much about your jeans being too low on the hips when you sit or squat down!
Good shirt...but I'm 5'8", 230-240 lbs, Size 16, 38DD, Tops: Tall L/XL, Bottoms: XL Tall/ Long. I bought these shirts maybe 3-4 years ago? Didn't review each time I bought them so reviewing now. :) I have these shirts still today in S Tall in Yellow, Navy, Black, White, Pink, Light Purple, Gestalt Green, Carbon, Lime Green, and (had it in Red too but the neck tore after a couple years in the wash and I threw it out). The rest have been washed a million times over the years and are hanging in my closet now. They are good everyday tees....that's pretty much it. I've only one problem with this tee...the sizes differ with the colors of the shirts when I purchased them years ago. I don't know if Old Navy had fixed this problem but the tees were so cheap (the only way I buy multiple colors of an okay shirt is if it was on some sort of super sale) so I can't complain. "Old Navy don't owe me nothing lol." These tees are so old and I will still wear them in coming years when that size applies to me again in the future. Buying these tees were a win. I will definitely purchase what looks like NEW colors along with staple colors they have now but in my current shirt size which is XL Tall now. :)
Great fit, but thin Ordered the same tee in xs and xs Petite white. Both were true to size. I'm 5'2" and 130 lbs, and the xs Petite was a little snugger and slightly shorter (mid hip) than the xs. Liked the ruching, too. More feminine than simple tee. Only negative was that they were too thin. Wanted a tee that I could wear alone to the office, but you can see my bra through these. The looser size is better, but still too thin. Maybe another color? I like tissue tees, but those kind of tees seem to work better because they're not as clingy.
Too thin Material is too thin. Come on Old Navy let's start making tees that are substantial! I got the XL in Tall because tees tend to run short for me so I wanted something a little longer but the material is too thin - you can see through it just a bit.
Not what I expected I ordered an XL/Tall in this tee - XL is my usual size and my tees are usually a little short since I am tall, so I decided to try a tall size. I purchased 2 of them and recieved them today and they are huge! It appears as though the tall sizes have several inches added to them, because the shirt comes down to almost mid thigh and I'm 5"9. Usually my ON tees hit around my waist, so that's a big difference. I also purchased another basic tee, which fits fine around the waist (hopefully it will shrink a little in length) but the 2 tees I bought in this style are extremely baggy around the waist. I expected something more form fitting based on the reviews, I'm not sure if it's because they are tall sizes or just that these shirts run big and I should have gotten a L instead. The material is thin, which I expected because of the material, but I ordered dark colors so that wouldn't be a big deal. The one positive thing I can say is that these tees are flattering on top, they aren't cut so low that I would need something under them and the bunched style accentuates my chest. Because of the fit, I will returning these shirts or trying on a smaller size to see if that fits better.
Can''t Get Enough Polos!!!!! I love polo ... had some in my closet I needed to get rid of due to repeated washing and shrinkage, but I wanted to get a few to replace them before chucking them. Alas...Old Navy comes through again. I loaded up on these polos during their recent sale -- beautiful colors!!!! They fit perfectly.
WOOHOO! I am very impressed with this polo! It's EXACTLY what I was looking for. Very flattering and comfortable!! I bought one on sale and have been back to buy more. I have them in yellow, blue, purple, and pink. Keep them coming Old Navy!
I could wear these every day! 25 lbs ago I wore these in an XL because they were as flattering as something can be when it's XL and you don't feel attractive. The stretchy fabric and slimming cut accentuate your waist, even if the rest of you is pudgy and you want to hide your belly like I did. Now, a smaller me really wanted to replace my now too-big ones, because they are flattering to anyone, and worth wearing even when you can wear other styles again after weight loss. This is as versatile and comfy as your favorite T shirt, and honestly far better quality than most ON T shirts! Stock up when they're on sale!
Great, Great, GREAT! Once again, a fabulous color/shirt/value, especially when it's on sale!
Different fabric from the ones in store I wanted to write this because I noticed that the fabric is different in these polos compared to the ones they sell in store, when they have their polo sale. The fabric was softer so it was a good surprise. The fit is the same.
I love these polo shirts !! I buy them all the time for work . They are made very well and wash very well ,with very little to none in the shrinkage department . Whenever there is a 25% off sale I grab a couple of these ,can't say enough about them
Perfect Finally, a perfect womens polo! Long enough to tuck in without coming untucked!! Very flattering shape, perfect length. Love it, ordered a few to wear to work, its hard finding a flattering shaped polo shirt thats actually long enough to tuck in. 5 stars.
