Perfect work pants. Great quality and fit. I have them in all colors and wish they had more colors! I am 5"1 and the petite fit is perfect with heels. Out of all my work pants these are my favorite!

Great Pants
I have a hard time finding pants since my middle is thick and I am only 5ft 3 inches tall. That being said I did size up in petite and these were perfect. The cut is good and while the length is still a little long it will work with a heel. I plan to wear these to work where my environment is dressy business casual. Overall a good value and I always shop Old Navy when there is a coupon. Ordered the tan and grey and didn't bother with the black because I have so many pairs of black pants.

Awesome Pants
These are the best work pants in the world. They are true to fit and you just wash them and keep getting up. I love them. I wish I had a pair in every color, it would make getting ready for work so much easier. Thanks OLD NAVY!

perfect work pants
I've been on the prowl for THE perfect black pants for work forever. Thank God I found these! The material is heavy enough to make it fall properly but it's still fluid with movement. I'm about 5'9" and the TALL has the legs dragging on the floor [barefoot] but that's fine--I can hem them. LOVE the way they fit my hips as I'm not 'pear shaped' but my curves are positively accentuated. Wish these pants came in more colors--good work, Old Navy!!

Great Basic Pant for Work!
I bought these to wear to work and they are perfect! They are nice and soft with just the slightest amount of stretch making them very comfortable. They have a slight flare to the bottom which help elongate the leg and the length is just right to wear them with a shorter heel. I do think it fits true to size but it is just slightly tight around the hip/rear area. It's not bad enough for me to have returned them. I bought the grey and it is a nice speckled heather grey which is great for coordinating with my other work clothes so it is very verstaile. I would like to get these in black as well. They rival another store's work pant that I frequently purchase but at half the price, I will be buying these again!

Great fit for work! But you will need a tailor!!!
I like the fabric and how comfortable the pants are. I immediately had to have the pants hemmed 6 inches! I expected that they may be 2 inches too long but would work with heels, but I was wrong. I do recommend these for work.

Great!
These pants are exactly what I was looking for for work. It seems that I go through work pants like crazy because they always shrink in length and look like flood pants after just a few months. Or, my black pants fade like crazy after a few washes. Due to the polyester/spandex in these pants, I think they are going to hold up great with both shrinking and fading. They do have quite a wide leg, but personally I like a wider leg and I don't think that they 'flare' at all. They also have a higher rise than I expected, but again I prefer that for my work pants. I ordered the black and the 'heather oatmeal' (I think it's called?) The oatmeal color is a little different than I expected - almost sort of a dirty khaki color - but I like it. Someone here said that it is gray. It is not gray, but it is not your basic khaki color, either.

Comfortable work pants
These are great for work, they are comfortable but still work appropriate. My only con is I wish they were quite as baggy but they are still really nice and I would recommend picking up for work.

not for petite girls
I bought these in petite, but the legs don't work for short girls. Maybe they would work if I were really skinny; then it might be obvious that they are wide leg and not just baggy in the lower leg area. They reminded me of elephant legs.

If it ain''t broke, don''t fix it
I was very disappointed when they discontinued the old Wide Leg Essential trousers and replaced it with a newer version. These don't fit exactly the same, not to mention that they did away with the Petite (and Long) sizes. I've always gone to Old Navy for my work trousers because they carry larger sizes and shorter lengths. Only carrying it on one length is a big disappointment. They also added flaps on the back pockets, which I see as an unnecessary change, but not a bother. It's too bad they decided to fix something that wasn't broken to begin with. However, that being said, they still have a classy look and they can be worn in casual, work, and formal situations. Please bring back the old version and with petite and long options!

Comfy yet very business casual
Great Khakis to wear to work for anyone, will look great with blouses, tops, and sweaters. I have tried it on after I purchased it online and fits really good. Very comforable, yet dressy enough for work.

Love these pants
I have these pants in black. I am 5'3" and about 150 (unfortunately). I got these pants in a size 12. I did not want them tight and my waist is not the smallest . These pants do stretch a little after wearing a little bit. You can dress these up with a butterfly dressy top or dress down with a casual solid v neck shirt with like a scarf. The regular length requires me to wear a little pump sandal or a heel boot in the fall. I did not get these in a petite because I didn't find that in the store, so I am ordering the other colors in petite and hoping they will work with a little flatter shoe or sandal. They are light enough weight for summer (I ... inside in the air conditioning), but good enough for fall/winter also. I hope this helps your decision in purchasing these pants. (I wish everyone would put their exact height and weight. I feel it helps tremendously)

Hope they don''t stretch
Just bought these and can't wait to wear them to ... My only concern is, like all my other ON clothes, I hope these don't stretch out a lot during the day. The waist is perfect as is right now, but the back of the leg is a bit baggy.

I don't believe there was a length option, so they just run too long. I am in between sz 12 & 14, so these are a little loose,as expected. Very comfortable. Works well for a casual Friday at ...

Good for the money
I ordered these ... because the price was right and I can order the tall sizes so they are long enough. The waist is extremely high on these ... Right now for me that is ok because it helps hide the baby belly I'm working off, but if you are a low rise kind of girl I don't recommend them. Be prepared to iron them because once the material is washed it will be necessary if you want that clean crisp look. The length and leg width is perfect and my butt looks good, so I'd say aside from the high rise and the material after washing they are definitely great for the price.

Needs to be ironed!!
Although these ... fit perfectly, the material is horrible (thin and cheap) and needs to be ironed. For this reason only, I do not recommend them, but I also do not like to iron any of my clothes. It wrinkles very easily and also attracts fuzzies so you may need to use a lint remover as well.

No!!!!!
I bought these for work. I'm 5'8 and I swim in the size 2's. Since they are mostly cotton they get larger as the day goes on. I have to cinch my belt down a couple notches to keep my pants up. I'm returning them even the pair I washed. I believe they have a good return policy on that. I bought some black pants for work from old navy a few years back and I love them! I wish they still carried them.

Hubby liked them.
I bought ... my husband who is considering getting out of the air force and needs some clothes he can wear to interviews. The places that he is interviewing at are not white collar places and dress slacks would be way out of place. ... causual yet "dressy" khakis with a nice polo top are the perfect interviewing clothes for what he is going for.

Perfect!
... best pair of khakis! (says my husband) I ordered ... him in a 30x32 and ... fit like a glove. The material is so soft yet durable and we've already washed and dried in the dryer twice and ... have held up. Although I would recommend hang drying as ON clothes seem to last longer when you do that. We've bought 2 more pairs of these...they are that good.

... only dress ... my husband wears to ... anymore. Old Navy Tall clothes are the only ones we order for him.

My sons favorite ...
Boys are hard on clothes! My 17 yr. old really likes ... smart and versatile, He is very active and ... easy to move in too!

Very Impressed

Good Quality...Nice Price
Can't go wrong with ... basic khakis. Good quality, nice price nothing special but doesn't look cheap. Great for teens & kids where ... stain & rip their clothes all the time. Bought several pairs for my 16yr. old.

I am so excited that I have found Big and Tall for my husband that is a great fit and very affordable. The quality of the clothes are great and this purchase allowed him to expand his wardrobe. I will definitely being shopping for more pieces.

TOO LONG
My husband is 6'4 and he had to cuff them. I bought him 2 pairs. He wore one so I returned the other pair. It's rediculous how ... measure their clothes. I even put a complaint in to ON about it and of course I got no where. Don't think I am buying ... here anymore. It's the only time in my life that my husband and I (I am 5'10) felt short. It's ashame because the ... comfy but the lenght is horrible.

Good ... price point
... pretty decent pair of ... mind you not top shelf or easy care, but works great for day to day at the job. Sometimes ... need to be ironed as ... don't hold their shape as well after laundry, but ... well otherwise.