Decent shirt These shrank up quite a bit on the first wash. I would recommend going up a size unless you you want a fitted shirt. I like mine a little looser being a size 14 and large busted. I purchased the XL. I do like the long style because it goes past the waistline to cover a bit more. This is a re order for me. I first purchased these 2 years ago and the fit pretty much stayed the same however the navy blue and black are very faded which is why I am now buying new ones. I wear these to work everyday. Over all, good shirt for the price. ( I waited for them to go on sale)
Good shirt The shirt fit nicely. It was nicely fitted - not too tight - but had shape so I still felt like a lady. I wear these to perform massage therapy. The stretch in them is very nice. Haven't washed the black shirts yet, so I'm not certain how the color holds up after washing. I got them on sale, so the value was good.
Looks cheap after a wash Bought 4 in different colors for work, I have noticed that the quality isnt as great as it used to be. Washed the shirts once and they actually look like I am wearing something that needs to be replaced. Funny I bought the new shirts to replacve the ones I currently have because the others were looking ratty and I buy new and the new looks worse then my old ones. I guess even buying on sale from a decent company isnt worth it.
Great buy These shirred v neck tees are perfect for dressing up or down. They are a lightweight supersoft layer that is a great wardrobe basic. I have them in many colors. It looks good with jeans or a blazer and highlights a necklace well too. It is wonderful for Old Navy to make size Small Tall too. It's always a struggle to find long sleeve shirts that actually go to my wrists and aren't huge everywhere else. This fits just perfectly.
THE BEST This is the best long sleeve v neck tee that I have bought. It is so flattering with the princess seams and the long sleeves are a little longer which looks great. It has thumb holes on the sleeves. Great to work out in, but I wear to the office and weekends and you don't need to use the thumb holes if you don't want. Love, Love, Love! It is thicker than most Old Navy tees. I buy a lot of Old Navy things, this is one of the best!
Most comfortable t shirt ever! I had previously ordered this top in short sleeves and decided to go ahead and get one with long sleeves for late winter. I love LOVE the lightweight fabric...I have never liked wearing tees that feel bulky, and this one is perfect for me. I have washed it several times now and hang it to dry, and it looks great and has not been damaged in the wash whatsoever. The green is gorgeous, and I've received a lot of compliments (mostly from men!) I am 5'8" and decided to order the tall, and the length is perfect. I will definitely buy more of these when they go on sale.
My favorite layering tees I love these tees. They are very thin, but I think that's great for layering. I love the shirred front. They are very soft and comfortable. I typically wear a tank underneath as they are pretty thin, and a cardigan sweater over top to keep warm. I'm looking forward to wearing these in the spring when the weather starts warming up a bit.
LOOOVE I ordered/rec'd 2 colors of these tees 2 wks ago and loved so much I went back to order more colors....but alas.....any of the colors I wanted/needed in my size were gooone!!! Super flattering fit and a nice thinner weight(it is still in the 80"s and 90"s her in FL!!) Looks cute with another tee/cami layered underneath too! If your interested get 'em now!!
A good nursing staple After living in the shorter sleeved version this summer I bought three long sleeve tees for fall. The vee is a little deep but with a nursing cami underneath I can nurse through the neckline or lift the hem to feed my baby. The shirt appears to be form fitting but skims nicely over my postpartum belly. I need more! I wish this was available in red.
Dressed up Tee I love the light weight v neck tees, so I tried these for a change. They are also very nice. About the same fabric, just slightly smaller scale. Sleeves and length are overall a bit shorter, which was not a problem for me since I am petite, but for taller people it is something that should be considered. The shirring around the bust is a pretty accent.
Flattering Tee I already had a couple of these in short sleeve and found them flattering and comfortable. The long sleeve version is just as nice. The material is very soft and smooth and doesn't show wear with washing as quickly as 100% cotton tees. The neckline is on the lower side, but that's part of what makes the cut flattering. It drapes in at the waist but it's not fitted, so it should also work well for larger ...
Comfy & Cute I usually buy these tees, usually expecting to layer them with a longer cami. They are really lightweight, but easy to wear and very comfortable. Looks nice with jeans, khakis, and simple skirts; flattering most shapes. i can see that they will probably wear down quickly.
Too low for comfort! I have always been a fan of ON long sleeved v neck tees. I'm noticing that in the last couple of years the v neck is gettiing lower cut and now I have to wear a cami undermeath to be decent. At first it seemed ok,then I was holding my son and his hand tugged the shirt down resulting in a view of my bra! Thankfully we were at home alone. I'll never make that mistake. Also, the material is very thin and I have had one get holes after being in the washer. Now I launder those shirts in a lingerie bag to protect them.
Women''s Shirred V Neck Tees These tees are very versatile and will go from work to an evening out effortlessly. They're also great for staying in and looking great. I bought the black and the dark blue (Goodnight Nora) and will be wearing them frequently, I know, for all kinds of occasions. They have a flattering neckline and are very soft and comfortable, with nice drape. Be sure to stock up on these wardrobe essentials!