This is a style of pant I was looking for ... My job has a casual ... environment with a professional edge. I am never aware of the potential prospects, clients, or team members I may be working with throughout the day. Also, my job requires physical excursion, dealing with the outside elements, and the possibility of unwanted stains. The only changes I would make would be the length and the front pocket size. It has been longer than I would like to admit since I have purchased a pair of pant from Old Navy, so I was not 100% on the length I was going to need; witch is an issue that I can correct on my next purchase. The depth of the front pocket is not as deep as I normally like it to be. I have worn this pant four or five times and through the wash cycles, ware and tear at ... holding up nicely. One great feature is ... bring out the natural shape of my butt that most styles of pant can not capture. Thank You Old Navy. One more satisfied customer.

Bad fit
I ordered the size I normally order in other ... have washed ... twice in hot water and ... still to large. I ordered three pair of ... Two did not have buttons on the back pockets. The quality control is not what I expected. I won't buy any more Old Navy clothes online.

Great Value
These ... perfect for my husband to wear to ... They are always priced right so if he ruins a pair while working I don't get upset. They always fit as expected and continually wash up well.

Very nice ...
I am 6'3" 200 pounds and I normally wear a 32 x 36. I bought a 32 x 36 in these, but as a few others mentioned, they do fit a bit loose in the waist. To me the 32 fits like a 33. The rise is lower than ... 5 years ago, but not super low like most clothes out these days. I am tall and slim, but my thighs are very muscular. I have a hard time finding ... not skin tight in that area. These are just perfect!!! Slightly loose!! There actually quite comfortable and I like the waist and thighs being loose. It makes them feel... 'Broken in". The kind of ... look nice enough to go on a date in, but comfortable enough to lay around the house all day!!

Why do the lengths vary so much!
I love Old Navy clothes for the price & fit. What drives me crazy is the variations in length. I bought 3 pairs of ... (all labeled the same size) and the length varies 1 1/2" from shortest to longest..... I was told that it depends on who sews them?

Relieved
Bought ... sweater from old navy for my boyfriend for christmas. I was very hesitant about buying clothes for him, as he is hard to fit, and especially on line, but I was tired of him dressing like a hobo, so I took a risk and it paid off. The ... very wide in the leg, which is good because he has legs like tree trunks. He loves them and thinks ... immensely comfortable. Will probably buy some more pairs of this kind.

Tall and thin teenager
Great ... Bought these for my teenager who is sensitive to the feel of his clothes. The fabric passed his comfortable test. The legs are roomy, giving added comfort; he does not like the feel of the slim cut ... still cut slender in the calf in keeping with current pant trends. These are a life saver for tall and thin builds, thank you for making 31x34!!!

Fiance loves these
My fiance has already had a few pairs of these ... wears them to ... all the time. He is hard on his clothes and these are a thicker khaki material that can withstand a lot of wear. I came back to buy another pair for him and will in the future as well!

Good but not standardized
... khakis are comfortable and my husband enjoys them but the issue is the lack of standardization. We ordered 4 pairs in 3 different colors in the exact same size and ... all fit slightly differently. Some are looser in the waist, some have a bit shorter inseam - it's really weird. We're keeping them simply because he hates ordering things and trying on clothes but I think I'll skip buying him ... again. I'd recommend trying them on in store to find the perfect pair, because the one pair that did come that fits well does look very flattering.

Baggy Gray
I'll start by saying most of Old navy clothes fits a little..inconsistent. It always has, Gap treats it like their only official outlet selling irregulars. I think at this point though most people know that when ... shop here. If your size fits then the cut will be a little strange, like loose or baggy fitting ... ultra low rise and ride up or fit skin tight around your crotch area, or kids shirts that are cut like a half shirt and wide enough for an adult to wear; just a strange mismatch of styling sometimes.ANYWAY, this ... felt slightly larger on the waist compared to denim and dress ... bought at the same time in the same size. ... were definitely a baggy fit, even compared to my Loose fit denim. The gray itself looked more like a faded black, the result of your favorite black khakis being washed too much. I was hoping from more of an intentional charcoal, but not on my pair anyway. I can say that ... have got to be some of the softest khakis I have ever wore to date. ... felt like a PJ bottom, partially because of the baggy fit, but also the feel of the fabric, truly 'broken in'. I'm sure kids would LOVE these. No they're not Dickies so don't go skating or rough housing in them. Just casual wear.
